Very poor customer service. The two people providing service were very rude to multiple customers. My nails were severely scratched during gel removal.

If you would like to keep all your toes and fingers stop going there, I caught two infections in one year! I was a loyal customer for more than 5 years. Don’t waste your time or money.

Horrible service the owner cussed at kids and refuses to give back money when she messes up on people nails or lashes she uses hair glue or some type of glue for paper on lash extensions it took me a whole two weeks to take off my lashes and it ripped my real lashes out do not come her horrible place I am a black women and she clearly said I do not want you people here just ridiculous

Great customer service and ladies friendly. But they need to know when people flinch it hurts and not continue to remove gel from nails with round thing but to look let nails set in remover. My daughter treated me last month for my birthday and her birthday. I like them and return 2 weeks from now. Would recommend. I definitely getting my toes and nails done 1st time a pedicure would be a nice treat for me.

They do nails nicely but customer service is atrocious. they have dried up, half empty nail polish with discolored air bubbles in them. upon asking for help finding a color i was scolded for asking the nail tech for her opinion on what matches my skin tone better. the nail techs often act as if they do not understand your question if they do not want to fill your request. I have gone a few times out of convenience and upon leaving i have said thank you and got no response. these women are very rude and give off an entitled energy that we are at their mercy as customers. i am always polite and i kept my conversations very short whenever i got services. i have witnessed unhappy customers lash out because the nail techs are very short and sassy with their responses. lets just say they got lucky with their location. i have to add that the run down tools and drying stations will make a 45 minute pedicure turn into a 2 hour trip. the dryers shut off while are in use and i usually take 35+ minutes to dry

Friendly staff and great service. When one of my nails didn’t cure fully she took the time to file down a layer, re sand and primer, then paint over again reminding me nicely to make sure my hand was under the lamp. Walked out happy with a beautiful new full set. Thank you!

Great place if you like sitting in toxic fumes and your fingers cut up during a plain ole basic manicure. I sat there watching the cashier/ receptionist/ manicurist begin slicing into my cuticles without soaking them. When I asked why she wasnt soaking my fingers first, she asked me if I had a problem with that! Also, the fues are so strong in this place form the acrylics and what have you ... no ventilation what so ever.....STAY AWAY

I finally got someone to start working on me 40 minutes after my appointment time. She (older woman with white hair) buffed too hard on my skin and made me bleed multiple times. There are little bubbles in the polish on every nail. And additionally, they didnt tell me until the end of my appointment that they only were accepting cash that day and refused to accept venmo (even though the venmo sign and name were taped to every station). Just an awful, awful experience.

Busy place on a Saturday! Spa pedicure and attention to work was great! Some customers were late for their appointments and became irritated because they had to wait. Rude. I will go there again. One just needs to understand that you cannot rush this type of work. So if you are late or in a hurry, youll need to be patient. Also, they will give you an estimated time to return so you dont have to sit and wait, unless you want to.

I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else, even though I live in Sommerville now. They do the best job - and somehow, also the lowest prices youll find in Boston! Kenny and Susan are great for acrylics.

Horrible experience, spent over 2 hours in the salon for a gel refill. The guy was clearly new and the owner kept instructing him and it was still horrible. Lumpy nails, black spots on them, uneven, polish all over my cuticles, did not cut cuticles

I came here to simply have my dip powder nails removed. This took over 1 hour (I came mid day, around 2pm on a Monday), which I have never found to be the case at any other salon. The woman who did my nails left to service another costumer and when she finally came back, she rushed and left my fingers looking worst than when I came in. I will not be returning to this salon, specifically because I could not imagine what my nails would look like if I actually got them done here.

