I have only been a part of the Southline community for a week, but I cant imagine living anywhere else in South End. Natalie Case was incredibly responsive throughout my apartment search - answering both calls + emails within a couple of hours. When it came time to tour Southline, Natalie had found a unit that accommodated both my wants and needs. Again, huge shoutout to Natalie for making my move to Charlotte as smooth and painless as possible!
On a whim, I decided to stop by Camden Southline on a Saturday afternoon with little expectation of getting anything other than a cursory look around the ground level. I walked in the office and apologized for the unannounced drop-in, but Natalie Case was very happy to help. She gave me a property tour, explained all of the benefits, and was super nice and friendly. It was like hanging out with a friend. Not only did I get the unit I was looking for, but the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. When I expressed interest in a storage unit and wanted to see it, another staff member was more than happy to show me the storage unit I was interested in.I have been a resident at Camden Southline for 2 months and could not be happier with my decision. All of the staff are very helpful, nice, and eager to make sure everything is going well. If I just happen to pop in the office to say hi, I am treated like a friend they are happy to see.
I walked into Camden Southline just last weekend right before closing, but I was greeted very kindly by the Leasing Department. Natalie Case took everything in her own hands to kindly give me a tour of the building and even show me into a few of the available units. She guided me through the application process every step of the way by providing quotes of multiple rooms and followed up very quickly upon leaving, but sadly the unit I wanted was leased the following night. Natalie made my experience at Southline very comforting and I will surely recommend Camden Southline to anyone looking for an apartment.
Very quiet and clean community, I’m glad I went with Camden Southline. Move in was easy and the apartment was clean and move-in ready. With gated entry into the building and garage, I feel very safe living here. Brittany was very professional and very friendly, she also helped me with the numerous questions I had!
Ive enjoyed living at Camden Southline. The building is in a great location and has nice amenities. Mackenzie, Brittany and the leasing office staff are great. They take the time to get to know residents and are super helpful if and when an issue arises. They also like to plan activities, small events and contests to keep residents happy and engaged. I would definitely recommend Camden Southline.
I lived in Camden Southline in 2016 as a recent college grad who just moved to Charlotte, and I am so happy to have returned back home to Southline in 2021 as a young professional -- now with a dog! I had a 2 week window to get all of my ducks in a row to move in to my new apartment, and Brittany was so helpful every step of the way. My pup and I love our spacious and quiet apartment, the large dog park, and the amazing proximity/location to everything in Southend. Would recommend Camden Southline to anyone who wants a safe, clean, and friendly place to live!
In my two years at the building, I have had only positive experiences with everyone who runs this community. Everyone is friendly and kind and always very responsive. I wanted to take a minute and give a special shoutout to Mackenzie who has been helping me navigate my lease renewal options. She has been so helpful and responsive and gave me all of the information that I was looking for. Really appreciate it!
I currently live in a Camden sister property (and have loved it but unhappy in my apartment due to construction on a lot next door), so I know what I get with Camden.. I was pleasantly surprised touring Southline today when I was met at the door with a familiar face! A former employee at the sister property now works at Southline! I think it’s a good sign when I see property staff 1) being promoted, and 2) staying “in the family.” Brittany was wonderful, detail-oriented, AND served me direct answers to ALL my direct questions. This is what I have come to love about Camden. Service is really what sets a property a step above the others. Of course, Camden has all the other bell and whistles you’d expect from a luxury property, but the service is truly what makes a Camden property a Camden property. Thanks to Brittany for a fantastic tour!
I moved to Camden Southline during COVID and everyone was beyond accommodating. Ive lived in two other Southend apartments and this location is by far my favorite - youre right next to Publix and on the rail trail but still have privacy since its on the South Blvd side of the trail. Despite COVID, I have been able to safely use the amenities (gym, dog park, pool, party room) which Im very thankful for.
Outstanding experience!
I’ve lived at Camden Southline for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s the best apartment I’ve ever experienced. I hardly ever hear neighbors, maintenance is fast, and the office staff is truly amazing. I would say the customer service is what sets Camden apart from anywhere else and it’s worth it just for the amazing leasing office team, especially Mackenzie! Mackenzie is kind and always helpful. She responds quickly to emails and obviously cares so much about the residents.
