I just spoke with Ms. Ross (Nika) who graciously answered all of my questions, without rushing me off the phone. Quite different from my usual experience in dealing with Property Managers. 5 Star Customer Service from a 5 Star Community, that hopefully I will call home some day.

The two ladies in the management office Rhandi and Kendra I love them they went over and beyond to get me into my apartment I love my apartment super spacious let’s not forget my kitchen island omg I’m in love my neighbors are quiet I love it here and I’m coming from nyc

I found this apartment complex and was so excited to set up a viewing. I have been calling for 6 days straight now, left messages etc. I fully understand there is a pandemic, WE ARE ALL EFFECTED BY. This is a business🤦🏾‍♀️. The way they treat potential renters says allot about how you will be treated as a resident. After reading some of these reviews along with the unprofessionalism Ill just keep looking.

“Tour by appointment only” but no one picks up the phone. Came in person and this old white lady was very rude. I feel discriminated and stare from the moment she laid eyes on and she watch me as I leave. If they greet future resident like this I don’t know how they treat their tenants.

I would NOT move here. move anywhere but here. My car has been broken into twice, someone urinated on my front door, for the last 2 winters my heater has gone out and theyve left me weeks with no heat and brought in old space heaters causing my electric bill to skyrocket and would not assist in covering any of the cost since they couldnt fix my heat. There is not enough parking no matter how many cars are registered to you you have only one pass you can receive so you have to park outside of the complex on the road. The property management is subpar. move anywhere but here!

Terrible agents working. My girlfriend had appointments and we were greeted poorly. The place had cheap prices and I can see why. Don’t rent here

Good evening, Everyone was so nice in the office, and the neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and peaceful ! Ms. Jenna did an amazing job at showing me the property, and taking my information down . I would highly recommend this property.

Moved in about six months ago and I must say that it is a great experience, my husband, children and myself are very appreciative to be one of the first residents to reside at The Stevensons apt. They are nice and spaciously built with a high-end look and we are very comfortable. neighbors live quietly and keep to themselves. Property management and maintenance both are very professional at handling business and are very nice people, I have no complaints, easy living at best. Thank you!

I absolutely love these apartments. Very well kept and lovely apartments. Also the people who work here are very nice and welcoming.

Im new to the city and looking for a nice area to stay. A few people recommend this place, however, the waiting list is ridiculous. I have never heard of a waitlist for an apartment before unless they were income based.

I went to the office for an application last year. The two females, Hispanic or maybe White, looked at me when i came in as if i was one of Americas most wanted. An unfriendly look. And did not seem interested at all about me asking for the application. Was it because Im Black?

I got approved to be on waiting list then denied due to they saying i have 2,000 over the income. How do a person have over the income limited there was no income based information listed no where on the application saying you cant have a certain amount income. I guess they want someone who sit on their ass and beg for money and be late with paying rent. This was so unfair.

I applied in March 2018 and paid an application fee and yet to hear yay or nay on anything, after paying my fee I would have appreciated a denial letter or something

I was approved for the apartments paid my deposit back in march its going on 6 months I have yet to move in or receive any information also nobody In the office never answers the phone or return emails
