I stopped in for a massage on a whim while vacationing with my mom and it did not disappoint! Everyone was very warm, genuine and professional and the massage was the best Ive ever had. Ive been struggling with a frozen shoulder and so much tension from a fall I had a couple years ago and I left there with better range of motion and more mobility. I was practically floating afterward! I wish I lived closer otherwise I would make this a monthly habit for sure.

First time I went, I did simple nail art. My nails turned out amazing! In fact, Ping was very meticulous, and that alone brought me back to get my nails done again. Ping was super-efficient, and attentive to details; she filed, buffed, removed cuticles, and applied gel to each nail. Also, she carefully inspected each and every nail to make sure they were absolutely perfect. This is definitely not a pop in and pop out place for a quickie manicure, they but a lot of work into these and it shows in the final product. It has been over a week and my nails are still intact and feel freshly done!I highly recommended Vivian if you are going for a combo massage. She knows what she is doing and she would target different areas on your back based on what your body needs. She found knots I didnt even know I had, and the hot towels were a wonderful way to end the massage. The room was clean, calming and I think Ive found a regular massage spot for the future!Winnie (receptionist/manager) was very welcoming and clearly cares deeply about her clients.They are so clean and make you feel comfortable with how sanitized everything is.

Vivian gave me an amazing massage. Before starting the massage I told her to be a little more gentle and she applied the perfect pressure the whole time. The stretching relieved a lot of tension as well.Winnie the manager has done a great job following covid protocols to make me feel comfortable. This is a rare find gem and my go-to massage and nail place in Boston. The staff are the making of the experience: they are all highly skilled and conscientious. Winnie, the manager, is lovely and clearly cares deeply about her clients. The two massage therapists I have seen, Anne and Lisa, are fantastic, while the nail technician Kym is a superb artist, as my pictures below attest. The prices here are very reasonable. RelaxSation has great therapists at a reasonable price. I’ve been to the Mandarin Oriental and Woodstock Inn Spas and RelaxSation consistently provides a better quality deep tissue massage in my opinion. They have the type of therapist that can judge your tightest muscles and work on it and not just follow a routine. If you’re not going in expecting fluffy spa details but a high quality massage than this is the place.I found them several years ago and was unsure from the outside but I’m glad I gave it a try!Upon reopening, they’ve decreased the customer count, added PPE and even UV wand surfaces. I feel safe in the location.In non COVID times I probably wouldn’t have written this review to give away this gem among all the other places. But I am motivated to see it prosper indefinitely!

Professional people working here. My husband and I were looking for a deep tissue/sport massage to get rid of a lasting muscle tension. We felt absolutely amazing after the 2-h session with Lisa and Vivienne. Just the right amount of pressure, real attention to our bodies. A real massage, not just a slight stroking on the back. Also, the place takes anti COVID precautions super seriously: they disinfected the beds with UV in front of us, the staff and we were wearing the masks for the whole time, stations with sanitizers everywhere. This nail salon was great! The service was wonderful and the ladies doing the nails were very friendly, caring, and did a great job on my nails. They also gave me good suggestions for colors that match my skin tone and I’m very satisfied with the result. I’m definitely coming back next time to get my nails done!

Not happy. Everyone was nice until my daughter owed $20 more and they made it seem like we were gonna skip out. Thats not how I do business.My bill was $86 when I usually pay $120 -$200 at Bliss so even if I was that type of person, why would I skip out on a better deal.? Like REALLY!!! I wanted to try RelaxSation because they are close to my job. The lady that did my nails was rushing cause they were short staffed (on a Saturday !!!) and missed a few spots. To make things worse, the nail polish started coming off the next day. Oh and I forgot to mention that they said we had to pay up front. I am used to paying half way through, like right before they paint your nails. You guys have to do better and treat customers with some respect. Customer Service is KEY !!!

This is a lovely spot and over the last year Ive had really detailed and well done manicures as well as two amazing massages here now. I love all the people who Ive met here, they are interesting and friendly individuals. The massage therapists are very intuitive, talented, and focused in their techniques and work throughout the time theyre with you. May made me totally forget the world for the entire session. My husband surprised me with a 90-minute couples massage as part of our tenth wedding anniversary. It ended up as the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had, and my husband said the same about his. The atmosphere was so soothing, and well definitely be back next time were in Boston. If I could give this spa more than 5 stars, I would.

I absolutely will be returning.The morning started for me with a difficult time moving my neck. I must have slept weirdly, and as the day progressed it was not getting better. My wife and I were in the area and she wanted to get gels put on 💅 and we found this establishment after seeing the 250+ recommendations and near 5 stars on google. Relaxsation is the only nail spa that I trust in Boston. I have never had a bad experience with them in the years that I’ve been going. All of the staff are so kind and friendly. Their prices are super reasonable and they’re very quick but precise. The salon is also SPOTLESS and the nail techs wear gloves when painting your nails.

I went with my friend yesterday and our experience were mixed.The lady that did my nails cut my skin and caused it to bleed, which had never happened to me in any nail salons. She also didn’t paint the full area of the nails (the nails in the photos are just 1 day old). I was very disappointed.My friend however got a good manicure, it was nicely done and she didn’t get hurt.In summary, this place can be a hit or miss for nails, really depends on who performs the service

Never going here again. Once again harassed for tip before I could even take it out which prompted me not to give it. They call you out in front of the entire salon. I was in a hurry, but really needed a pedicure and massage after 5 days of heavy travel and walking. Helen did an amazing job on my toes and have me a wonderful 15-min foot massage. She was very fast, but thorough with the pedicure. She was also very thoughtful, turning off the lights so I could relax. Lily have me an incredible chair massage. Her hands were like magic working out all the knots. The place is very clean and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. If I lived in the area, I would make this my regular spot.

I have been coming here for 3-4 years and always request for Lily. She is accommodating and also attentive and very polite. I’ve been late a few times but they are so nice. Also her skills for massage are A+. I recommend this place and lily and anyone else here but lily is best.

You will be welcomed by the staff with a good smile, good place to start. Unfortunately, the front desk staff will rush you to pay after you asked for the price of the service you, and you will have to pay before you received service. This person wasnt great at explain the details of what I paid for.The space is clean and it has good equipment, bu the nail technician didnt do a good job for the following reasons: 1) made me bleed a couple of my fingers when removing cuticle excess 2) didnt pay attention to the curvature of the nails (instead of a smooth curve, my nails now look like jagged, similar to a stop sign) 3) my nails were not clean after she finished 4) there was still a good amount of dead skin on the nail groove, and 5) she couldnt communicate clearly that the massage she was giving me was gonna cost me more than I already paid.The staff had good manners and intentions, but the execution was poor.

I didnt realize how close and convenient this nail and spa salon is to my office. I was able to book an appointment over the phone and beat the lunch traffic to get my nails done on a Friday. Prices are reasonable and service is quick.

This place is incredible!! One of the BEST massages I have ever had. I did the 60 minute Thai massage...next time I am doing 90minutes. The entire staff was so nice and made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in. Vivian is incredibly gifted when it comes to her hands and massage therapy.
