This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in DFW!!! I’m the most picky when it comes to quality and precision and I do not have to say anything to anyone because they ask me (confirm) along the way. I don’t have to go to one specific person because they’re all good! They make you feel so welcome and make sure that you are walking out fully satisfied.

I visited the location in Dallas on Oak Lawn. The atmosphere was nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t really like the setup the pedicure spa. Simply because you have to walk past the workers in a small space if you’re on the end, but they’ll move to the side to allow you to pass so it wasn’t that bad. They offer refreshments was nice. Looking forward to visiting again and I recommend this location

The customer service is top tier. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and still managed to be on time for dinner reservations. The open bar is a plus, the nail tech was skillful and this will be my forever nail shop. You can’t go wrong at this place .I’m a simple girl who rocks a overlay set but it’s done so well.

Mrs Tammy was very kind, and she did my nails perfectly ! I didn’t know what to expect being that I’m not from Dallas but she made my experience worth it! Also, Karen did a awesome job on my gel pedi ! I will definitely revisit them again ! Let’s not forget to mention the yummy mimosa prepared by the bartender ! Everything about this place was nice !! I dont normally give reviews. However; I have to give credit to Vivian (pedicure) and Sarah (manicure) for making my first experience a pleasant one. I was coming off of a bad experience with another salon where the dip nails lasted a little over a week and then the entire powder just popped off my natural nail. They were both awesome and did a great job. I will definitely be returning!

Maly was absolutely amazing and sweet! She was very friendly and we kept a conversation throughout. She perfectly shaped my nails the way I requested and was very gentle when handling me. The absolute best and I recommend her to anyone looking for a good mani!

I’ve been going to Candle Nail Spa for the past 4 years and it’s the only place I trust to get my pedicure. The staff is always very nice and very kind. It’s nice to go somewhere and be recognized and remembered. If you go there please get Andrew!! He is absolutely phenomenal. The owner is also very kind and always available.

I travel an 1 hour to get my nails done no appointment and it was worth the drive! My nail technician name is Jesse, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she did it exactly like the picture! She definitely will be my new nail tech! And that’s just that on that!!!

Edit: Im updating my review because the owner reached out to me and was very apologetic and has agreed to resolve the issue. With that being said. I appreciate him reaching out to me and being concerned. Although I was unhappy with the original service, Im satisified with the service of reconciliation from tgrllhe owner. This shows that he is concerend about proper service to his customers.Very poor customer service. When I sat down in the chair and a staff member came to do my toes, I first greeted her, Hello, how are you doing, her response Fine, you pick a color, I showed her the picture I wanted which was a picture of manicured nails, her response I only do gel nail on toes hunny . So Im thinking she only work on toes and they were going to have another staff member work my hands. Very rude and as if, Im taking up her time. Well I showed her the picture again because I wanted that color or as close as they could get to that color on my toesShe was very rude and seemed as if I was taking up too much of her time ince again and brings me the book of colors. Once we find a similar color she begins to work on my toes. Not talkative at all ( which isnt a requirement).

It was my 3rd time coming and by far the best, Jessica did an amazing job on my nails even better then the picture i showed her!😍

Vivian (Pedicure) and Macie (Manicure) was simply amazing. Professional, attentive, attention to detail, made sure I was relaxed and comfortable, and provided great quality in work. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, complimentary drinks. I highly recommended these ladies.

Best nail place. Been going here 10 plus years ! Staff and front desk on point, Im always offered a nice beverage and then receive vip treatment, perfect fill or new set with toes to match! I even get brows waxed sometimes and recommend adding neck or shoulder massage while your toes dry. They are awesome!Love candle nail spa! 💅

Me, my daughter and friend went today 7/22 for a $45 pedicure. They never even let our feet soak. They was running the water put our feet in there and started while the water was running. They let my daughter sit there and wait for her person to come with cold water. This was her first pedicure I asked her was her water warm and she was like no it’s freezing so I told my guy to go run her more water cause the water she has is cold and didn’t even cover her whole foot.. my guy done really good on my toes but HORRIBLE on the dry spots and he told me my feet wasn’t bad so I guess he thought I didn’t need it??? But I did! In the picture is my friends foot AFTER the pedicure was over. We scheduled this 3 weeks ahead of time but they rushed through it so fast like we was walk-ins our pedicures was supposed to 45minutes and they was about 30ish my daughter was only 15minutes till my friend made a comment and the man just massaged longer but still was only 25minutes.. anyways I’ll try a different place next girls time out.

