Was very satisfied with the haircut I received . I made my appointment through the app on my phone when I got there I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The place was clean and the staff were super friendly.

Cynthia is the best, my hair has never looked better due to her. Ill be back to get many more cuts from her!

Hairdresser was amazing. I should have asked for her name to give her credit, but she was friendly, made sure the cut was to my satisfaction and the shampoo/head massage was I point. After a long day of traveling, it felt great to just relax.

Im not sure the name of the girl who cut my hair, but I had a simple high skin fade and she dug the clippers leaving the back of my head is raw the next day (today as of writing this).

Friendly and very professional. Made me feel like family. Will be going back again. Highly recommend Jen. That was my first visit. The next was a nightmare. Used the app to check in. Was told to arrive in 105 minutes. The 60 minutes later I get a text saying Jen was ready. I wasnt! I showed up at the time I was given. Jen was busy. And 30 minutes later I walked out. Will never return. The app sucks. F covid-19 bs

This is my 2nd time getting a haircut here. 1st time was great! However yesterday, I had a haircut with Jen i thought it was fine, but then once i had a shower, i noticed the back of my neck was hurting and when i took a picture on my phone(attached) i had a huge cut! I did feel some pain while she was trimming but i thought it was normal, but today its been hurting and theres a huge mark now. Either her blade is broken and needs to be changed or she needs to lay back and not press so hard! I have never experienced such dissatisfaction from a haircut before.

Katyln was awesome!!! I liked that she would talk with me, many cutters dont for some reason and they act like you are bothering them. This was a fun and enjoyable place to get a hair cut and the MVP hot towel and massage was very relaxing. Worth coming 3 times a week !!!

Would not recommend this place if you want to bring your child. The stylist did not do a good job on my 3yo son at all, I showed a picture for a particular style and and I wanted a nice fade but the fade was messed up, everything chopped. Seemed like she just wanted to get it done because there was a line and did not even ask if we like it. I had to take him to another place where they spent 3x longer fixing his fade and payed less for it. Here charged me $18 for 15 min of work! Very disappointed

My first time at Sport Clips. I was promptly attended to and had a perfect haircut by Jennifer. Dont hesitate to ask for her as she provided first class service. I could not have asked for anything more.

I reall like the Sport Clips experience. It is only slightly more expensive than other places Ive tried but they do a nice job and the hair wash and hot towel make it all worth it. This place can get quite busy...make sure to use the app to get your name in before you go.

Was visiting from out of town and needed a haircut. Was somewhat familiar with Spoer Clips, from friends who get their hair cut there, so I decided to go in.Pricing was a bit more than I pay, where I live, but it was definitely worth it, as I got really amazing service.Shanice is a great stylist, and did a really amazing job. Will go back, whenever visiting Hampton.

Young lady that cut my hair was real nice

This is the only place that really knows how to cut mens hair. After complaining about the other salons cutting my kids hair, a coworker recommended this place. I was very pleased with my sons and husbands cuts.I do recommend reserving your spot online before heading over there. We got to the one in Newport News and were told it would be almost 2 hrs wait! I went online and saw it was a 20min wait in Hampton. So I put our names on the list and headed straight there.

This is by far the best hair place I have been to. Been going here for about 2 years.

Too crowded and not enough stylist. I have waited up to an hour and a half for a hair cut. The shop is nice and the stylists are great, but it just isnt worth the wait.

Great haircut, the wait was about 45 min to an hour.

It seems this location has gotten lax when it comes hiring. They used to have consistently good stylists. The last three haircuts I got were abysmal. One lady took off my sideburns when I told her to leave them. The next kept cutting and cutting until my cleanup turned into a hackjob. The last stylist didnt even listen to my request, she just looked at my ticket, saw I was military, and gave me a high and tight. Never going back.

The people are nice and friendly, but the fact that you cant get a skin tight fade because of the equipment sport clips supplies them doesnt allow for such a cut makes me never want to go back there. If you want a true barbershop cut this is NOT the place, if you just want a regular overpriced cut than this is the place for you.

How good of a haircut you get here is really a gamble, depending on who you get. Ive had a really good high fade here, and also something that looked like a mishapen mowhawk. If you want consistency and great haircuts for around the same price, stop by jakes place (its worth the drive!). Theyll get you a free beer everytime, and they offer discounts to military.
