My first pedicure in over a year and a half... there was a lot of work to do. Huy was meticulous, friendly, and thorough. The seamless/paperless check-in and check-out process is fantastic. The whole staff very friendly and upbeat. My appointment started exactly on time. Highly recommend!

MiniLuxe Seaport is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever used. The team is professional and warm, led by Stephanie who always has a smile to welcome you in. All the equipment is kept clean and sanitized, and every staff member helps keep it that way. The services themselves are fantastic - Phuong always does an amazing job and my favorite part is the extra care she takes to remove any polish from the cuticles. Highly recommend!

TLDR: gel manicure ruined and peeling off after ONE DAY, chips and dents on almost every nail, had to get nails fixed twice within a week, passive and deflective front staff member, absurd and exclusive pricingI really dont write reviews unless Im absolutely blown away or completely bamboozled by the service so please if youre reading this, dont just shrug it off. Also, my issue is not with the nail technicians at MiniLuxe. They were nothing but professional, and the one star is reflective of MiniLuxe as a company and brand.I cannot emphasize how much of a rip-off this nail salon is. The only reason I went was because I had a birthday gift card from a friend, otherwise I wouldve scoffed at a place that charges over $50 for a gel manicure.Basically, I went to get my nails done on a Sunday. No more than a day later, my nails began to chip and peel. At first, I thought it was a fluke and was fine to go back and get my nails touched up. The woman at the front desk, however, was passive and deflective when I showed her my nails (NO idea how this couldve happened.....oh I guess we could do a touch up.). It was honestly kinda insulting and made me feel as though I was responsible for ruining a $50 manicure, which is an insane thought to me because what person spends THAT much on a manicure just to purposefully screw it up??Anyways, I went in and got my nails touched up the following Saturday. Within two hours, one of my gel nails COMPLETELY peeled off. I texted the salon asking for it to be fixed ASAP, with a picture attached, and again I was met with passivity and deflection. They agreed to help eventually and scheduled me for a few days later.Of course, more chips and peeling accumulated by Monday (this, mind you, is a week after getting my nails done originally). After they were fixed Monday morning, literally the next day the SAME EXACT ISSUE happened again on multiple nails. This time, I didnt even bother. Id had enough of fighting an uphill battle with a salon that clearly charges a ridiculous amount for a shoddy service. I will truly never return to MiniLuxe and I genuinely cannot believe theyve made a business out of charging an arm and a leg for basic beauty services.

When the manicure was finished it looked great and then by the end of the night my thumbs were discolored. I contacted them multiple times thru email and voicemail to see if I can go to a minilux closer to me but I have not received anything back.

I’ve visited MiniLuxe in the Seaport twice now and have enjoyed the experience. My first manicure was good, I went for the Performance and it definitely lasted a week with no chips (I’m not easy on my nails) but my second with Mi was fantastic. She got the shape of my nails exactly right and I love the look of the Bio Gel. So far, the nails in the picture have held up through one day of snowboarding and have another to go before I start a new job on Monday. I’ll be returning to MiniLuxe-probably more frequently than I should!

I booked my appointment almost a month in advance as I was coming from the Cape. They canceled my appointment the day of and didn’t try to accommodate me, they simply told me they had “no availability”. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Love the quality of the work at this location. Ive only gone three times, but each time I was impressed with the dedication to the small details that Xue and Sang (who did Yogi - a neutral shimmery pink color) and Bima (I think who did my French Manicure performance polish) exhibited. Thankful for well done manicures that I had done - including the nail shape that both employees made exactly how I wanted to look. Planning on going in once more around Christmas time to get the Yogi color in time for a work Christmas party and the holiday!

They take good care of their clients, no matter the service. The staff also minds their timing which is great for those on their lunch break.Quality, mindful service and real customer service to all visitors. A great/thoughtful nail/brow experience in a neighborhood thats up and coming. I feel appreciated here (sort of unusual in this hood 😁)

Loved coming here! Had some waxing services done and Allison was just amazing. Asked me a lot of questions to keep my mind off the general pain of waxing lol, was so so sweet and truly did a great job. The place is also spotless, the receptionist greets you with water or tea if you’d like it. Would definitely recommend her/mini luxe seaport to anyone!

I love this MiniLuxe. As someone who gets her nails done frequently, it’s great to know I can always get a great, consistent manicure here, with friendly service. And booking online is so helpful!Admittedly, it’s on the expensive side. But peace of mind in knowing that ALL the equipment is sterilized for each use, and the salon itself is kept spotless, is worth it. And at the end of your manicure, ask to keep the buff and file they used. They’ll give it to you, because they don’t reuse them!I always go with OPI gel for my nails. It would be ideal if they always had the latest color collection, which sometimes they don’t.But all around, great value for your money.

The place is clean and new, receptionists are friendly and welcoming too. The one who did my manicure was okay however, I want to commend Bima from Nepal one of the nail technician staff who went above and beyond to fix one of chipped nail. I will definitely recommend this nail salon.
