Every since Mr. Sergio and Peak Living took over management things have improved significantly! The maintenance dept is quick and responsive to urgent needs. The main office staff is customer service oriented and professional. I notice how the community is cleaning up and improving. I would like to thank Mr. Sergio and the Peak Living Staff for improving the culture at Delta Crossing! I just signed another Lease for a year. Lastly, there are no issues with Pest Control! Thanks again!

I have called so many times and have not received 1 call back. I had to email just to receive a call. Not a good first impression. When the guy called he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed.

The office and maintenance stole from me and lied so I called corporate and they did absolutely nothing and to add things doesnt get fixed around when work orders are put in definitely wont refer to anyone

DO NOT COME HEREI had an appointment today @ 1:15 . I got there at 1:10 and a guy came out and locked the door and said the office was close . I tried to explain to him that I had an appointment and he got in his golf cart and drove off . After I called twice, I saw that there were 2 people sitting in the lobby talking and eating . They look at me, laughed and continued to eat . The guy with the golf cart came back, walked past me, went inside and closed and lock the door . Then all 3 of them watched me from inside. It was so unprofessional and rude . ThankGod I dont live there. Then while Leaving I talked with a resident nice man !! And he said that he had a big roach problem. So yea find some where else to live cause this aint it

Besides the trash bags and glass from broken car window...the maintenance man ignores for weeks and he lives right beside it....the community is great

I have been living here for over three years and I’ve always received everything that I have expected from the very beginning ....Sergio the new assistant manager was an excellent addition to the team that was their Prior to his arrival because his attention has been one that would be hard to match His attitude his professionalism demeanor throughout this pandemic has made us all feel safe secure and proud to call this place home it’s a great place to live

Sergio Briceno is an amazing Assistant manager. He was so professional and intuitive. I did not rent a a unit through Delta Crossing, but I did go with my friend who filled out an application and Sergio went beyond and above to answer each question we had. He was so honest and upfront. He made our time with him fun through his humor and charisma. I tell you if I didnt already have a home, I would had definitely rented a unit just because of the welcoming and comfortabilty I felt through our time. Sergio is awesoms

So Ive been on the look for a new apartment. I found one that is renovated and at a great price so I had to take the deal with the other location. However the staff there, Anthony (manager) and Sabrina were great, made me feel just like home... almost applied here just for how good the staff is! LOVEEEEEEEE THE VIBE

What a difference a few months makes! I previously was wanting to move out of the apartments that I have grown to love due to lack of attention, unprofessional staff and work orders being ignored BUT since Sergio and Peak Living (new management) took over, I am beyond pleased! The payment portal is up and running, my calls are answered during the day and work orders that have been sitting idle have been taken care of!! I had a damaged sink area due to a plumbing issue that was ignored for months! I contacted Sergio Friday evening and a contractor was at my door MONDAY MORNING to repair this! The damage wasn’t just covered up, but removed and replaced! I was too happy about the quick response and wonderful, professional repair that was done! Nothing like living in a community with professional management staff that actually cares...

Anthony and Sabrina were great! Anthony really took the time to get to know me and my situation. I really appreciate his caring and kind personality. This is a great place.

This company is pure trash!! I went to the office for help with a problem that they caused. Not only did they refuse to help me but they called the cops on me. So not only did they not help me, they wouldn’t even allow me to move out w/o a 90 day notice even though I have NO lights in my apartment. Pleas stay away from this trash apartment complex.

The worst experience ever in an apt complex period. I dont think they understand that when paying 1000 plus dollars, things should be way better over here. Even before the pandemic, its been a struggle. We dont plan on staying here after the lease is up.

No other place i would rather stay. Kimberely and Anthony are great. I never have an issue. They communicate very well and are helpful. The community is great and quiet. I love the set up of the rooms. I plan on being here for a while.

I stayed there in 2015-2016 It was one of the best place I occupied. The management always respond to work orders the day after they received them. They never called the cops on me for going and complain or check on status of a work order. Cops are rarely present but they still hire two officer that’s stay in the community for our safety. It was just awesome I highly recommend them. They do reject application fast however that help them to keep their complex clean and away with drugs, shooting ext!!

I love working with Anthony, he was so amazing while I was deciding if I wanted to move here with my family. He wascompassionate, understandings, and available any time I called, he showed me and re showed me the apartment any time I asked. And almost 6 months later Anthony has not changed, he is still here for us. Thank you Antjony for everything you have done. And u were right we love this place.

