My reason for 3star, this is 2021 and covid season not to accept cards. Honesty did not like my eyebrows but Im picky that way. Cynthia does great lashes. I ❤️ my feet.

I just moved here from Kansas and this was my first time getting my nails done here. I paid for a basic pedicure, a fill and 2 nails needed to be fixed. Not even a whole 72 hrs later the “fixed” nails popped off like dollar store press ons and the nails with the fill were actually mine & one of them broke. Then the pedicure was sorry. I mean I know I only paid for the basic one but I still had too hang time on them toenails. I’m the type that always tips for services so I’m HIGHLY upset. $83 for some play play. Ladies, if you know of ANY good nails salons please let me know. Thanks in advance

Sick of seeing these Nails shop open during a Pandemic when their having to Close Schools in North Texas. Very irresponsible and dangerous.

Omg love the people there Cynthia does great nail the man that works there with the tattoos everywhere he does nails amazing everyone there does a great job Im sorry I dont remember everybodys name but they do the best nails spa pedicures and eyebrows theres a lady there that people wait in line for to get thier eyebrows done she fixed mines due to another nail shop making them horrible she did some magic and gave me my arch back they also have great prices for gel and dip sets I love it me and my daughter will never go anywhere else

Cynthia is the only person ill let touch my eyebrows. Shes the best. Ive waited in a long line for her. Others are willing to wait as well. That tells you something. The customer device is great. Im a customer of 12+ years.

The lady who did my eyebrows made one smaller than the other and did not even attempt to fix it. All she told me was let it grow and that the left one will be smaller... like what? My eyebrows are honestly really easy to do, so I do not understand how someone can mess them up.

Cynthia is good at waxing eyebrows but becomes defensive whenever she gets critique for her work. Want to educate her that in business, criticism is generally used as a tool to improve customers satisfaction. I would also strongly suggest she sanitize her hands and tweezer between client to stay compliant with the health department.

Worst experience ever! Will never go back to this place. After a week my nails are breaking and look horrible. Paid $40 for dip, not worth it! Don’t waste you time and money at this place.

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Cynthia for over 10 years now. She usually does very beautiful work. I have even started getting my teen daughters brows waxed and have referred several women to her. I have never once complained about her work or have spoken badly about her or her salon, although some times the wait is close to an hour for brow services.Well today is different. I came for my monthly wax as usual and I never have to tell her what to do to my brows, she’s usually precise and leaves me satisfied. Today I noticed she was excessively plucking my brows after she waxed and I was thinking this would leave them looking thinner than I prefer because I could actually feel her pulling the hair out. After the work was done, I looked at the them and politely just mentioned next time could we leave them a little fuller with no plucking because they look thin. She became very defensive and explained that one of my brows are thinner than the other and the hair is thin anyway. I corrected her and told her I only get my brows done by her so if they were uneven that was her fault because I have very THICK brows. Long story short, I digressed and told her it was ok. She proceeded to tell me I needed to find someone else to do my brows next time. Mind you, I was only suggesting she leave them fuller next time. Not accusing her of anything.This is very disappointing considering I have been her client upwards of 10 years and because she doesn’t like to be critiqued she has gone to this extreme of refusing my service and started talking about me to her next client as I was walking out. This was so unprofessional and I will be informing everyone I have referred to find someone else as well.

Not the cleanest place but Cynthia does great eye brow arching. I wouldn’t DARE get a pedicure here🤢

No foot massage with spa pedicure? WTF is up with that? The entire place is dusty and the spa chairs have seen better days. I told the technician my feet were very sore and sensitive and she was very rough with them. Again, no foot massage?!

I’m just disappointed of the service I received today.Customer service needs to get better.

The last time I checked a pedicure came with a massage, not here. I got a 2 hour foot soak and my toe nails painted for $40. I am NEVER going back.

Been going to Cynthia for my brows since her 2nd pregnancy (LOL) and before bulky lace fronts for brows. LOL! Shes the greatest.

A waste of money. I literally went Tuesday evening to get my lashes done & today is Friday and they already coming off 😡😡. These are the individuals not the strip. Cynthia wasn’t in. My 1st & last time going!!

Was a consistent customer, was denied service before closing time, with access to get in the building, no sign saying it’s closed or either doors locked which had me confused. Won’t be going back.
