Was told by management that I was approved for a one bedroom and that they were waiting for another resident to move out. They had me come up to the office multiple times, never to sign a lease, but to make corrections. I did everything they asked and had all the required information, they later tell me I make too much. My experience has been similar to the other reviews on here about them. They make promises then tell you that you dont qualify. Shame to waste peoples time like that.

I Apply for this property was told the waiting list was close so I can apply for their Regular Rent Apartments. After doing the application, paying the application fee and waiting and calling for about a month. I received a call from another place saying they sent my application over (I had no knowledge that this property did this) when I called I was told my application was approved but she could not find my file, I mentioned the other place calling stating it was sent over to them (without my consent). I was told to come back to the office with my papers ( I did) and was told I was denied because I make too much. How is it that I was approved and this is regular rent apartments I applied for but then turn around and say I was denied. Is there anyone higher I can contact because this information does not sound accurate to me. Being that I was told I would have to pay first month rent and security to move in which would of been $1900-$2000 How is it possibleI make you much?

My visit to the site was wonderful. The staff was very nice and patient and the property was beautiful. My questions were answered and I felt like the staff was very knowledgeable. In my search for housing this has been the best experience thus far I think Ive found where I want to stay. I would like to thank Ms Tamrah and Ms Beverly for the professionalism in which they handled my visit. Great job ladies

I’ve been on this waiting list since they were built never got a letter or phone call not to mention I constantly update my information to assure I don’t lose my spot... Never waited so long... and when I go the staff can never give me an update... maybe I’ll try contacting corporate... it’s a shame

The maintenance crew sucks Ive lived here since Aug. 2016 for months my key didnt work for my back door or the storage. The water pressure in the kitchen was extremely low the just fixed that last week. The door bell never worked and still doesnt. They will take their time to complete your work order and when they do come to do the work They will come in your house with out notice of them being there. They will leave lights on move your furniture with out placing it back. The apartment is nice but the maintenance needs some work

If you ever move here do not accept the bottom or second floor get the third neighborsHave no respect and act like they are the only ones living in the building.. and you will not be able to enjoy your balcony because some one above you will have flowers and the dirt from the flowers come down to your porch and water also and mess up your chairs and stuff. The office want do anything about it and its really aggravating get on the third floor where you can have your peace and enjoy your apartment the way you really want to.

So I applied here when they were building 2015. Got put on a waiting list. Its 2018 and they told me there is a 5 yr wait list. What happened to my application? Applications are not valid after 30 days, they still need to check credit and previous residence again. So they just taking your money and lying. Unprofessional staff, very clueless and uneducated. I was looking for a market rate apartment. Terrible.

I was riding by when I saw the leasing sign. As soon as I pulled up I saw a resident and she spoke and smiled. That by itself had me anticipating speaking with the leasing office. If the tenants greet you with a hello and smile Im sure the workers would do the same. Guess what? She was on the phone, but was able to acknowledge my presence. Once off the phone she answered all questions and advised me to take a card if I had further questions or if anything changed with my application. Im eager to move here!

**Update!**This could be worse, but so far this year(2019). Theres been mold, that they refuse to properly get rid of. its been a month that they have been working on this mold issue . Not to mention theres still the concern of missing paperwork. Overall in my fourth and last year, its only gotten worse. Where the income based program offers help, it also screws you over.Opinion stands the same. If youre going to do income based apartments, do any other but this one.

Absolutely under any circumstances do not move here. That is of course if you want to deal with incompetent management and neighbors that dont respect the beautiful property or others. I love the concept of what RWCI is trying to accomplish, but you will never have happy residents when tied to this property management team. Anyone considering a market rate place here, BEWARE. They treat everyone like trash. No matter how high they jack your rent up to.

This place here is unbelievable. I am currently trying to find out how to contact the CEO for this company because they are completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I have contacted their office, sent emails, and contacted their corporate headquarters; nobody ever knows anything. Still cant get any information and Ive been on the wait list since the beginning of 2016. Channel 9 needs to investigate this company as a part of a housing scam all these negative reviews.

I’ve been a residence at the residence since 2016 one of the first one to move in on my row I can say I had nothing but good experience with the staff even though they switch staff every other month they were still friendly and handled whatever I needed. The only problem I have had is you could never get in touch with security when you need them or seen them around.

