Good place to live. Nice Apartments.Professional people are working there.

Per the news today they wont take this ladies rent because someone else is helping her pay it. Ludacris. This lady is about to be homeless, has the help willing to pay but they wont take it. This really sucks. Owners are trash for that.

I live here the managers and all the office people sy things but dont do it anyway I love the pool.

Contacted CLT Housing Authority today to report this apartment complex. My heat goes out for weeks at a time, ceiling paint in my kitchen was peeling off, BUGS, and maintenance lies about visiting my apartment to fix things. I am not use to such low quality apartments. I stayed off campus near UNCC where my rent was $500 a month. Yes being in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is great for $800 a month but all these issues are not worth it. I will not be renewing my lease.

Landscaping looks a lot better then their neighboring apartments.

Not the best place to live rent is high. maneger is not nice...and god for bid your kids get the sliding glass doors dirty have to clean it every 5 min and maneger says she has 3 glass door and a toddler and hers stay clean well let me say this my 4 littles ones are home 24/7 and there is no way its going to stay clean with 4 children Cooling sucks ac set at 70 and never cools down to 70 reaches 78 80 ac never stops becuase of that but office people say its working great..and for the price its not worth it.its better off renting a house.theres everything drunks drugs prostituts.
