Needed a floor for the lake house that could handle water and sand. Switched the mismatched old carpet and vinyl floor to this rustic reclaimed flooring. Couldnt be happier. Wiping up from the lake water to the showers is a breeze with this floor.Purchased from Bellevue Washington the team was great in finding a good solution for getting our floor delivered over 300 miles from the store.

Got some winterwood oak LVP from lumber liquidators and did the install myself. The team here was very helpful helping me decide what kind of flooring I should get based on my requirements! The install turned out great and easy and honestly I would probably use their LVP everywhere I can now.

Great customer service from everyone I talked to in the company. I had lots of questions and follow-up questions. I called and came in to the store many times yet everyone was patient and never seemed frustrated with my lack of knowledge. Sam was especially helpful.

Lumber Liquidators in Bellevue had a great selection of engineered hardwood flooring to choose from. I found what I liked on their website then headed to the store to see the floors in person to make sure I still liked it. The employees at the store made the purchase easy and even set up delivery to the 3rd floor of my condo building. The entire process was seamless and easy. Everyone was knowledgeable about the products they carried. I would highly recommend going in and checking them out!

We had a fairly large project that required a few return trips for more flooring and trim. Staff was great every time. We got to know Tanner, Sam, Dimitri all and when we called they remembered us and what we needed. Some pieces came via Fedex (a bit slow, but came from NY), and some were available in this store or in nearby stores. Great experience, highly recommend.

First time DIY laying flooring. LL has a good selection of hardwood, laminate and EVP flooring. I picked the vinyl plank flooring because it is the most waterproof. We have tons on indoor plants and multiple dogs and this seemed like the best choice. Pricing seems comparable to the major box stores and the staff at the Belluvue store was very helpful. If your comfortable tackling this type of project you can save thousands over having a company do it for you.

I would highly recommend their floorings — beautiful and affordable. Yet the installation contractor and delivery contractors they collaborated with were mess.We got the wrong delivery at the first attempt— we ordered 500sqft of solid hardwood yet they sent in 300sqft of laminate. The molding pieces took me 5 calls and I have to drive an hour pick up myself at the end. It wasn’t as convenient as they promised. But the store were able to resolve this quickly.But the installation was even worse— during the measurement the contractor— Elite Hardwood LLC— said our floor was perfect and there shouldn’t be additional charges. However when the contractors came in to rip off the carpet, they declared my floor was not leveled and asked for an additional $2000 to fix a 100-sqft room for cementing. We paused the installation and asked another contractor, it was only a small breakage of sub flooring and we only paid 300$ to fix it. This feels like they’re going for a really expensive way to drain our money out. It was a pretty frustrating process to work with them since the store and the contractors had a ton of miscommunication and we have to physically go to the store to sort things out.The installation day incurred additional charges as well. They asked for a lot of additional cash to cut one of our doors to install it back in. It comes completely out of a surprise and in my opinion should be anticipated— they know how thick the floorings are. We were quite unhappy on the scene, but we were left no choice other than paying, or they’ll haul away our doors.The installation crews were not really professional either—- they unplugged our security system(which was not even blocking their way) and fridge (to charge their phones!) without notifying us, and they frequently do early morning calls to reschedule things.I would probably still buy floorings from them, but I’ll hire my own contractor next time and never ever work with their contractors.

I recently bought laminate flooring from the Bellevue store. Dimitri helped me set up the order and was very thorough and helpful. The installation was on time and the floors look great. It was easy to return the unused product with no hassels. I would definitely buy from them again.

I’m a repeat customer to lumber liquidators for a good number of reasons - great prices, good selection of choices, excellent customer service and good support with extra material when needed and returns when I’ve bought more quantity than I originally thought I needed. They work well with my contractors too when I can’t be there to manage something.

Kayla and the store staff were great. The sub-contracted installer made horrible mistakes on installation and took months to come back and fix their errors. I had to set the standard for install based on my research. They did eventually fix it after trying to convince me an obvious problem wasn’t an issue. I would buy from this store again but would find my own competent installer.

Horrible I would never recommend them. Customer Service was horrible. Ridiculous hidden fees that was never disclosed. Do not use this company find a different company. I wish I did. If u could give negative marks instead of starts I would.

