This place is my go to since moving nearby.They make sure you are seated right away. I almost always have a time constraint, which they always respect and make sure I get done and out the door right on time if not before! I always get French tip and it’s always beautiful. This salon cares about you, and you are the priority. Highly recommend!

I just received a dip powder plus three extra nails to even out the length of my nails and it is by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. They are uneven, my cuticles are destroyed, and there are flecks of dust in the dip that shows up as black, hot pink, etc. I am so upset as I got my nails done for upcoming engagement photos. It took an hour and twenty minutes for one service. I do not recommend this place at all and will never return.

I just want to say I absolutely LOVE the service that I received, coming! Steve did my nails and he did an excellent job, I’m absolutely in love with how even and perfect they are! He did exactly what I wanted and made them the perfect length and size, I wouldn’t change a thing! The staff was extremely nice, and very accommodating, with free drinks and they were very kind! I most certainly recommend going here if you want very good acrylic nails, or a manicure in general! I will most certainly be coming back!!

The lady doing my nails did not do it properly. She did it in a hurry. The nail paint started to come off the very next day. Havent visited a salon this unprofessional

Yes nice area and nice service when walking in. I am a business owner. Hate to deal with negative reviews, but as an owner you need to fix the issue or try to accommodate clients request or issues. I feel like a paying customer you should walk out satisfied. We were not. For the simple fact, we did not get what we asked for and when it was questioned the outcome we then has the owner to get upset speaking in his language to fellow employees instead of communicating with us.. My nail tech and the owner then proceeded to convince me that my nails looked like the picture I requested (THEY DID NOT). I still payed then tipped my nail tech since the owner told her how to do my nails. My daughter on the other hand requested her nails be done by her picture request and well needless to say they did not look nothing compared to them. Paid too much to deal with additude when not satisfied as 2 paying customers!!!

I went here and tried this salon for the first time. I regret my investment here. I spent $100 here and got very poor quality dip nails. I added tips to my manicure so I could have almond shaped nails. The technician used globs of glue that become more and more apparent as my nails grow out. I’ve had my nails for about a week and half and they have just been lifting and popping off. Typically I am able to make my manicures last 3-4 weeks. I will not be returning.

I havent personally received any services from this salon, however, I lost my wallet in the parking lot and literally panicked. I went to see if anyone turned it in and the owner let me know that they indeed found my wallet. They went above and beyond. One of the ladies even went as far as taking my wallet to my home. Walked in and asked for cut & file only. Told to fill out lengthy Covid form and then told to sit at station. I sat for 15 minutes. Not one word was spoken to me. No mention of wait time. I saw two people come in after me requesting pedicures and they were promptly accommodated/services begun. I walked out.

Never will I ever come back. Very understanding with the pandemic going on, but when you make an appointment and choose other people you know before your appointment is unprofessional. I live over 50 mins from this place and thoroughly explained what I needed. This is beyond wrong.

Spent $100+ to have my nails cut up and ugly. All my concerns were ignored with “oh just wait till I’m done” or “I think this will be better” avoid at all costs.

Friendly staff! I love their work on my nails (I stick to natural nails, with color). They have a lot (a lot) of regular customers so if you are just dropping by, like me, you will get the one-time customer treatment. If you visit them more than twice and they get to know you, Im sure they will treat you like family!

Came for the first time for a pedicure. at first, the nail polish did not look too good, it was Friday and it was packed. A man saw this (not my tech) and corrected my tech. The tech then immediately stopped what she was doing and re-did the polish without me having to mention it. Thats what I call customer service and I will definitely be coming back because of that.