I have never seen such low class workers in my life. The people working for this company have no work ethic, class or professionalism. They acted as if I was a burden to them by asking question about moving and also gave conflicting information between the coworkers. I couldnt get a positive answer on any of my questions and felt like I was a burden the entire time I was there.Turn and run!This place might look nice now, but in six months it will be filled with trash and filth.

Dont even get me started on the move in dates. The pool lady is a real nasty hateful old bat. Then in order to visit my boyfriend i have to be on the lease. Dont make sense. I have a home in Sc. Other then those few things the management seems to be attempting to remedy this situation and there are a lot of very nice families here who have been extremely nice with my children. I hope the few issues that we had can be resolved and everyone can move on and live happily together as a community.

How long are u on the waiting list Ive been on thriat since since 2014 and came back and put another in 2016 no nothing sad Im adding more to this I received a email from the manger email her back no response at all went back there on Thursday June 21 spoke with sigearie Porter she told me she would call me Monday to see were my aplication was at or how long will it take now mind u Ive been on this list since 2014 went back 2016 to update my number which was told to me that as long as my address is the same a letter would be sent mind u went back 2017 to update more info now Ms Porter wrote my info my name and number said she would call me it would not be until mondayon Tuesday i left her a message noone has called me yet which tells me alot about there business and how things are run there it doesnt take 4 years when the waiting list at that time was not long one year 18 months 2 years the story change alot I will not be calling back or going back to see this is ridiculous Robin price look it up

I am here I stay in the housing authority unit.there is a new manager here.she is put in place. rules.to help herself.an hurt us the ones that get check s once a month.how is that helping us.that u are maken it harder on us.maken us spend more money.by make n us get money gram in order to pay the rent.one side we .could use money gram .money. order s.but that new manager.says money gram. which one is it.we was not given .any other. information.as to how..where is the information.where is the account number.we are supposed.to.have.we need more information.than what we are getting from your manager.we have to have the company. information.in order to send the money gram.the wall are cracking.the frame is coming apart.at the bottom of near wall.i made a mistake.moven here I am stuck. Here .I can not. afford.to go anywhere else.until RAD.get it together. I am . always worry. mental state is getting worries headache.

I did a application back in September of 2015, I received a letter in the mail in December stating for me to call them to complete the application process. In 2016, they gave my boyfriend and I the run around!! They called us in back in March after going 2 months without hearing anything back from them,. Instead of getting the apartment that we originally applied for, they offered us something that was totally beyond our price range, but because our lease was up back where we lived and we needed something ASAP, so we took it anyway. They told us that our apartment would be ready in May but we didnt move in until mid July . Our first day living in our home, our air conditioner didnt work. It took them three days to get someone to fix our air conditioner and everyday when I called the lady at the front desk at the rent office, she kept putting me on hold and kept saying that shell call me back. Never called back. She also said that she they wasnt even aware that our air conditioner didnt work. Seriously? Strike one! We had lots of spiders and ants and it took them a week to send someone out to handle that. Strike two! Then three weeks later we received something in the mail talking about a fee that we had to pay because THEY gave us the wrong prorated rent... Strike three!!!! Terrible right? PLEASE read the reviews and ask plenty of questions before moving here! Hell, anywhere at that!

Came across this development because I work in the area and noticed it as it was just about complete. Its beautiful and in a decent enough location that I figured Id might as well go in and apply. The process started off smooth until I got approved.... Thats when the rent amount they initially told me was no longer available, but a few other units that are much more money are vacant (ironically). Then I tried to make a preference of where I would like to be located (because its a brand new development not even fully complete yet), not only was my request denied, but the location I was given isnt that desirable in my opinion. The biggest thing thats starting to wear on my patience is the fact I was approved in February and now a week away from May, they still dont have a move- in date for me until sometime after June or July! I really want to give this place a shot, but it seems like the longer it takes to get in there, Im noticing the draw backs of the development and the people who manage it. Trying to stay hopeful and positive though

