First time going to this place, and it was absolutely AMAZING. I’m in love with my nails, Christina did an incredible job. 10/10 recommend!!!

It has only been 1 week and my gel nail polish has been chipping since day 1. I thought it was going to be nice since I was out of that shop in under 30 mins but her rush job definitely shows. If it wasnt for the fact that I was out of town for the week I would have went back for them to fix this mess. I will never give anymore money to these people

I will never go to another place. The crew at My nail salon on tremont st are all very professional and great at what they do. The place is always clean and they are ready to see you at the time of your appointment.Your nails will keep nicely and they will create beautiful designs for you, if you so desire. It’s a must try nail salon

Everyone was very communicative and so sweet! My boyfriend did not have enough cash for my whole trip here and they did not let that become an issue! Definitely going back and love the job that was done on both my nails and eyebrows! Everybody took their time with their work. 10 out of 10 I’m coming back again! 😁❤️

I just moved to the South End and was skeptical to leave my trusted salon in Southie, but Im so happy I tried this place out. It was super clean, they sanitized every station after each customer use, the ladies were incredibly nice and Lee did an amazing job on my nails! Their dip powder selection isnt as large as my other place, but they do have a good amount of colors to choose from. Ive exclusively been getting dip manicures for the last 2 years and have never had this amount of attention given to my nails. Lee also gives a great hand massage at the end which was amazing. Love love love this place! Ive definitely found my new favorite neighborhood salon!

This is one of my favorite salons to go to. Their prices can be a little steep. The salon is small but they also have a lower level. They have been following all COVID guidelines. Everyone is pretty nice. I usually go there to see Lee. Lately I have been doing walk ins because of my work schedule and I’ve been pretty satisfied with my nails. I usually get acrylics, a refill, or gel nails.

Please do no not waste ur time coming here. You are paying way too much for this place. The place is nice but the workers need to do better. I got dip with extensions and it was so thick poor nails and ruined my nails when taking them off. It’s unfortunate I’ve been going to them for years but not there business isn’t good any more you can go to somewhere else’s

Very disappointed Called to ask for prices they told me 45$ After having my nails done they charged me 50$ I was ok but what’s not ok that my manicure looks terrible and started peeling after ten days and usually the deep powder should stay good for at least two to three weeks Neini le was the lady who did my nails it took her one and half hour to deliver the bad quality job

Been going here for over 5 years now and have always had great, consistent service. Lovely, elegant interior. I like to go during non-peak hours (weekday mornings) to really relax and get some work done.

I didn’t feel like going to Dorchester to my nail salon. So I googled nail salon nearest to me. And I called this salon and booked an appointment. As I walked in I was greeted nicely. They took me right away. She did a beautiful job. But I did a dip powder on Friday. Then on Sunday my nail started to chip. Dip powder is usually suppose to last atleast 3 weeks. The top code started to come off my nail.

I have been with My for over 25 years. Mys nail technicians Kim, Christy and Lee do a great job on your nails and pedicures. They are professional, clean and courtesy. I have no complaints and would recommend all my friends to her nail salon at 669 Tremont St.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I went there for a eyebrow wax and they completly burned me. I’ve never done a waxing before. When I went back to show them that it can’t be “normal” how I looked, the Manager acted like he didn’t see anything. Than asking me if I put some stuff on before the waxing... unbelievable!!! Trying to say it’s my fault looking like that?!!! It’s been a week now and I still look beaten up. NEVER AGAIN

The old saying you get what you pay for is spot on here. The staff is friendly and if youre looking for a quick and cheap mani/pedi, youre in luck. Walk-ins are always welcome and they move people pretty quickly so its never a long wait. Both men and women are very welcome and theres a large neighborhood crowd that seems to go regularly and greets folks by name.

The worse experience Ive ever encountered at such an upscale and expensive nail salon.

Places like this need to be shut down. I dont care how clean and profitable this place is. They racially profiled my closest friends becsuse they visibly didnt look rich. My friend asked for the special long-lasting stuff and they switched it on her last-minute for the cheap stuff.They took an hour to do my other friends feet and didnt even smooth her feet.I cant stand places like this, that will literally treat someone based on how they look.
