Is re-opening and the new assembly is very comfy and practical. As always check in and out is fast and the host is friendly. Daisy is the best manicure and pedicure artist, following her every studio she is sent.

Ive been going to MiniLuxe for a few years now. Phi is my GIRL! Shes amazing and I would recommend her and MiniLuxe to anyone wanting an above and beyond mani/pedi experience.

A lot of hidden costs - beware! I also don’t like the fishbowl feel of sitting in a chain salon right inside a shopping mall.

Absolutely love my manicure from here; Sophia did an amazing job. My nails were in rough shape and not only did she do a wonderful job but she also didnt nick me at all (a first for any salon).

A bit overpriced for a mani/pedi. Good service but can also get the same thing outside the Pru at any old nail salon. The staff are super nice though and if youre shopping its a perfect place to pop in.

MiniLuxe Prudential Center was by far the worst waxing I have experiences. The facility was very poorly set up, I was not even put into a waxing room or on a bed. My eye brows were done sitting upright in a chair, forced to lead my head back the whole time. The tops of my eyebrows were very poorly done and left a mess, They look as if they were not touched at all. It was definitely not worth the $35 I spent expecting a quality experience, and will definitely not be returning to this location.

I was highly disappointed with their service. I got the performance manicure and pedicure and my nails chipped by the 2nd day. I’ve had regular manicures that have lasted longer than their performance nail polish. I usually don’t write reviews however I just feel like I was ripped off with their service. I would never go back to this nail salon. I’m not sure if the technician just didn’t know what she was doing or if their nail polish quality just sucks. What a waste of my money.

Very disappointed in the Prudential teceptionist/manager that beside she is not professional at all she lied to me.Today, 10/19/2016, at 6:30pm got to Prudentusl place and asked to get gel manicure, the receptionist told me that they are booked until 9pm but she can recommend the Newbury st one. The only available time she told me was for 7:30pm, an hour usually is not a big deal, she even specified its just an hour. I accepted. I walked around, tired, trying to find to do something and go to the other place for my gel manicure. I got at the Newbury place at 7:10pm, and for my surprise the nice receptionist tells me that my appointment is at 8:15pm, thats the time Prudential receptionist/manager made the appointment (i thought is a joke). The Prudential receptionist didnt even had the respect to call me and let me know about the change in appointment, being a frequent costumer and have my number in the system. Everyones time is important. And I hope the Prudential receptionist understands from where her salary comes from. Definitely you lost one customer.

Overpriced for what they offer, and I wish I had known ahead of time that they dont have massage chairs for pedicure - just an uncomfortable bench. I never would have booked had I known that. I left with a back ache, and my feet still had rough spots, not a thorough job at all.

Used to come here with my friend until she got a really bad infection after a pedicure :(
