Just wasted $45 on a dip manicure, would not recommend. Very bulky and un shapely nails, technicians seemed to be inexperienced. The sides of nails aren’t even covered in color.

Mia was great, she did my dip manicure super well and not bulky or too thick so my nails felt more natural. Very quick too. Also did my eyebrows. She was quick, efficient, and precise. All for a great price too.

I love this salon.. My fave place to get my nails done. Been coming here for 2-3 years. The employees are amazing here. I always have end up leaving with bomb nails.

Im new to this nail shop. A little pricey for the work they do. My friend went with me and I think they over charged her. Not sure if Ill go back. Lovely staff though.

OMG!!! If I could give 10/5 stars I would Ben did my nails and he was AMAZING!!! I was warmly welcomed and had amazing service. They have so many options on how to do the nails YOU want. Ive been here a few times and have left happy every time. I get a Gel manicure and a pedicure each time and they have an insane variety of colors. And for each Gel color, they have a regular nail polish to match for your toes. Customer service here is top notch and the place is spotless. Love it here, this is now my go-to nail salon.

Ben is by far the best I recommend this place any day. I came here because the nail salon I usually go to was all booked so I seen this salon on line and thought I try them out knowing it’s the day before the fourth I needed my nails done and feet done bad. So I came here and one lady started on my feet but then Ben finished when I tell you he did a awesome job I love him I will be coming here from now on. Thanks again Ben for the great work you do🤗

This is probably the worse nail design I’ve had in a while. The look was completely off from the picture I showed her. Here is my problem with salons, STOP OVERBOOKING CLIENTS to then feel rushed and do a horrible job!!! There was a girl that went after me she waited about 50 minutes because she was waiting on Cindy for a wax. I paid for the service because I had no energy to argue but the more I look at my nails the more angry I get at the mess she did and still charged me full price. Careless work = poor customer service.

Ben Co is the best nail tech Ive ever had and I have been getting my nails done since I was 14 yrs old! House of Nails is an upscale nail salon with very reasonable prices! Everyone that works there is great at their job. I highly recommend The House of Nails!!!!!!!!

Very nice employees! When wanting a normal, single color manicure set, you can have a walk-in. When you want a more detailed manicure that takes more time, please call to make a appointment. They also do pedicures. ❤❤

I went here this evening and left VERY pleased! I moved to Boston from upstate NY a few years ago and right off the bat I started working at a nail salon (all natural nail salon so I couldnt wear any artificial nails- acrylic, dip etc). I just left this job a couple weeks ago and havent been able to find a salon with good enough reviews to visit.. I took my chances with this one tonight and I will be going back! Not only is it very convenient for me to get to this place, being right down the street from my house, but the customer service and experience is unmatched! My nails look the best they have in YEARS. I just wish I got the ladys name that took care of me tonight.....she was the third chair from the window!

I tried gel nails for the first time here and they came out great. It was just a clear coat, but they held up to a lot of abuse for about 2 solid weeks. Also, I was pleased to see them remove new tools from a sealed bag before beginning work on my hands. I felt there was care to be clean, and I appreciate that very much.

Took my daughter in law to get her nails done together. After waiting half an hour they took me first. I said Id wait so we can get done together but the woman told me she would get my daughter in law started in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they sat her, but left her soaking for 20 minutes. By the time they started to do her toes my feet and hands were done and dried. Apparently an appointment arrived and they had to take her first. They should of never accepted to take us both if they couldnt fulfill the request.

DONT BOTHER WITH AN APPOINTMENT! This place has the worst service I have ever received at any nail salon. Every time I’ve tried to get my nails done, I was always told to make an appointment. When I did I arrived on time and I was told to wait half an hour. Before I came in a women without an appointment (a walk in) received service before I did. What’s the point of making an appointment if it doesn’t matter. Never coming back here again VERY DISAPPOINTED.

BAD customer service. I told the woman (older woman - i don’t remember her name) who did my manicure how i wanted my nails done but she didn’t listen. She was very rude and replied “I just started, i am not done yet” i let her do her job. But afterwards, it was a complete disaster. She didn’t even do a design on my nails, and rush me out. Please don’t waste your money unless you have used Ben or Leny - it seems for other reviews that they do a great job. Unfortunately, it was a really bad experience for me, i am not returning to this place ever again

Recently struggled to soak my nails off because come to find out MMA was used on me when I had my nails done here. Being a professional cosmetologist you would hope other “professionals” would treat you with care but I guess not. Won’t be returning ever.

The best place to do your nails ... the place is impeccable and the workers very friendly, they take their time doing your nails, everything they use looks very well disinfected and many others only use them with you. The best experience I have ever had. I can say it is the best nail salon in East Boston.!
