Was super rude! Did-not even bother to clean up eyebrow hair. Went on a super hot summer day and the owner decided to even save up on electricity by not turning on fan/ac.

Very quick to respond, however I am unhappy with the hygiene of the waxing room. It was tiny and crowded, there was no space to undress. The towels were not cleaned, I had to request them to add wax paper on the bed. The dustbin lids were all open and the place smelled weird.

I love this salon. Love the color selection (esp the quick dry Dazzle polish), the space, clearly taking the right safety precautions (hand sanitizer, plexiglass dividers, etc). Prices are good and all the technicians always do a great job! Always a very relaxing experience.

I love Vibrant Beauty Salon!! This is my go to salon for eyebrow threading, facials, pedicures, etc.! They are super nice and very accommodating to your needs!! Love them!!

I went for eyebrow threading and tint. Tint was fine but eyebrows were very swollen. When I got home I realized the girl pulled my skin of off on the lower brow line. I have had my brows threaded for 4 years and never had this terrible experience. I wouldnt have gone here but my regular threader is mourning. I wanted to try somewhere in my new neighborhood but ill drive the half hour or let them look crazy before I take a gamble like this. Apparently if you dont see the owner you get results like this, as I was told on facebook. GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE.

The woman who did my nails was so diligent and gentle (which I appreciate since I have weak nails).UPDATE: absolutely love this place. This is my go-to nail salon. They are patient, kind, the price is reasonable, and they always end the manicure with a lovely hand massage. I love it! Also, my eyebrows are always o. Point when I leave.

This salon has great prices and an incredibly friendly staff. They are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants within South End, but you arent paying the same South End premium as other salons. Their manicures and pedicures last forever. I can get almost 3 weeks from my gel manicure and two weeks from a Polish manicure! I have been loyal to this salon since the moment I found them, and I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Didnt feel welcomed but pedicure was ok. Received a cbd pedicure for the 1st time but not sure if Id go back.

My experience was very nice. Great change to the past experiences with nail salons. Very hygienic and staff was very welcoming. They use great brands and offer holistic treatments. I used a VEGAN nail polish which Im so happy about that they invented this! Super excited to go back and get pampered!! Thanks KK for a nice manicure!!

I love this place! I went here for the first time today. Not only were my wax and nails amazing, so was the conversation. The owners and employees are so nice. There is no attitude you might find at other salons. Also, I really like how they strive to use vegan, organic and in-house made products. There are also cute Indian shoes and things you can buy. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service! The owner and Achaea were so lovely and beautiful. They were both very attentive. Overall, I had such an amazing experience and I appreciate the top notch hospitality. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent. I definitely recommend this place if you want excellent customer service. Also, this place is very clean and I like the decorations and design.

Not worth it for an eyebrow wax. They didnt do a good job of shaping at all, didnt even clean her hands or my skin beforehand and dropped wax in my hair and left it without telling me...I ended up having to cut it out cause it had dried by the time I left.

Called begging for a last minute rush appointment and they were so nice. Fit me in and gave me a fantastic mani/pedi in record time. I was told about how all their scrubs and similar products are all-natural and home-made. I left looking, feeling, and smelling great!

Best place for a manicure. Men will also like this. You can get your hair from the ears or even your nose removed with waxing procedure. How about those eyebrows? Who says only women can have them shaped?

Rosie is amazing! She is super sweet, fun to chat with, and is an excellent manicurist. The salon is also really beautiful and very clean!

It was very nice but for the price... Geeez! I hope my gel manicure stays on for 2 months for that price. Lol too be continued.. Returning back my gel nail manicure and pedicure only stayed for 4 days after my official review. For the price I paid for a short term manicure I dont think I would return.

I love getting my eyebrows threaded from Kulwinder. She is an expert with the thread and makes my brows look beautiful!! I would get skin cuts at other places but never here.They are very warm and friendly and alway get the door for my babys stroller.

They offer a range of services and the people are very friendly and nice. I got a gel manicure from this place, and they took good care of my hands :)

Ive been getting my nails done here for 5 years. The staff is like family and Ive never walked into a shop that listens to the clients so well and pays such attention to detail.

I walked in before 4 pm they close at 5 on Sunday and she couldn’t squeeze me in for a eyebrow wax or mani. She said another customer was due to arrive. She was the only one, stupid business move. I’m not sure if I’ll go there again. She gave me the most pathetic sorry ever. I’d actually give her a 1/2 star!

Im very picky when it comes to my eyebrows, and kaykay who is kulwinder threads them perfectly, or when one is thicker than the other she tells me so I can wait instead of getting them threaded. Love her ! She always leaves my eyebrows perfect.

I came in on Saturday the 5th of January and everything looked exceptional, I walked In and told them I wanted a mani and pedi, and then they proceeded to tell me I had to wait because they were waiting for a person with a reservation. They did not even ask if I had one but I was the person with the reservation they were waiting on. I picked my color and they seated me. She proceeded to start the pedicure, they make everything look great they use a sugar scrub and coconut oil after. The lady that did my mani and pedi only focused on my right hand and right foot when doing my feet more then my left from massaging to shaping to cleaning. She did a sloppy job overall and was very open about it. She told me the nail polish wasn’t up to par and that they had the same color but a different brand she could use. The owner came over she explained that the polish was dry and not well and she said they didn’t have the color on the spot without even checking. she did not even ask me if I was satisfied and everyone in there could tell I was not. I would not even give it a one start rating poor customer service overall. I didn’t even mention that a couple other people walked in and they treated them very exceptionally almost if they were regulars everyone deserves for what they are paying for do better.

Went for my first time today it was a great experience KK was very nice and professional. My services I received was a henna tattoo and Brazilian wax both done by KK who did an excellent job on both. I will definitely be returning for any beauty services I need. This definitely is my new go to spot. The shop is very clean and has an extremely comfortable feel. I was treated with the upmost respect which is hard to find in Boston. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you KK!