I have lived at Camden Southline for three years and absolutely love the place! The leasing office and maintenance team are extraordinary in the care they give their residents. And they are always ready to give my dog Pixie an ear and belly rub, even if they are busy. I often see them stay late to give tours to potential residents or host events for the current residents. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. You can tell they take great pride in the service they provide, as they should. They are the best! I can’t imagine living anywhere else in the Southend.
AVOID!!!! Horrible experience with McKenzie!!! First, good luck getting anyone on the phone. Went to the website and saw they closed at 6 pm. Left work early and with traffic it took about 45 min to drive there. I get there around 5:30 and let McKenzie know I was searching for a 2 bedroom and I’d like to view one I saw online. SHE REFUSED TO HELP ME! There were no other people waiting, the lobby was empty and she told me she doesn’t take tours after 5:30. I asked why and she said because they take 45 minutes and we close at 6. So this is how the management at this property trains people to treat residents/potential residents? You can’t be bothered with 15 extra minutes for someone who left their job early and drove 45 minutes just to come there? If this is how they treat people that are looking to spend their money there for a well priced 2 bedroom unit I cannot imagine how awful actual residents are treated. I have never experienced this pathetic level of poor customer service from a business in which I intend to spend a significant amount of money with. All bc McKenzie couldn’t be bothered for 15 extra minutes of her time. If you’re considering this location, let the quality of Camden’s employees set the tone for your experience living here.
Weve lived at Camden Southline for about six months now, and we LOVE IT here. We were nervous about coming from a house to living in a new city, and in a smaller apartment, but the management team at Southline made our transition FLAWLESS. Mackenzie was our leasing agent and she was incredibly helpful in answering our questions, even outside of business hours. Mackenzie gave us multiple tours on various days, even close to closing times because she knew we got caught in traffic and were driving 1.5 hours to see the place. Our labradoodle Maui, loves it here too. The dog park and proximity to the rail trail have become a part of our everyday routines. The maintenance team has an incredibly fast response time. Rodney has responded to many of my maintenance requests and always gets them completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We toured 15 complexes in the south Charlotte area, and I cannot put enough emphasis on You get what you pay for. Southline is a little pricy, but the residents are mostly respectful young professionals, and I will continue to recommend this apartment complex over and over again.
This complex is amazing! It has the best customer service by far and I love it! Everybody was so friendly at the front office whenever there was a slight problem. The pool area is pristine. The water is clear and there is no problem with dead bugs or anything and the two grills are always well kept. I’ve never found a dirty spot in the entire building. Even the dog park was kept clean. I love just how well everything is managed! Thank you for the best apartment stay ever Camden Southline!

Camden Southline is a wonderful community. The apartment homes are of top quality and luxury. The office staff are always friendly and accommodating and the maintenance staff are amazing. Service requests are resolved immediately. Perfect location, great amenities and the views are beautiful.
We’ve lived here for 4 months now and we couldn’t ask for a better place to live. All office and maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. The building is in great condition and our apartment felt brand new when we moved in. Everyone here made our move in process as easy as possible. Living here you have some many amenities to use and the location is great. If you ever need anything the staff is always quick to help you out. One of our favorite things next door is the Publix because you can walk over and grab just about anything you need! It’s also an easy walk to several great bars and restaurants. If you’re looking to live in the South End area this is definitely an amazing place to live!
I love it here! I moved from out of town and popped into the property without an appointment, but was welcomed by Chloe and given a great tour of the property and quickly was convinced that this is where I was going to call home! Building up to my move in date, Chloe and the rest of the front desk staff were available to answer my (many) questions and were super accommodating on my actual move in day. I love the amenities, the friendliness of all the neighbors, and the location cannot be beat. I love calling Camden Southline home!
I love living at Camden Southline. The amenities, especially the gym and computer room, are super convenient to have in the building. I am looking forward to using the pool as well once the weather is warm enough!
Beautiful new amenities, gorgeous apartments, friendly/helpful staff, friendly residents. The staff is always so helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. They helped make our move seamless and were there to answer any questions we had in regards to the apartment and/or property. Special thanks to Jamie and Jessica for all of their help and guidance!
Love living here. Staff was extremely helpful with moving in quickly and is still very helpful with any issues that arise. Apartments are well designed and have more storage than other apartments I have looked at in the area. Beautiful gym with on demand classes and brand new fitness equipment. Free coffee and printing in the lounge. Social activities offered every month. Pet friendly with dog park and paw spa. Couldnt be any closer to a grocery store than, and very close to many of the breweries. Do have to walk a few blocks to get on the light rail. Only thing I dont like is paying 30 bucks a month for mandatory valet trash that I never utilize, but that is pretty much every luxury apartment complex.