These are by far the worst most expensive apartments in charlotte. These apartments are poorly managed trashy and not worth the money!!! Add on all these extra fees for these poorly upgraded units .. Dont waste your time and money here ! The fact these people made up a review saying its really quiet is liiieees!!! Police are always here!!! And management is THE WORST!! They just hired a new one because the last one quit!!! Notice they only respond to the good reviews because they are made up!!!

The Manager Mr Parker is amazing and he very professional and was a joy to work with him. He’s the best and I would recommend him and the community to others.

Kim and Ebony are fantastic. The maintenance staff Santos and Luis are prompt and very efficient. I’ve been here for nearly two years and it has the most relaxing two years at an apartment complex yet.

I have lived here for about a month now! And so far so good. My son loves it he enjoy the play area. Very quiet neigborhood. Staff is nice! No problems yet. I feel safe and a safe area for children!

I can say Ive been living here a little over a year, and everything been great so far! The leasing staff are always friendly and welcoming. I can definitely family oriented neighborhood, from the Friday after school snacks for kids to the different events that they welcome all residents to join.

So far so good. The leasing staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help. The maintenance crew that I have encountered are very courteous and friendly. Love the area and the quietness of the neighborhood.

Five stars because the management staff was there for me when I needed help. They welcomed me into their quiet, quaint, private, family-oriented community with open arms. And they continue to care and provide outstanding service to their residents.

I was truly impressed upon my visit to browse prospective apartments. The first impression I received was that I was valued from the staff. Quick to greet and quick to tour, wow! I want to move in here in the summer but I cant wait now, I really wanted to try out that fitness center!5 stars isnt enough for this place, I hope somethings available when Im ready!

Apartments are over priced and not worth the money. Bugs everywhere, trash everywhere, and the apartments are OLD. Gunshots all the time, police in and out the neighborhood. Leasing staff sucks. Just awful.

I put in an application the first week of June, denied within a couple of days, called in about my refund on my administration fee, was told it will be processed between the 20-25th of June. Why does it take them so long to refund your money? It only took 25 minutes for me to get a money order and pay you. Would you not think if Im searching for a place to stay, I need my money back to aid in doing so. Im more then sure its not much to process this. I will be contacting BBB and your Administrative office about this today. Most apartments dont even ask for any administration fees or security deposit until youre approved. This apartment complex is greedy

Ive been in this apartment complex for almost six months now and what I can say is that first bad staff they dont pick up their phones and their emergency line they never respond. Theyre liars and they dont keep their promises.. Im living in an apartment that I pay almost 1000.00 dollars and my AC is not working, I notice them 4 days ago and no one care to come to fix my AC, they responded to to me on Saturday and they brought a temporary AC for us to use..I really regret living here and Im planning to move, please if youre planning to move in this apartment please dont because you will regret... the most worst place I have ever lived,, guess what my old apartment that I pay less have better staffing,,,,

The new staff is horrible. Theyre never at the office and almost never answer the phone. Also, we have experienced many maintenance issues that wouldnt get fixed until months later. Ive lived in apartments much cheaper and received better living conditions, maintenance, and service from the office.

Hi I’ve Been a Resident For A Year and 3 months at Delta Crossing & I cant complain about one thing when I call for anything they’re on the job the apartment managers are very helpful and understanding I would recommend anyone to move here

They dont have 24 hour Emergency Maintenance. The air unit went out Thursday and it wont be fixed until Monday. Let me remind you its close to 100 degrees. When your body over heats it leads to heat strokes, headaches, feeling nauseated, when our body temperature starts to increase, the blood flow to the skin increases, and that puts a strain on the heart. No matter how many fans we have we cant cool off and trying to stay hydrated isnt easy because you could be just sitting and still sweat profusely

These people are making up lies on these reviews ... the apartment are roach infested and not in good condition! Management is obviously making fake reviews!!! These apartments are not 5 star condition whatso ever ! The police is always there and there were shootings in the apartments complex

My son moved out of his apartment 6months ago, and was promised his deposit in the mail which has not happened. He waited around the area over a month and he was promised to receive it and it never happened. They have avoided phone calls, refusing to talk to family members that come in his behalf and not recieving call backs. I know if someone was interested in a apartment they would call back. We have called corporate and now we are waiting for a call from them now. I dont understand they think they can just take tenants money when there was never a problem with them receiving their rent. This is a scam

Had the misfortune to live here. omg...run in the other direction. my experience was: mold, roaches and termites. in addition, employees are never there long enough to actually manage the complex. my sentence there was horrible. disgusting. run.

Great little apartment community tucked away, dont overlook it. Upkeep is great and my neighbors are awesome.

The quietness of the community is such a relief! It is located off of a fairly busy road, so you definitely have to be cautious coming and going.
