Great place to come to when you want good quality! Kathy did an amazing job on my nails.

Fair prices and great work! Went in as a walk-in and they had me in the chair within 10 minutes. The nail tech did a really thorough job and made my gel manicure perfect.

Stopped in today quick for a full set while I was here from NY with my boyfriend for his work as something to do to kill time. Was able to get in right away. The staff seemed knowledgeable about what she was doing and made sure to understand what I was looking for. She took her time to make sure the nails looked nice. Glad I made the 10 minute walk there. Happy with my nails.

Ive been getting my nails done since i was 22 and from mattapan to downtown boston these people are the best ive ever came to because they do the acrylic even through out the nails and dont scam you by putting the acrylic thin on the tips . they are the best because they prevent the nails from breaking ... I will never go anywhere else and i come from Beverly mass to get them done . its worth every dime you have to spend with appreciation !!! 😇😇

This picture was taken 6 days after manicure, so it looks a little worse than it did right away but I love it!! Cost $45 and I tipped $8 so total $53 for a full set of brand new acrylics and GEL nail polish. One of the most affordable places in Boston for nails. We just walked in on a Saturday around 1:30pm and were helped immediately with no appointment. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish. None of the polish has chipped yet and all the acrylics are still secure. I will definitely be going back for a touch up!

I love this place. I saw the reviews, and yes, its not the most luxurious spot, but the prices are right, there is no wait during the week (I go a lunch), and the woman who painted my nails did a great job. She took her time perfecting my cuticles, and was so careful and precise with the polish! I only go for a basic manicure, nothing fancy, but my nails look great and at $12, I can go in and get them done whenever I have an issue. Im so glad I found this place!

Its a very enjoyable experience for me. Nails were done nicely, the staff were nice and its an overall good experience. At first the place may not be the most beautiful, but I dont really enjoy leaving it to looks.( I had also seen the reviews and they are extremely split either someone has a good experience or a bad one)I didnt really know what to think, but after trying it I loved it.

I cant review the nails because mine never got done. Pros, welcomed when I walked in and a HUGE selection of gel, powder and regular. Cons, I was told it would be a 15min wait. I understand these are estimates, but 35min in I was told someone would see me soon, 45min later I still wasnt in a chair. I finally left. Wont waste my time again.

Had a great experience here. They were friendly and did a great job for a $25 gel manicure. I don’t live nearby, but I would return if I were local. A good option if you’re looking for quality without a lot of frills and good prices.

I had just moved to Boston 2 years ago, and hadn’t quit found a good nail spot . So I decided to give jade nails a shot & let me tell you Kathy took me and I fell in love She knows exactly what I like she does my nails amazing & she’s careful with my nails . She also is quick while not making my nails look bad .This month I cheated and did go to a different salon and the day after 4 nails broke ! For my wedding day, I got my French manicure done over there. Theres a woman, I think shes the manager or something, she does her job really fast. Extremely fast. She did my nails in 25 minutes. They lasted about two weeks and Im sure they could last longer (I mess them up). I also do my waxing over there. Really fast as well. They have the blue product that does not really hurt.

Got three nails fixed: (acrylic)1. I had to get a nail taken off. When she was taking off the nail, SHE LEFT PART OF THE ACRYLIC ON FROM THE OLD NAIL. Painted over it with new acrylic...no...2. My thumb nail has a black spot in it that she painted in and did not remove. The upper thumb is slanted up left when it should be straight.3. Note that she only used two layers and the nail is opaque, not matching my original nails which were orange and had three coats.4. The worst offense of them all, bumpy nails...if my natural nail doesnt have a dent in it, neither should my pinkie.5. My left pointer nail broke within 24 hours. I have had nails for over a year and know how to treat them carefully; my nails almost never break and if they do, its because I havent gotten a fill for 10+ days.

I have been going here for years but today my service was terrible. I wanted my acrylics removed and a regular manicure. She ripped off one of my nails and I was bleeding and she expected me to pay full price. Don’t know if I’ll ever go backUpdate!!!!!!! Gave it a second chance and the work was even worse. Had to call the business inspection services. They soak people’s nails in acetone to remove acrylic or gel in a bowl then pour it back into a bottle to use on other clients. They do not open new packs of tools or sanitize between clients. Waxing room is not sanitized between customers. This all started over trying to get my money back after having to go to them three time this week to fix a manicure they did and getting in a fight with the manager. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! Quality over price

I used to come in here and get my brows waxed once in a while. On my birthday i came in wanted a full set, i sat down and the technician insisted i get gel but i told her i was not interested. Then i asked the price for a reg. full set, she replied $32. I told her i didnt realize the price and she says well yes your downtown boston, the rent is high here. So i said yes i understand, no problem! and as Im walking out all the employees began to laugh..The quality of nail artistry and customer service is poor an certainly NOT worth it.

I got my gels done here on Monday (it is Wednesday) and initially I thought that she did a good job although it was done extremely fast. I have gotten gels done many many times, and she did them extremely fast... usually you have to leave your hand under the light for at least 60 to 90 seconds, but she had the light on continuously, and was just taking out my hand when she was done with the other hand. Still, they looked OK when I left there. Well, yesterday not even 24 hours later 4 out of 10 of my nails are already chipping!!! NOT OK!!!! Seriously, I paid $50 for gel manicure, regular pedicure plus tipped them WELL. Im going to go in there today and see if she will fix them, but regardless I dont think that they will last because they were not kept under the lights long enough at all! :( It really sucks, I have been looking for a good nail spot since I moved to Boston and cannot find one anywhere!!! ☹️

Got a acrylic full set, the service cost said 35 she tried charging 45 the nails were rushed and came out terrible ended up falling off the next day. I had nail Polish over my hands. Will not be going back

What a horrible experience. Extremely disgusting place—the lady killed a bug on the towel with her hands, and left it there next to my hand while completing my manicure. She was extremely harsh on my nails, and it literally almost broke while she was filing them. I told her my nails are sensitive and she clearly didn’t care. When she completed my friends nails, she wasn’t happy and she ruined the shape of her nails, when we asked to get it fixed she just yelled at the other lady in her foreign language and gave us so much attitude.Extremely rude staff, bugs everywhere, extremely unhygienic. DO NOT COME HERE!

The ladies were really rude.. they seemed judgmental... the entire experience was uncomfortable and awkward with their judgy attitude.. they did a wack job on my nails and my friends too.. I recommend anyone not to go here

I went there to get my acrylics nails off and they popped them off instead of soaking them.. if was painful plus they charged $15 when at another nail salon is around $7

They gently took my old (poorly done in Brookline) acrylics off and re-did them beautifully! I would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely horrible!!!! Called in to ask about prices before heading to the salon, and they told me 35$ for acrylic, at the end they asked for 45 saying that there is a 10$ charge for something that should have been included (like in every other nail salon) ! I asked 3 time about the price before they started working on my nails, and at the end they wanted more! Beside that... my nails look horrible!!! Not worth it a penny!! Never going back!! I would give less than one star if I could ....