I am so amazed at how wonderful these apartments look. I moved from another Camden community and the staff at both locations were so helpful. The staff at Southline made my experience seamless, I couldnt be happier. They exceeded my expectations. All I can say is that Camden Living is fantastic. Thank you to all of the Camden staff.
We love living here! The whole crew is so helpful and nice. Our neighbors are awesome. Upgraded amenities and fun social events each month. One Friday night they handed out beers as we came home from work....can you beat that? Anna and Colby are awesome and were very helpful in picking our apartment and the move in process. Just waiting for the pool to open...which should be any day now. Thanks! Joe and Lara
I absolutely love living at Camden Southline! The people that work here are always very friendly and very helpful! I love that they offer guest parking because its so hard to find good parking in South End. I also love all of the dog amenities they have and how dog friendly they are. It really is so much fun living here!
We are moving to the South Line this month and super excited! Everything has been great so far. The staff is awesome, great customer service, friendly and super professional! Colby has been helping us every step of the way, and Laura the property manager has been great as well. The apartments are beautiful, the gym is awesome and the location is great. Also excited about the on-site complimentary dog spa. Going to make bathing our Boxer mix sooo much easier! Cant wait to be there already!!! Highly recommend!!! :)
The Camden Southline is a phenomenal place to live! Aside from the amenities that they have to offer, the staff is amazing! They tend to care for their tenants and help out whenever possible. Jamie, Jessica, Amanda, and Susanne are courteous and professional. I recommend anyone, especially professionals who work from home to check out Southline. You also cant beat the fact that the apartments are spacious and NEW!
The place is pretty good. But its expensive, so not great for the price. And only 1 of the 3 treadmills TVs works.Update Nov 28, 2018Can confirm. All 3 treadmills work! Up to 5 stars you go (from 3).While Im here, LPT on apartment shopping: Always make sure to ask about EVERY SINGLE charge (monthly and one-time). $10s or even $100s of an apartments rent can be hidden in technology packages or valet waste, which are required, not optional. This apartment is an offender, but so are they all.
Only been here a month but so far so good. Reviewing per our leasing managers request, Mackenzie has gone above and beyond in many ways as weve been selling our house and moving in. We can sometimes hear footsteps above us but never too bad or obnoxious. Trash chute room is a mess but I put this on lazy residents as opposed to a management issue. Pool can turn into a little bit of a party atmosphere on weekends, but again, never too obnoxious. You come here for a more low-key, less college dorm atmosphere than many of these South End complexes. Thats worth the extra $$ in my opinion.
The leasing staff has been incredibly accommodating throughout my entire leasing process. I am extremely impressed with the patience and kindness every member of the Camden Southline staff has shown. Colby Kitchel has been absolutely amazing and I have really enjoyed working with him! I highly recommend!
Love living here! Staff is extremely nice and always willing to help. The apartments are modern and all the appliances are brand new and great quality. The location is perfect and extremely convenient!
I lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. The staff and amenities are amazing and I was sad to move. If I ever had the chance I would 100% move back.
I have been fortunate to call Camden Southline home for almost 3 years. I absolutely love living here and enjoy the many amenities Camden has to offer. The location is absolutely perfect, neighboring Publix and many local eateries such as South Bound, Living Kitchen, Macs Speed Shop, and Chick-fil-a (2 mins away via car).By the way the staff, especially Karleen and Corey, always go out of their way to make our living experience at Camden enjoyable. Also, kudos to the maintenance staff Dan and Rodney they keep Camden clean and up and running. Again, thank you so much for always going the EXTRA mile!
I absolutely love living at Camden Southline!! From the first time I stepped onto the property, I knew I was going to call this place my new home. The office staff is wonderful! Laura, Kolby, and Jamie (and Anna who is no longer there) were all involved in our apartment and moving process. They were so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Having Publix right next door is a huge bonus in addition to all the wonderful amenities Southline has to offer!!
I moved to Southline from the South Park area and I love it here. The staff has been extremely helpful and the transition was seamless. Great location and the amenities are excellent.