Every time I visited this location I would receive terrible service. I would book an appointment and still have to sit and wait for 30 minutes after my set time. They rushed on my nails which caused them to be flimsy and break.Every time I showed a picture of a certain nail design they would tell me that style takes too long or let trying something else. I would always show very simple designs but each one was denied . One time I picked out a gel nail color for my toes the artist told me that the color wouldn’t look good on my skin tone.If I could give this place zeros stars I would.

I went there with a friend. She got her regular person Andrew. I got Macie, so grateful that I did. She understood my desire to try something different and be very colorful. Prices are what is to be expected in that part of town. Service was magnificent! Would definitely go again!

I never use to get my nails done consistently but then I came to Candle Nail Spa and got my nails done by Macie and fell in love, she always does such an amazing job. Now I go every 2-3 weeks to get a fresh set and once a month to get a pedicure. They are truly the best.

Its was okay. They are very pricey. Also I asked for short nails and was told she dont know how to do short nails with the style I wanted. Then why post the style on the website. Also nail fell off within a week.

I am a long time client of this spa, I moved out of the area and I decided to do some shopping over the weekend and stopped by to be pampered.I was looking for Amy she was my technician but, I was told she no longer worked there.I yet was introduced to two ladies that did a wonderful job.I remember one lady name Kit Kat who did my mani but I cant remember the other young lady name who did my pedi with gel polish,nevertheless they both out done themselves and served me a mimosa it was good also.Keep up the good work.Your forever client Tasha💅🏾

The place was dirty and the person who did my pedicure didn’t really speak to me. Didn’t tell me he was done and just bailed to go eat some nasty smelling food. Would def not recommend and will not be going back.

I walked in here just for a pedicure back 2017, the service was great along with the customer service from everyone including Brian at the front. Upon check out he recommended Macie for my nails and reassured me I would not be disappointed. So I scheduled the appointment and been coming back ever since! Macie is amazing!!! She communicates when she’s not going to be in town and Brian’s always following up with me if thing change. I have referred several friends here and they are happy with the service!!! I usually love the quality and friendly service at this salon and prefer it because it’s less than 5 minutes away from my home; however, I won’t be back after today’s service. My nails look fine, but my nail technician(an older, thin man) was rough with my hands through the duration of my service(pulling my hands toward himself roughly, scrapping over my flesh multiple times with the nail file, and flopping my hands to the side while progressing through the manicure) as well as made me feel unwelcome by his lack of communication or offer of a drink. All in all, I felt like an inconvenience to his morning. I still tipped him out of courtesy to the manager who is always kind.

I love this salon! I’ve been coming here for a few months and have had my mani/pedi done by multiple people and they’re all great! It’s very clean and everyone is friendly and fun to talk to. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to get a full spa package at a good price! You will feel like a queen for around $200. It is one of my favorite salons for sure! I willingly travel 30 minutes for a spa day! The ladies who work here are wonderful!Ive come to this salon twice and both times have received the gold package and added 1 hour massage to the package instead of 30 minutes. I booked an appointment for 3 gold packages starting at 10am. We were served champagne and mimosas. And waited for our massages. The massage rooms are dark and peaceful in the back of the spa. My masseuse rubbed out every knot in my back!! Some not all of them will walk on your back too. Amazing!Then next you are either taken to another spa room or the facial is done in your room if the equipment is available in that room. Its a better experience to not have to leave the room, but its no big deal either. Your really relaxed at that point! The facial lasts about 30-45mins. Lastly you get a manicure and pedicure. We arrived at 10 and left about 2pm. You will be hungry so Id suggest plan on eating somewhere close-by! Only downside is parking is horrible! And both times at the beginning we felt rushed by the front desk until they realized how much money we would spend that day. Also I did see one single cockroach crawling on the wall. Good thing I wasnt eating here, but it was at the end of my services

I’ve been a long time client. They are always professional. Especially Macie who has been my mail tech for a while. She’s always professional, on time, and make that I’m happy with my service. She takes her time and is very serious when it comes to her work. She knw what I want and doesn’t treat me like a client but more like a friend. Her hospitality is excellent.