The lady charged me 26 dollars for a fill when the pricing menu clearly states 23 (was 20 last I checked). When getting change she seemed to be fidgeting, so perhaps she pocketed the extra money in addition to my tip? She claimed it was Bc she filed my nails... isn’t that implied in a fill in? Worst yet, she did an awful job. My nails are not a uniform size and my nails were filed unevenly. I came in with coffin shaped tips that I just wanted filled & left with awful boxy mishaped nails. Would never come back- sucks because it’s a great location. What a waste.Check out the other yelp reviews & photos- I’m not the only one who has gone home with two thumb nails of different sizes, etc

Never again will I go to such a unprofessional nail salon, your first experience of meeting a person your suppose to impress, the workers here have no manners the woman was filing my nails when I told her that she started filing the sides of my skin her answer was they need to be cleaned so she continued filing the skin when she started to cut me so I kept moving my hand back and once again I told her she was hurting me, then she told me to go sit at a empty chair because she had an appointment with someone else, why would she even take me in the first place 😡 I was there waiting k. The chair for approximately 35 minutes until a man came and painted my nails layers after layers were polished and then at the bottom of the nail u can see the sevaral layers then he tells me to go dry my hands and the nails keep getting airbubbles mind u I already paid 30 dollars for these coffin nails that were a messI went home and my mom took me right back she also seen the Little effort that they out on my nails maybe cause I was a minor not sure but when we returned they was answering us with an attitude and then started to ignore us when we told them to do it over cause I paid 30 dollars and wasnt satisfied not even one bit with my results there actions toward all this was so unprofessional they started to speak their language and began to point at me and raised there eyebrows while they speaker and have me an attitude then they didnt want to do the nails over honestly I can keep going with the rest of things that happened on August 12 2016 but its too much to even talk about

I got my nails done on Wednesday and 2 of them broke today 4 days later and they were $40. They do the nails too thin so if you decide to get s full set make sure you ask to get them thick. Also the price for s full set is supposed to be $30 but it’s $40 now. Btw if you want to pay a reasonable price for a good full set of acrylics then go to Betty’s in codman sq theirs are only $25.

I used to love this place but it has recently gone down hill. The last 2 times when I was there, they cut my fingers visciously. The most recent time I went, the lady asked me about 4 times why I wanted to take my acrylics off and told me that I should just keep them on. When I refused she asked me if I wanted to get my acrylics off and then get my nails painted and I said no. She asked me that a few times and when I said no she aggressively took off my acrylics. She broke one of my real nails and made me bleed in multiple places.

Poor customer service ... I went there with my best friend to have our nails done, it was our first time going to a nail salon and nobody went up to us to explain their different services. We waited for 15 minutes then we left

Just don’t go there . They didn’t pass my card right on 2 different cards ( did not even ask my pin code or anything ). Treated me rude and asked me to leave my phone and passport and go to an ATM to get cash and pay for the poor service they offered me . The Eyebrowns are okay however don’t go there for nails their pedicure sucks . I paid the same price (12 for eyebrows and 24 for a pedicure ), that is the same price as downtown Boston or any other salon where you can actually get a nice service . They treated me like if I was a criminal or that I would ran away to avoid paying them . Save ur time and your money, go somewhere else ! Stupid and rude people ! I live right next to this place, they just lost a customer who would be a regular .

Great prices for shellac manicures. Pedicure was okay. They take cards for all services except eyebrows which is 10 dollars. so if you want your eyebrows done you will have to take cash out of the atm

Awful!! My mom and I are visiting boston for her surgery at dana Farber (which is walking distance) so we figured why not! They did not listen, nor understand what we were saying... so it was difficult communicating ....Get this!!! After the gentlemen finished my nails (which looked awful) he takes his socks and sneakers off and starts massaging his feet!!!!! WiITH HIS BARE HANDS!!!Ugh!!! I could smell his feet from where I was sitting!! Unfortunately this place was awful, disgusting... but like my mom always taught me It could always be worse I wish I could give no stars!!!

Great prices for shellac manicures. The pedicure was just ok. NO CARDS means you have to walk to 7-11 with wet nails and get money out the machine. BOOOOO. Lots of color choices.

I will return IF they start accepting credit cards. Good service otherwise.