We love calling Camden Southline our home! The apartments and the amenities are gorgeous and chic! The staff is very professional, fun/energetic and easy to talk to if there are any issues. Amanda, Jessica, Susanne and of course Jamie are all doing an AMAZING job (Oh how I miss Colby)! The girls and the Maintenance Staff are always there if we have any questions! Having Publix right next door is definitely a PLUS! I have no complaints! CamdenLiving is AWESOME!!!
My wife and I love living at Camden Southline! Great location, great people and great neighbors. I would highly recommend Camden Southline to both friends and family.
Cant wait to move in this June. Chelsea made my wife and I feel so at home during our tour that we signed a lease the following day. Were looking forward to meeting the other tenants too as well be new in the area.
I could repeat all the very positive words that have been posted already, however, there is so much more to be said. Camden Southline is a beautiful complex with the friendliest staff and wonderful amenities. Its also a few steps from Bank of America, BB&T Trust, Publix, a new Harris Teeter ( with a wine and beer bar ) LOWEs, and the Blue Line which gets you into the center of uptown in 15 minutes.A short walk offers a variety of restaurants and comfortable wine bars. The staff plans monthly activities right on site. The wine tasting and recent pool party were great. Im looking forward to the food tasting, the breakfast and the popcorn party to name a few. They even have free coffee everyday in the game room. All in all Camden Southline is exceptional...you cant beat it!
Ever since our first visit to Southline, Colby made us feel at home and was extreemely patient with all the question and multiple visits. There are so many things we like about this place that we just couldnt live anywhere else our first year in a new city! Looking forward to shopping at Publix practically in the development and even our furry friend was welcome to live there. THANKS COLBY, U R AWESOME!
Chelsea in the leasing office is FANTASTIC. I never take the time to write reviews but I had to after the level of customer service that Chelsea gave. I went on 5 other tours the same day and didn’t have nearly the same experience anywhere else. She is so positive and genuine. It was very refreshing after a long day of touring complexes.I was nervous going in because I’m moving here for work and have barely spent any time in Charlotte. My budget was a little tight for this area so I really didn’t think this property would work for me from the start.Chelsea worked with me to find the best unit in my budget and gave me a really honest tour! She showed me 3 different options in my price range and was very open about the ups and downs of each which was incredibly helpful. It was very nice to see the actual units I would potentially be living in as opposed to just a model unit. I didn’t feel pressured at all, she was giving me great advice and it felt like touring with a friend!Much to my surprise, I ended up preferring the studio space to the 1bedroom and Chelsea took the time to walk through different ideas of how she might furnish it. She answered tons of questions for me about the Southend area and thought to wait for the lightrail to go by so I could be comfortable with the sound (very quiet). She even went up and took pictures of my favorite unit and the view after the tour and sent them to me because I forgot to do it myself while I was there. So nice! The building itself is beautiful and the amenities are great. But what really sold me was the incredible customer service and caring attitude that Chelsea and the rest of the leasing team had. I could tell it was genuine and I would be well taken care of here.I’m excited to call Camden Southline my Charlotte home!
I couldnt be any more happier. I love it great location amenities and staff. I love walking everywhere. The perks of ooops I forgot to get an ingredient publix is right next door. I look forward to the get together.
Way cool place. The decor in the main office and amenity areas is retro/modern/chic/(I dont know how else to describe it). The apartment we reserved is one of the best in Charlotte in terms of view and layout. Havent seen one like it. You can also tell the place is well built, unlike many complexes that seem to pop up overnight here in Charlotte. Laura Riss in the leasing office is a total rock star: She has gone out of her way to help us so far and is really fun to deal with. Colby Kitchel knows his stuff and was very helpful on our first visit, too. We look forward to our time here!
