I have tried to come to this establishment 3 times to get my nails done. Twice during the week and I was told that they are “booked”. I tried again today he tells me that they are busy. At 12 in the afternoon!?!? There was one customer in the establishment and the man and a lady was working on this person. No one else was inside.This is bad business. They should place a sign on the door that says “Appointment only” because I ah e attempted to walk-in 3 times with no luck.

The ladies we’re very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in .Nancy did a excellent job on my toes PERFECTION .I like them painted French tip (thick white tip ) it’s not too many nails shops that give me the exact look, that I ask for . Nancy met my expectations plus more. I will be returning not doubt about it :)

Ive frequented many nail salons since Ive moved to Dallas but this is by far the best salon. Their staff is friendly and their service is great! What a perfect combination! They are centrally located and its worth trying 1 time. You will not be disappointed.

I want to John for my gel dip and Donna for My pedicure. Top notch, quality service def, one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. Nails are beautiful John did such a great job. Now I have to drive from downtown to president George Bush to get my nails done. O well, worth it!

I must say that Nail Luxe is one of the best nail salons in Dallas! The staff were excellent! Nothing but superb customer service. I walked in and was greeted immediately without a wait time. Each service that I received, the staff provided such a positive experience. One customer was a 26 year client of one of the staff. Yes, 26 years!!! Need I say more. When you find professionalism, cleanliness, and an experienced staff, you’ve hit the jackpot! My commute is an hour, but worth the drive! I have found my nail salon!!!!!! I only give out compliments when they are deserved, but don’t take my word for it. You must come and see for yourself.

Went and got a full set done. Pretty good.Broke 1 nail and went back to get fixed...on a Monday...only 2 people working...said they were too busy to fix my 1 nail...only 2 customers in store and 1 was drying...said they couldnt get it done today.

Very nice, clean, relaxing environment, with nice music. Professional job well done. Pedicure massage was amazing and friendly employees.

This is a great place. I live way on the other side of town (southern Dallas) and my husband and I come here for our nail services needs. I got my first full set almost 2 weeks ago and its the first time that I was able to get the perfect length and shape. We get the signature pedicure and we are never let down. 5 star service.

Love love love this place! John always does my acrylics. He does a wonderful job on my shape and nail period. When I do get pedicures they always take their time and I never feel rushed. Me and my girlfriend typically come on Friday nights and we get pampered while sipping on a frozen margarita!

Michelle and Henry run the best place in TX ! I always look forward to my appointments. They ask every client about their lives and have great memories! Michelle is very particular with every clients nails and Im thankful for that! I always walk out extremely happy. The best main and pied you can find in the city!

Love this place I’ve been coming here with my husband since We move to Texas from Florida dona and Nancy are very nice people if you want to get a minicure and pedicure come to this place they offered you a drink and give you the service really nice love it ❤️❤️❤️

Although most of the staff was nice the guy who did my pedicure ran cold water, cut my toenails uneven and didnt completely polish my toes. He also left glitter from the polish on my toes. No selection on nails- you are getting acrylic! First and LAST visit!

Was greeted when I first walked in, waited maybe a few minutes before I was seen.(which I was ok with waiting either way) was offered something to drink!I have stiletto nails and just wanted a fill and a pedicure and both were great! I was very satisfied with their customer service, and with both services I received! I’d recommend them because I’m very picky with my nails and I had not one complaint.

We had some incredible culinary experiences while staying in Logan square, and all over Dallas, TX for that matter, and that is the only reason that I knocked off 1 star. This place was great, came highly recommended, but with so many other options that (for me) kicked on every cylinder, I would have to say 4 stars.

I’ve been going to Jon & Donna for nearly 18 years. When they moved here I followed! They are awesome. Come have a great experience at a great price & a margarita or glass of wine.

Good service for a good price. They did a good job on my pedicure, massaging foot, ankle, ankle and calf. Also very effectively removed a painful corn on my left foot.

If I could give no stars I would. I went in Saturday 07/20, after a workout and was totally stereotyped. I believe they assumed all I wanted was fake nails but I only wanted a mani and pedi. The lady rushed to get to a white woman who was late for her appointment, she barely cut my cuticles and put a cheap polish on me all for $25, it’s Tuesday and the polish is chipped and my cuticles look terrible. I even gave her a tip as she probably felt I wouldn’t have. I felt so uncomfortable with all the staring as if I should have come in from the back. I will never go back here and I advise all other women of color to steer clear as they don’t want to serve you. I believe we need more diverse nail salons so they can understand we don’t have to spend our money where we are not appreciated.

Don’t go here for a full set !! They use MMA which is cheap industrial strength acrylic that is not good for your health !! It burns when they apply it and makes your nails feel heavy & sore ! Then when it’s time to take them off it takes your whole real nail with it !! I will never spend a dime here obviously they care nothing about their clients if they use that harmful product just because it lays quicker meaning they can get more folks in & out

I wanted a natural ombré colo for my nails. I walked out with pink and white ombré. Neat place but the lady that did my nails must not have really looked at the pic I showed her. I also picked out the natural powder color that I wanted..and she didn’t use it. Nails have lumps from the clear coat that was put on top.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,. I dont know if the person who was doing my gel pedicure was new or what but lets just say I did NOT leave with a gel pedicure. Very slow, bad pedicure and Im very unhappy. Will not being going back.

I recently moved to this area and was trying to find a new salon. I definitely will not be returning to Nail Lux! I really hate to give bad reviews but I just got the worst gel manicure Ive ever had. The polish is very jagged around the edges and doesnt even cover my entire nails at the base and on the sides. She tried to tell me that the OPI polish shrinks when you put it under the light. Ive always gotten OPI gel polish and have never experienced that before. I do not recommend this salon.

I went to get a nail fixed. It took 45 minutes, they did dip instead of solar and it’s crooked. Don’t go here.
