I went for the first time to Deluxe Nails and LOVED it! I’ve been searching for a good nail salon for a while and definitely found it here. Pedicure was great and my nails look perfect. Customer service was very good too! Atmosphere is very nice.

Hang gave me a great manicure. I could tell she had lots of experience. She’s friendly and sweet and gives GREAT massages.I’ll be back!!

Nothing but great experiences! Ive tried a lot of other places but will keep coming here because they are so friendly and I feel like they go out of their way to take care of their customers. Its so good to find a reliable spot where you dont have to worry about who you get. Everyone is amazing!

Worst service and experience of my life at a nail salon. Tools and foot baths were dirty and not sterilized. They made us wait 25+ min despite having appointments when no one else was even there. Staff was elderly with poor vision (couldn’t cut nails properly or see their polish job!) and spoke NO English. Tried to explain things countless times but she didn’t understand ANYTHING. NEVER will go back here. Took over 95 minutes for a basic pedicure and it still looks terrible - - they had to remove color and try again 3 times because their polish was so old and rubbery! My friend and I both agree this was the worst place we have ever been!

This is the best set of dip I have ever had in my LIFE!!!! Not thick, as requested, and Jason pulled off a coffin shape even though they’re not long. LOVE IT! Coming back!

This was My First time at this Nail Salon and I was Very Pleased! They were very attentive to our needs and wants. We had our own Private Area with 2 Foot Massage Chairs a TV and Window View. We were offered a Beverage of our Choice. Deluxe nail salon has been by far, one of the best nail salons I have been to around the Dallas area. I had steffany and she was so attentive and friendly. I had a dip manicure and extensions put on with Jen. The end result looked amazing. I will definitely go back here.

Love this nail salon. It looks great inside and smells great without all the chemical smells. Van does an amazing job on my gel manicure and I get lots of compliments on them. All the staff is nice and friendly. I love referring friends and family here because everyone has a great experience.

Attended this nail salon for the first time today based on their stellar reviews and they definitely did not disappoint! I got there right after they opened and was able to get seated immediately. I had a picture of what a wanted and one of the sweet ladies helped me pick a color that would be the closest match.The lady who did my nails was so incredibly sweet and did a fantastic job! I hate that I cant remember exactly what her name is but Im positive it was something like Terrie or Tracy. She was nice to talk to and when I mentioned that I had work today she asked when I had to be in to make sure she didnt make me late... I really appreciated that!The nails turned out beautiful, this is my new go-to place for manis! I will be trying the pedicures next time.

Not even a day later and one of my nails ialready broke. The next day another nail broke. Now I am on my 3rd broke nail and it hasn’t even been a week. NOBODY has tried to contact me and correct their poor quality of nails that I received there. I have NEVER had this happen to me before! I should have just passed them up instead of stopping by there. On top of that I didn’t even get the set of nails I wanted..Tee looked at the pic and wanted to do something else. I said okay but it wasn’t what I really wanted. Whatever you do when you go there DO NOT LET TEE DO YOUR NAILS!! They will all eventually start breaking off within days!

The service I got was not what I asked for. The nail tech cut my acrylic very short without even asking me. I paid $55 for a $20 looking set. I wish they would’ve told me that they weren’t able to pull off the style I wanted. If I’m paying almost $60, my nails should be long!

I got the heavenly dream pedicure and it really was heavenly! I loved every minute, very relaxing and much needed. I also got my nails done (ombre chrome) I loved how T took her time because the outcome was beautiful ❤️ I LOVE my nails 😍 the service is always wonderful!

Decided to give this place a try based solely on reviews and it DIDNT disappoint!! Made an appt. with Jan. I was going to be late and when I called they didnt make me feel bad at all and held the appt!! Jan is fantastic, i also took my mom as a treat and Christine & Sam took very, very good care if her too!! Will definitely be back.

I’ve gone about 5 different times. Majority was for a mani and a couple pedis. Last trip I decided to add some tips for an almond shape. And they came out so well!!! I’ve had a different person each time so I don’t have a specific recommendation but definitely check them out! They’re friendly, it’s beautiful inside and nails are on point!!