I have lived here for almost 2 full months now. Amanda Swilley was the leasing agent who helped my boyfriend and me pick an apartment and got us all settled in. She has been extremely thorough, extremely friendly, and so responsive. There was a huge ice storm the weekend we were moving in and Amanda and the whole Camden team went out of their way to help us move during the storm with as little stress as possible. We moved to Camden from another apartment community in South End and I cannot even capture in words the worlds of difference between Camden and some of these other communities in South End. Amanda and all of the women in the leasing office (hey, Susanne and Jessica!) are friendly, efficient, and helpful. They take the time to notify residents of both positive and negative things happening in the apartment community, South End community, and greater Charlotte community and if there is anything negative going on, they are quick to offer solutions or work towards resolutions for anything thats problematic. South End apartment communities have been targets of car break-ins for as long as I have lived in South End (5 years) and the last community I lived in, the break-ins happened regularly and the community would send out email blasts announcing the break-ins but never worked towards a solution. Camden is already researching solutions like moving the entryway gates up to the ceiling, adding cameras, fobbing all of the doors in the parking garage, etc.The apartments themselves are GORGEOUS. The floors are an amazing walnut plank (including the bathrooms! Love not having to clean the grout in between bathroom tiles!) and the bedrooms have the most plush carpets ever. Closets are HUGE, sunlight floods every single apartment I have been in, the lighting is modern and plentiful, and the appliances are legitimately nice. If you really take a look at the lighting, appliances, and closet space, its remarkable how they have designed Camden Southline. The community I moved from purported to have the same amenities but the washer/dryer sets were cheap (Camden has really nice HE washers and dryers), the lighting was VERY poorly done (there were literally NO overhead lights in the living room - you had to have floor lamps while at Camden the ceiling fan has a light AND there is track lighting in the living room), the appliances werent top of the line, and the floors felt very plasticy after living there for awhile. Camden just did everything right from the beginning and it shows. The amenities are amazing - pool area is large and gorgeous, gym is huge with great equipment, game room is unmatched in the area, parking is plentiful. Camden is very pet-friendly but also enforces pet rules. Residents let the leasing office know that there was a high-traffic pet area that didnt have a pet waste disposal bin and within a week, there was a newly installed bin. No apartment community is perfect but the Camden employees care, they follow up, and they are just the best!I could write for days on how impressed I am with this building. I am proud to call Camden home and so thankful for the awesome team that runs the office!!
Southline was the first of many apartment communities I visited when searching for my ideal apartment in Southend Charlotte. I visited just about every apartment complex in Southend, including Colonial Reserve, Loft 135, Solis, Spectrum, Post, Ashton, Silos, Junction 1504, Park & Kingston, Camden Gallery, District Flats, 1225 South Church - basically, you name it and I almost certainly toured it. But even though Southline was my first tour, it still stood out to me amongst all the others in terms of price and quality of location/apartment.So I decided on Camden Southline; and since living here, Southline has gone above and beyond all of my expectations. The location is wonderful, as it is within walking distance to multiple grocery stores (Publix is right next door), breweries, restaurants, stores, and the lightrail. The residence is kept very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. During my first week of staying here my bed frame broke, and maintenance was able to come up and fix it far better than I would have been able to! The gym facilities here are comprehensive, basically eliminating the need for an outside membership. I could honestly go on for quite a while raving about my positive experiences here, and I havent even been a resident for a full month yet. At the very least, I highly recommend taking a tour of Camden Southline if you are looking for an amazing place to live in Southend Charlotte - you wont regret it!
Great experience so far. Jaime, Amanda and Jessica are awesome.
Great location and amenities, and the staff is awesome! Also, very dog friendly.
Very mice apartments, great location, nice amenities.
Great facilities, very nice staff, location, etc. Highly recommend!
NOT a great place to live. Cars have been broken into on 3 separate occasions in the past 6 months and we were basically told tough luck, we are working on it. No locking system from garage to the inside make this terrifying.Rules are randomly enforced, random cars are towed (still trying to figure this system out after loving here close to year), parking garage is VERY tight. Residents sometimes do not clean up after their dogs, so there is a possibility dog pee or poop could be right outside your apt door. If you live on the front side of the apartment you get to listen to motorcycles peeling out of Macs all night, if you live on the backside you hear the light rail every 15mins till 2am, if you live facing the city you have publixs neon green light shining into your apartment and their traffic till they close, and on the other side there are 2 construction sites you get to enjoy. Our WiFi sucks and we were told by at&t (who is your default provider...) it is because the data cable wasnt installed to this corner of the apartment complex? Still trying to figure this one out also? Each apartment is allowed 1 guest, hope you dont have too many friends, and this goes for the pool also. Last thing, all updates, notifications, and happenings are communicated through email. Eventually my email account marked them as spam...Beautiful amentities and nice office staff keep this place from being a 1 star.