We recently built a mother-in-law Suite out of our 4 car garage for my parents and we bought all of our flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Bellevue. Then my husband and I decided to redo all the flooring in the main house and again came back to Lumber Liquidators. Theyve always been super helpful and the staff is crazy friendly and its been a great experience all around. Would definitely come back for all my flooring needs and you just cant beat the prices. Trust me I looked everywhere in the area.

Its my go to store for hardwood flooring. I really like their Bamboo products. They were able to answer my questions, though I dont really have a lot of them since this is prolly my 8th floor.

Had lots to choose from for hardwood and engineered flooring at reasonable prices depending on what your shopping for. They dont keep much stock on hand and there is normally a 2 week wait. They provided good service and knowledgeable staff that helped make informed decisions based on our budget and didnt try to sell us beyond our budget.

We love the hardwood we purchased. What turned out to be one room turned into the whole house. Mike was extremely helpful as well!

This stuff is toxic!!! DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR LOVED ONES!!Please lesson if you love your family DO NOT BUY from this guys, I knew about the toxic fumes and I asked them but they promised me it was made in America and it wasnt that bad Chinese stuff, I had the whole house done using their product and when I went to sell the house buyers inspector tested the flooring and rejected the house because of the high levels of banned chemicals, now we are stuck with our house and need to come up with 20K plus to redo the floors. Weve been searching for a class action lawsuit to join against these guys because I simply do not have the time or energy to preserve them in court but as a angry consumer I warn you all to stay away from the cheap Chinese knock-off that have American-made tags on them and go and get something that will not put your families in risk.

Poor communication, failed to deliver, messed up order. Ordered LVP on Thursday and was told that the Seattle store had it in stock and would be on the next truck so plan to start work this weekend. No call. The next week it was, should be in by Friday -- no call from them. On Saturday it was, you can drive to the Seattle store and get it yourself Got to Seattle and found out they hadnt ordered the transition pieces... but they should only take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. CANCEL - give me my deposit back and I will spend my $$ elsewhere.

We do not recommend to do any business with that company. The reason is the following. When you buy flooring there they send people to measure your place and create a quote for you. You buy according to their quote. They also tell you that you can return leftovers. They also tell you to store the flooring indoors before installing it for two weeks. What they dont tell you is that you can only return leftovers withing 30 days of purchasing.To sum up, they oversell you the the flooring, leaving you with 2 weeks to install it and bring leftovers back, and do not accept anything back after 30 days.

Great prices, or so me and my sister thought until a few months later we saw some much better looking products at another store. Then we saw the 60-minutes episode about the toxic manufacturing. Guess thats what we get for buying cheap Chinese made stuff.

I find it absolutely amazing to see the poor reviews on here about the Bellevue location. I have experienced nothing less than excellent service. I, being a woman, am not fully aware of the kinds of products there are. I searched and asked questions from my brothers, dad, and even Lowes, and got very few ideas, and nothing was ever clear or made sense. I took a friends advice and decided to drop by Lumber Liquidators in Bellevue and to my surprise was very impressed with how they run their business. I was greeted immediately with a smile and after walking around for about 3 minutes looking at What looks pretty, an employee offered to help me on finding what I needed. Since I wasnt too sure, he explained to me my options and became aware with what I was working with in my budget and floor space. Answered every question I had, and gave me other ideas on what would truly work with both my style and budget. Although I did not make an order right away, he sent me home with a sample and his business card and let me know I could call for even further questions (something my father took upon himself). Overall my experience here was excellent! I would recommend everyone to this store if they are looking into getting new floors, or even products to help upkeep their current floors. All questions answered, and all products guaranteed.

Sales people dont know what installer can do vs cannot do but eager to get you into the system for measurement estimate, which is not free. The installer called and said they dont do refinishing so we had to cancel the measurement appointment. waste of time.

Honestly I would avoid this place! I only go here if the customers want something but they do not look out for anyone! They are super greedy and don’t care about people. Period. I would drive 100 miles to the Bellevue location or call Corprate! They are the only ones that actually care about the public!

Waited 45 mins for my order to be found and loaded, although we told them a day prior I would be by to pick it up, and they were seven boxes short on the order. Must go to tukwilla to complete order.

Staff at the Bellevue store was......snotty kids. Seattle store out of the flooring, had to go to Bellevue to get the flooring. Then Bellevue was out of the underlayment so....back to Seattle for that. Sheesh!

I have made two flooring purchases from this Lumber Liquidators store. In both cases I have found the staff friendly and efficient and the in store inventory large enough I could drive home with my order.