I saw Sara a number of times and her work was good.then one day I was having my nails painted and asked to have my toenails painted the same color. The color they painted my toes was much darker. I asked to talk to the manager, Sarah: came back and said they would not charge me but her attitude was very rude and I was shocked. I will never go back to somewhere that I am not respected

I came here after a recommendation from a friend and I absolutely loved it ! The prices were reasonable and there was no wait really. The nail techs were really good at what they do and loving my nails !

Went in for a deluxe pedi and mani. The staff was very polite and attentive as you walk in. It didnt take long to be seated at a massage chair for the pedi; and as quickly as I was seated I was offered a beverage. They have wine, beer and waters (as far as I know.)Overall, the quality of the pedi and mani was phenomenal! The staff takes pride in their work and really cares about the customers.I honestly think this is my new favorite nail salon in Dallas, TX.

My husband and I went to Deluxe Nails for the first time tonight & had the most amazing pedicures. We sat in a private room for two which was very cozy. The salon doesn’t smell like chemicals which was a huge plus for me. All of the aromatherapy fragrances really relaxed me. Long did my pedicure and she was fabulous. Kay finished up my manicure with the best shoulder massage I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I can’t remember ever feeling as relaxed at a nail place as I was tonight. Totally worth it & will be going back, for sure!!!

My first and second visit were amazing. This past one not so much.Called to make an appointment with Sam, but he no longer works there. Tried to see if Ken was available, but hes on vacation until September. Had Sandra do my nails. They were good, but it took about an hour and 15 to get my nails done when it usually doesnt take that long to get dipped. The last straw was when I went to pay and the guy said the 15% off for Happy Hour doesnt apply for gel or dipped when in the past it did and their website says it only excludes massages... Wont be going back anytime soon.

Love the services !!!! Came in for manicure and pedicure, came out a happy customer. They did excellent jobs. The prices were very reasonable and the owners were very accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable and happy. The massage chair was awesome and the foot massage was so good. Will come back definitely

I adore this nail salon. It is really something special. Not only do they use natural products, but the space is cozy, extremely relaxing, and immaculately clean. The technicians take their time to perform the manicure properly and they are very professional. I find that my manicure is such a high quality that it lasts longer. This place is top-notch

Wonderful experience I hate getting my nails filled but love how they look. Tiffany was gentle and my nails are beautiful. My daughter had a deluxe pedicure .... She is mush after that. So relaxed! I will come back with my daughter every time I visit Texas!

I love getting my nails done here. I first came here in 2014 and have tried different places since but this has been my favorite. I never have had to wait to get my nails done, I never feel rushed, and I always leave satisfied. The place is never really empty so Im not sure how Ive never had to wait but its always worked out for me thus far. The quality of service and actual skill is consistent. I never have to be on anyone to make sure my cuticles are actually being cut, etc. I can actually sit back and relax and enjoy the experience. They also offer beverages... including wine which who doesnt want a little wine when theyre getting their nails done?

Each time Ive gone, its quite, never too busy, so thats great because I was a walk-in. They have private rooms for mano/pedis. I did a nail dip twice, first time was excellent (done by Michelle), second time I asked for the same color/length/shape and it was not the same color/length/shape so I had them removed, hence the three stars. Next time I will request the same person.

I have been using Deluxe Nail Salon on Royal Lane for two years now. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I am very particular about my pink and white acrylic nails and Que and Jen do a great job. The pedicure stations are sterilized and clean. My feet are smooth and moisturized when finished. Never had a bad polish for my pedicure. Would recommend this salon.

Excellent service! I arrived early but my manicurist was running late. They were so kind and gave me a discount on my package. Also, wine while you wait and during your manicure. My nails look fantastic!

Though the pedicure I received was amazing, the nail service I received was subpar. I asked for dip nails, full set, but once she completed the color I saw that my cuticles were not attended to. When I informed her, she stated that a manicure is not included in the service. Maybe I was wrong for expecting that service to be completed as it is in every other nail salon. I hope this review helps someone

Prices were comparable and they even had a separate room for my wife and I to go in because we took our 4yr old daughter to get her nails done as well. Staff was friendly and very professional. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing team of nail techs. Accommodated my friends and I as soon as we walked in. I was visiting from California and it’s so difficult to find a nail salon that you like. I loved the services at deluxe nail as well as the finished products. Lots of mani and pedi options as well as other salon services. They also offered champagne, soda, and water. All in all, great visit. This is my new shop when I’m in Dallas!