DO NOT COME HERE! I have been getting nails done by STEPHEN (manager) for the past two years. Today i went in to have him fix my nails (another nail tech at the salon had done them horribly). I was there for an hour and the whole time he was working on other peoples nails during MY appointment because apparently the other techs told him i was coming another day (i called ahead of time 3 times) ! When i walked out one of my nails chipped pretty bad, i returned and he said my appointment time was over and he was too busy to fix them. He then proceeded to argue and yell at me when i told him that i made the appointment for him to fix chipped nails so why would I leave with one still chipped? he told me to stop talking and apologize or he wouldnt fix my nail. The whole time his customer after me was saying nasty rude things to me. I USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE. Now, i will never bring my business back to this salon because of how horrified i was to be stuck in that awkward and uncomfortable situation.

Ive been coming to this location for the past year because I love my nail tech Ann. However today I asked for an American tip finish and the owner argued me that it was an ombre process and continued to tell me that he went to school for this and I knew nothing about nails. Unfortunately, they didnt teach him about not insulting his patrons. As a result, this was my last visit to this salon. Beware of with whom youre spending your money.

I originally only chose to come here because they were the only place close to me that stayed open the latest (I get off work late). So my mom and I went last night to get pedicures. Let me tell you...Ive been looking for a good nail salon since I moved in this area a year ago and have not had much luck...UNTIL NOW! They are conveniently located on the corner diagonal to the Galleria, which makes them easy to find, but you dont have to deal with mall traffic.Their customer service is SUPERB! Everyone from the manager that greeted us when we walked in to the ladies that took care of us. Pookie and Ann were absolutely amazing! They talked to us, laughed with us and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Not to mention, they did an awesome jobs with our pedicures! We will DEFINITELY be going back and I would urge others to go as well!

I have been going to the salon for a long time however, the new management is excellent. The service was great and Betty and Steven are amazing. Now they have Pedi Liners to keep the bowls sanitary. This is very important with all of the infections that are going around. I really like that everyone wears a name badge so you can call them by name. I am sending my clients to the shop... I have just had the worst service here from the staff. Initially I thought it was just my nail tech but it extended to the rest of the staff. When I set down I explained my request and picked my colors. She stated no problem easy. I asked her no to reshape my nails. She did any and argued that I was wrong. I picked two colors. When we got to the second I expressed that it was incorrect. She stated that I was wrong thats what I selected. I explained that I didn’t and went back to the color palet to show her. She said no you changed your mind. I said no I didn’t as she begin to blow her breathe in frustration. Under her breathe she stated, “Oh God” twice. I stated to her that I do not appreciate the way she was speaking to me and I sat in silence the entire session. Not to mention my nails were incorrectly shaped, she kept pulling my hands aggressively and poking me with her nails. When I got ready to check out surprise surprise the price was not what was advertised on the website. I explained and showed the lady what I saw. She said that i wrong and attempted to show me where I made my mistake. However she couldn’t find it and stated well the website is wrong. It’s always this price. I explained that I’ve come here before and it has been the price on the website. She stated that since I couldn’t prove that I must pay the price presented. At that point I am upset and explained to her why this is concerning to me and my experience with the other tech. She listened and walked off. I should’ve never come here.

Ive been several times and been pleased with the service. Theyre not the most expensive place, but its a dependable choice. The pedicures always come out nicely done and my nails always look good and hold up well.By hold up well, I mean that I do crossfit and kickboxing and they still look good.

This place is HORRIBLE! The prices are too high and the service doesn’t add up! I will NOT recommend this place to anyone! I went there two days ago to get my nails done and I got gel color and already it’s chipping off. Now I have to go pay more money to fix it! I wish I could give them a zero rating. I usually don’t like giving bad review but they deserve this. Spend your money somewhere else!

Great service...just dont understand why the price varies for same offering. ie I get the basic pedicure with gel polish.. sometimes I am charged to remove the gel sometimes I am not...theres just an about $10 variation with justification each time.