Very unprofessional... I got the run around in the beginning and finally was happy to finally get my place, but when I got my place, that was the 1st time I seen the apartment...On top of that my AC wasnt working, and I called numerous times and it was sooo hot in my apartment and finally when I had to take action, maintence came to my home (late) and said everything cant be perfect. It took them a whole month to come and fix the AC, & ever since, I feel they are being very spiteful (retaliating) since I had to threaten to call corporate. Their attitudes are horrible and they argued me down about a $10 parking decal after my car had been towed from my house. They said they dont call the tow people (to tell them I live at the apartment), so I could get my car, but she informed me that she would call the tow company b4 she gives my a replacement sticker.The establishment looks nice on the outside, but the ppl are very nasty who work at the establishment, and they have let me really see that this is not a home bt a stepping stone.Going to talk to them gets you nowhere so I know I will have to take my complaint further.

So Unprofessional Dianna is a caseworker there if you apply in get her ask for another caseworker Dianna she picks in chooses who she wants to move there so rude will leave you text messages instead of calling so unprofessional im in the process of calling corporate maybe even the news i believe they have a scam going on to get all people information my rate is really a 0

First off i would like to thank Ms. Tamarah for the customer services that she provides when you call or come to the office. She has respect and shes very professional. I wish i could say the same for everyone else but i cant and i wish i could give you a better rating but i cant. I gave it one star because of Ms.Tamarah. you know i wasnt able to look or do a walk through the apartment until i got a move in date paid my deposit and prorated rent for that one day. When i signed my lease and got my keys i came inside and there was dust all over the floor and cabinets and drawers. The handles on the doors was coming off the outside storage door wouldnt shut to lock on one of the door handles the lock was broke and the bathtubs was scratched up. I was told i was the first person to move in and with me being the first one to move in i didnt want anyone accusing me and my children of destroying the property. There was bugs and spiders everywhere in every room. So this apartment has just been sitting here empty they built it and just left it unfinished. They said they come out here every friday to spray but you can tell noone has came in and did anything to this apartment. I have never moved into an apartment and not been able to do a walk through and the place not clean before they move in a tenant. I went back up to the office to express my concerns and i was told they were busy and i understood that as im walking out the door i saw the maintenance man and he asked me how everything was going and i told him about the problems i was having and he said he would be down there in a minute he never came that day so i decided to go back to the office the next day which they told me they were busy again and i saw the maintenance man again and he came down there and fixed the door handles and the storage door. He flipped a switch in the laudry room and told me to wait a couple of hours and i should have hot water and i said ok after the second hour i still had no hot water so i waited two more hours and still no hot water. So on September 3,2016 i went back to the office to let them know they sent another maintenance man down and he said it was a plumbing problem and they would have to call someone out here to fix it. Not only am i having to deal with that. My home smells like weed everyday and i dont even smoke and i have three small kids here and one is disable. At first i thought it was coming in because i was opening my door trying to move my things in but its not. I tried to talk to my neighbors and let them know that its coming in my apartment and they apologize and i accepted there apology thinking they were going to stop and have respect for me and my kids as there neighbors and me coming to them first instead of going to the office but that wasnt the case there still doing it. It woke me up out of my sleep it was so strong i dont want to run to the office and tell on anyone but i have to look out for me and my kids in my lease and the property manager told me as well not to smoke in this apartment and now i see why and if my neighbors dont care why should i care. I talked to Beverly about it and i told her that i talked to the neighbors and that i didnt want her to say anything because i had already talked to them and i didnt want any problems over here with anyone because i really did think they wouldnt do it again. I called the office this morning and left a message for Ms. Tamarah and she called me back and i told her what was going on and i also told her that i asked Beverly not to say anything because i didnt want any problems with anyone and then Beverly called me and she was rude she made me feel like i was wrong for telling her not to say anything because i didnt want any problems and now im calling back up there complaining about it and now i want her to deal with it. What i dont understand is why the people who have in charge thats running this place think they can talk to people any kind of way and make people feel like there a burden when you call. I never disrespect anyone when i call or come to the office

Horrible they have some crackhead towing company that has towed her car twice by mistake they damage my car while trying to tow another car and ignored me yelling from the third floor balcony that you just hit my car then when I called they straight up denied it manager never called me back and they stop answering my calls oh and apt sucks management sucks