Let me tell you...I am so picky about who touches my nails and I only like the same person doing it every time. I highly recommend Macie for nails & Andrew for pedicures. They are a tag team duo and they are equally amazing. Andrew’s massages are so great & Macie is one-of-a-kind when it comes to nails. She is full of so much talent & never disappoints. I like my nails long and with designs so if that’s you...be mindful when you make your appointments with Macie. Tell them you need 90 minutes of her time. She is booked nonstop because she knows what she is doing! They both contribute biweekly to my self-care routine. Love them!

I came here for a fill. My nail tech wasn’t available. Terrible decision on my part to not wait for her return. The old man that did my fill I clearly stated some nails had lifted. He simple drilled my nail bed and. Left the nail glue I said I put on to keep secure till I got fill. Now my pointer finger is sore and has fungus!!!he had forgot to put primer on my right hand and if I had not said anything he would have put acrylic on my nail bed anyway. I will forever go to Nailucious better quality and they care about your nails. Same area. do not recommend this place.

This is my favorite nail place. The staff is wonderful. I dont stick just to one person and every time I get my nails done they come out great. Ive also watched people get their eye brows done here and was amazed on how disciplined the staff work on eye brows. The inside is warm and cozy a great place to relax and de-stress. They serve complementary drinks and they have a drink menu. One day I went around the holidays and got a gift from them, a cute key chain. They are also part of Fivestars and you get a point for every dollar spent and can redeem the points for different things. I recommend 100%.

This has to be one of the best nail spas in DFW. My nail specialist, Andrew, has done some amazing nail designs. Hes very patient and kind, and a very skilled young man. The other services provided are top notch, all really great professionals.

I would’ve gave this place a 5 but I have a concern. Both me and my daughter got our feet and nails done. We spend over $200. I got chrome nails. The young lady used black matte nail polish on the bottom and chrome on top of it. I was satisfied with the look but when I got home and got in the shower my chrome begin the peel off a few of my nails. My nails hadn’t been done for 24 hours yet and they already were peeling . I was upset not only that I paid about $60 for them but it was my birthday and I didn’t have the look I wanted. Other than that, this place has a warm vibe and they are very friendly and they take care of you quickly. I really don’t know if I will go back to get chrome nails but I may let them do something else.

I have been coming here for a while now about two years and ever since Jessie serviced me the first time I kept going back to her. I love how she does my nails & how kind she is. I felt comfortable coming back to her after lockdown because I know she is clean & professional with her service.Her twin Dory is great too! She usually does my sisters nails.

Ethan does my lashes and he is very good. Has a lot of knowledge about keeping ur natural lashes healthy while still wearing extensions. I have also had my nails done there. They are a lil pricey, but my nails look great.

I would highly recommend candle nail spa. I came with a few friends and we set up appointment for each of us. We were attended to exactly on time in accordance with our appointments. Macie did my manicure. I asked for a full set with a natural color. She did a beautiful job. I’ve never been so happy with my nails.

I got my manicure done by Jessie and she executed better than the picture I showed her, she also took her time which I really loved. My pedicure was good as well and got a massage, I love it here, will definitely be coming back!

I tried Candle Nail Spa for the first time today. Kobe did an amazing job on my nails and Nikki was very good and detailed about my pedicure. I am normally very picky but had to have a good back up place but it turns out this will be my new nail spa for sure and I will be back.

I’m always extremely satisfied whether she does my nails (I typically do dip) or my pedicure. She always takes her time and helps me pick the right color too. I’m such a picky client, and she’s always been so patient with me! I’m so happy that I found her all of those years ago!

WONDERFULI never get my nails done. I walked into this salon with a pinterest photo and the knowledge of nothing.I asked for what I thought I wanted and was walked through by the receptionist why it was the right choice. After changing my mind 100 times, I sat down with a technician, Dory. She was AMAZING. She recommended multiple different things and yall, my nails are insane.It was an amazing experience and a very fair price. If you arent going here, youre insane.Absolutely ask for Dory.