This place was horrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. However, yet and still google requires one.I had a mishap moving some items and needed a repair done on one nail.I called told them What I needed and if they’d be able to accommodate. They seemed to be really excited to have me in and they’d be able to help.After arriving and getting a space close to the door I thought I was in for a pleasant experience. Omfg!I couldn’t be more wrong!!I was immediately sat down while they attempted to find a match. (Nails we’re done previously in university park.)During all of what seemed like forever but was actually 2 mins two other people walk-in as walk-ins one called ahead and the other did not. The original seat I was in was replaced by a person that wanted a full set.The second person with no appt. asked for a full set and a pedicure. ( * please note, at this point there was yet a different person fixing my one tiny nail!This said nail tech hers up before #4 of the dip process and without one word of excuse me. I’ll be back, let your nail dry etc... nothing..... just the shop owner and other “available” techs looking at me.Leaves and permanently sits down with the other client. At this point there’s an awkward eye contact made with one of the techs. Sensing my anger she came and sat down not a word to me.... again and looks horribly confused about how to paint the last clear coat on my one tiny nail.One!!!!!After the annoying three minutes of getting one. Nail painted. The tech walks away... again no words, no let this coat dry I’ll be back... I’ll go get your check, nothing.I noticed that the tech and three others start chatting within their little circle. And they are all looking at me but no one wants to approach me.Finally the human that greeted me at the door walked over and said mama.... are you paying cash or credit? I reply I’m paying with my card, I know at this point they know there is no tip after all of the BS.Yet and still they proceed to rob me without a gun.One of the male managers tells me the repair will be 5 cash or 8.00 with card. And that it was nothing they could do about it. I told the manager I didn’t mind paying it but they proceeded to make a scene as if I couldn’t afford to pay it.It was how they went about what they did. You do not get to add a tip for crappy service. And if the credit card had a higher fee for under 8.00 after that horrible 20+ min ordeal, as a business owner I would eat the cost.I’m still trying to figure out what was worse🤔 being pushed aside more than once for higher paying clients or being forced to give them a tip on top of not even wanting to help me.

It was my own fault for still choosing to go there out of convenience after seeing the bad reviews it held. Walked out with crooked nails that popped right off in a matter of four days & a half ass pedicure all that I paid full price for and received crappy customer service for when I called to speak to a manager to hopefully try and fix it. I was told I was speaking to a manager, then when it came down to fixing the problem, she all of a sudden wasnt the manager anymore and the manager wasnt in. Now here I am with three nails standing on my left hand, and about to be on my way to a different salon to get this fixed cause I refuse to go back there, free fix or not. I didnt even want to bother with them anymore. Save your money.

The worst management EVER!!!! The Manager (Stephen) was so rude and unprofessional. He did my pedicure and did the worst job and when I asked him to please fix my toes he got mad and started saying rude things he was telling me how picky I was and also said he doesnt care to finish the job because its just $25. He was screaming and yelling and refused to paint my toes. I had to wait for another 30 minutes for another tech to redo my nails. Oh and by the way even the tech admitted what a horrible job he did and she offered to redo them again. Overall the manger was very rude and unprofessional and he set a very bad example to the rest of the employees. I am never going back to this place and I advise you to please not go there and if you do go there PLEASE do not let Stephen do your nails because he doesnt know what he is doing and he is very rude and unprofessional. The most uncomfortable experience EVER!!!!!

I was a regular customer coming to the salon every 2 weeks. I went in for a pedicure and Jon did my pedicure. He was digging so deep into my toe nail beds and I continued to tell him he was hurting me. In the end 2 big toes were swollen and I got an infection. Please stay away from this place. It pretty inside but they are very pushy and have inexperienced workers.

I made two appointments for me and a friend to have pedicures. We were ignored for 30 minutes though I informed them upon arrival that we had appointments. I doubt I will return.

MiMi did the most amazing pedicure yesterday! She took her time. I noticed the first time that I was there for a pedi that the other person skipped a few steps, I felt cheated. I will definitely come back and ask for MiMi!!! YOU ARE THE BEST...I LOVE MY PEDI!!! and the massage was SOOOOO RELAXING. If you want a great pedi ask for MiMi!!!!