Five Star Living for Five Star People-From the very beginning, my experience at Camden Southline has been amazing. I had never lived at a Camden property before but knew of their reputation especially here in North Carolina. When I attended the first event at Vin Masters, I got a chance to know the leasing staff and learn more about Southline. I went back and forth trying to figure out what floor plan would be best for my girlfriend and I. The leasing staff was very patient with me as I tried to figure out what I was going to do. There were other apartment properties opening up in the South End and I was trying to decide which one would be best for us. I finally decided on a 2 bedroom top floor overlooking the pool at Camden Southline. The amenities including the gym, pool, community room, and business are extremely nice and new. My now fiancé, and I love the fitness center that has the virtual trainer and yoga room. Every Monday night there is a personal trainer that comes to the fitness center to teach FREE classes to the residents. We also love the community room and the option to be able to rent out it for private events. We have used the community room a few times this year to entertain our family and friends. Everyone who has visited is extremely impressed with the quality and décor of the community room. People always comment on the fragrance and have even asked us where they could purchase the scent for their home! The maintenance staff is super professional and very efficient. Anytime we put in maintenance requests, they are addressed within 24 hours. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful as well. If we ever need anything, they are always quick to offer to help us out. Another plus about living at Southline is the easy accessibility to Publix. We literally take the elevator downstairs and go out of the door and we are there. It is so perfect and do not feel the need to big grocery shopping trips. We can just walk downstairs and across the parking lot when we need something! The location of our apartment is perfect and my fiancé and I are extremely happy with everything. We plan on renewing and staying until we decide to become homeowners. We have made some great friends at Southline and look forward to more memories being made there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury place to live without the expensive price tag.
Situation:-Husband & wife; late 20s.-Moved from NYS to Camden Southline 2 months ago.-We relocated for husbands job in Ballantyne (20-40 min. drive depending on traffic) and wifes masters program at UNCC (20-35 min drive depending on traffic)-We were looking for upscale centrally located 1 or 2 BR apartment with new amenities, double bathroom vanity, dishwasher, in-unit washer & dryer, good apt layout (i.e. dont have to walk through the bedroom to the only bathroom), decent storage, nice gym, dog park on-site, pool, in South End, Elizabeth, or Dilworth to be near Uptown and directly in between the University area and Ballantyne-We wanted to be near restaurants, bars, fun things to do on the weekends-We checked out ~7-8 apartment buildings before deciding on Camden SouthlineWhat we love so far:-Our 1 BR apartment has lots of light, beautiful fixtures and details, nice balcony, good storage, convenient floor plan. Perfect for an active, busy young couple - easy to live in both on weekdays and weekends, easy to relax, easy to cook, easy to clean.-Great gym with ample space, towels & equipment, nice pool that gets lots of sun, convenient parking garage (easy to park on floor), grills for resident use-No issues with theft or vandalism thus far-Extremely helpful leasing staff, management, and maintenance. Weve had a few minor requests so far (touch up paint on the balcony door, dishwasher light) and they were taken care of within 18 hours both times). During the leasing process in March, staff went above & beyond to work with our timeline and help us confidently make a decision from so far away (i.e. emailing photos of the view from our soon-to-be balcony).-Very friendly residents & responsible dog owners-Perfect location for us-Love being close to light rail, Publix and restaurants/bars (esp. Macs & Sycamore)A few things wed change:-Could do without the mandatory technology package with includes cable TV. It would be nice to pay for the internet speed we want and purchase Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO and then folks who want the cable channels could purchase that if they wanted. The group rate is cheaper than purchasing on a one-off basis but given that we wouldnt have it if we didnt have to, its not saving us any money and were paying for streaming in addition to it.-Bigger dog park with grass (not turf). Most dog parks weve seen here have turf - maybe a Charlotte thing. We were spoiled in NY with a huge private dog park so its been a tough adjustment for our puppy but Camdens is one of the biggest weve seen so far.-A holding pen at each entrance to get into the dog park. Before moving to Charlotte, every dog park wed been to had a small gated fenced in area you went into to unleash your dog before opening the gate & letting him into the actual dog park. With busy South Blvd and the train tracks on either side of the dog park, we get nervous about our dog escaping whenever someone enters or exits the dog park.-A closer light rail stop. Its a 9 minute walk to the nearest one. Convenient enough if were going somewhere like Uptown for a few drinks and arent in a rush. This might be an annoying distance if commuting by rail on a daily basis was a necessity (its not for us). We heard a closer stop has been proposed.-Crosswalk over the train tracks so we can get on the rail trail without having to walk down South Blvd.....admittedly these last two are about the location and not something Camden Southline has control over.Summary:Amazing place to live, highly recommend. Experience so far has been excellent. We plan to stay here for years to come.
Great place to live! Great staff!
Great location, upscale apartments with all the amenities
