For what they charge (allot) you would think they would offer good customer service. But I found I had to constantly prompt and remind my accountant to complete the tasks I paid them for. Even worse is they got it wrong so now I get regular letters from the IRS and state. To top it off the accountant couldnt even remember he already billed me so he sent me a duplicate invoice for something I already paid!! Not the kind of accountant you want that cant even track his own invoices! Embarrassing.