Had their top pedi today. At first I was skeptical because I had one in Dallas that was also 65.00 and was disappointed with the treatment and amount of time it took about 1/2 an hour. But this was nothing like it. I was there an hour and it was heaven. She worked hard on my feet and I enjoyed every minute. If I lived here I would go back but I dont.

Best Friday night choice I could’ve made!!! The staff was incredibly sweet & inviting, pedicure was top notch & the extra eyebrow waxing was just what I needed! Would absolutely recommend for anyone ready to enjoy a nice day at the salon!!

Back again, this time for a pedicure. Prompt service with a glass of wine, friendly staff, pleasing atmosphere and probably one of the best pedicure massage chairs Ive ever felt. I did the luxe pedicure ($50), included a scrub with fresh orange,mint leaves, moisturizing mask, hot towels, massage and hot stones or paraffin wax . A perfect way to relax away from the cold outside. Ill be back :)

My first time there wasn’t the best because they left glue under all my nails and left the side of my nails without powder so you could still see my real nail, it’s been a little over 4 weeks and my nails have not lifted or broken so because i loved the shape and product quality I will be back to give it another try but I will make sure I dont get the same guy as the first time.

This is the only nail salon I have found, out of about 6 or 7 different salons, where they do not stop just before the end of the manicure/pedicure and ask for payment, either entirely in cash, or with cash tip! Massage chairs are super comfy, service is quick but not rushed, and my nails looked great when I walked out of there! Be careful that they dont talk you into spending more than you want to on upgrades though. The basic manicure with French or American polish is a super deal!

I came with my daughter for a pedicure while staying in Dallas and can highly recommend Deluxe Nail. Beautifully clean and so relaxing (particularly the foot and lower leg massage) that we both nearly feel asleep! Brilliant pedicure and brilliant service!

First time to one on Preston. I chose it do to google reviews. I’m not going to say 5 stars but not going to say a 1. I went in for a pedi and a mani. Pedicure went great. The girl doing manicure with full set dip, couldn’t get the glue to hold, then she’s cut three fingers and I have glue caked on under my nails, then Ken had to jump in and save the day. Thank you Ken!Now I have to say.. they handled it the right way and took responsibility. They did not charge, they gave gift card and told me who to use next time.Not sure if I will go back but I I thank Ken and the lady front front desk for taking care of things.My only thing is make sure you ask about the person doing the work.And if you do go make sure you ask for Ken.

Just terrible... I came to visit from Oregon and I am beyond upset with this place. I called to set an appointment for a color change and to fix the shape. I got there and the lady did not fix the shape left it as it was . Only put one coat of nail polish and I could just see through my nail... and then I had one broken nail and she didn’t even file it down that well. It literally looks like I have a mountain on my nail.

They paint my nail only aks for food and then they charge me money. People compelmnt my nails thogh.so I give 3.

I walked in and was seated in minutes. This place is nice. It had alot of guests being served, there are so many chairs!They have complimentary wine and cocktails which people are not shy about drinking. They make it easy by coming around offering them or checking on refills.This place is a well oiled operation, almost like an assembly line. I got the luxe pedi for $50 which I thought was fair.

Just had a mani pedi in less than an hour. Got in right away and the service was fabulous. Staff did an awesome job on me. Couldnt be happier. They are so friendly and the shop is lovely.

I was unhappy with my service here and I have given this place multiple chances, SPECIFICALLY WITH EYEBROW WAXING.If you guys are going to offer eyebrows as a service it is important to train your employees on how to do it properly.The lady who did mine didnt listen at all to what I was trying to tell her and she didnt even trim them.Part of grooming eyebrows is trimming them to ensure that they are neat but she left stray hairs all over and it looked sloppy.I have tried 3 different people and it has been the same every time so it is clear that you guys arent properly trained in this area.I left very unhappy .
