Best manicure I’ve ever had! Cindy did an acrylic manicure for me. She had such attention to detail and checked with me several times to make sure it was what I wanted. Definitely will be back.

AVOID!! I got my nails done here last week and asked for the pink marble design below but with an almond nail shape. As you can see, what I got wasn’t even close to that. It took over 2 hours to do and I was very upset when I left especially since they charged me $85. I called the salon the next morning to ask to be refunded just for the “nail art” portion of my bill. They asked me to come in to have them fix it but I was leaving for a trip and the day before I had already had my appointment start 30 minutes late and take over 2 hours and I just didn’t have any more time to waste on my nails. They asked me to send along the pictures of what I asked for and what I got and even with follow-up emails, I got no response. I gave them an opportunity to fix their mistake before writing this review but I am even more dissatisfied with their service now.

Cindy was excellent. Very talented & able to do corrections from a prior salon I went to. Clean shop & fast service. Looking forward to returning.

I called and requested an appointment for 5:30pm, they asked if I could come in at 6:30pm, I agreed but also offered to come in the following day in case they were too busy yet they said 6:30pm would be fine. After waiting 25 minutes I was told there was a scheduling issue and it would at least another 10 minutes.So I guess I was expected to wait 35+ minutes for a manicure? If there was a scheduling issue Im confused why they didnt call me or explain this when I arrived. Especially irritating that I offered to come in a different day.

Such a clean and bright spot in the north end. I love it here and they do a great job and always take their time.

Town Nails is truly the best place Ive gone to in Boston. The location is right in the North End and extremely clean. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. Emma is so meticulous, kind, thorough, and so welcoming. I feel like Im at home when I go there and I cant recommend this place enough.

I went in for me and my bfs nails and they came out really good. they started lifting on the 2nd week like they’re supposed to. they were quick and the lady who did my nails was very gentle. def coming back again

Best cleaning procedures I have seen. They charge exactly what they say they will and didnt try to up sell me. Make sure to make an appointment, they had to turn people away when I went.

We love Town Nails in the North End. They are clean, friendly, efficient, thorough and do a great job. We found them by accident and are now regulars!

I have been to this nail salon probably 5 or 6 times and every time they do such a good job no matter who does them, unfortunately the last time I went I got someone I hadn’t seen before and he seemed like he just started learning how to do nails. He was very nice but he was very rough with my nails and bad with the shaping. Also the paint looks terrible and they are basically all chipping and one already broke. It’s frustrating because I pay a lot to get my nails done and always tip 20+ percent and expect to have someone skilled and professional doing my nails.

The worst money spent! $90 for pedicure and dip. The price for these two is truly outrageous. The pedicure was mediocre. Tech did horrible cutting cuticles. My dip chipped the very next day and by end of the week all nails were off. Not sure what they are mixing in the powder but nails do not last. So disappointed and frustrated.

Everyone is top notch, always on point- the staff is always accommodating and you NEVER GET A BAD MANICURE OR A PEDICURE- some other salons act as if every is a problem. Not Here. 🏹 👀...terrific place. 👍🏻

Just went to this place today with my friend and we were so impressed! I had Tofu as my nail tech and he was fantastic. I couldn’t pick between 5 colors and he was super patient and helpful. This place is so clean and such a great addition to the north end. I have lived here for 5 years and have never loved any of our nail spots in the neighborhood, but this place has changed that. So happy we found Town Nails today it’s our new spot!

The best mani/pedi I’ve had in the North End and all of Boston, hands down.-Cleanest nail salon I’ve been to in Boston.-Efficient and organized COVID precautions/safety measures.-Evident that the nail techs take their time and care about their work.-Each nail tech takes the time for each step I never felt they were rushing at all.-Vivian spent her time meticulously caring for my hands, feet, and nails.Vivian was absolutely the best. I told her it was my wedding on Saturday and she helped me pick out the perfect color and truly went above and beyond. They have made a loyal customer out of me.

Town Nails and Spa is the best. Have used her for years and my wife and I highly recommend her and her spa. She is very attentive and careful and the quality of the mani / pedicure is terrific. The shop is clean and very comfortable. Great service

Heard a lot of good things about this nail salon. A couple of us girls Went in for the first time today. They are both sanitary and friendly.

They did such a great job on my shellac and looked exactly like I wanted them too. Will definitely one back
