I went 2 days ago to get my nails done 💅🏼, I read some good reviews about Ben, I look at some of the pictures and his job seems pretty good.It was a very stressful day, there was a old lady getting her nails done and the staff was being very rude with her, when the guy who was doing her nails done finished she even apologized and ask if she should not return, that if she was being too annoying for them. One of The ladies came from the back and I just told her that she can come whenever she’s wants.I didn’t enjoy the environment and neither liked the nails.Ben did the nails a little to thick even when I asked him if he can make it very thin and natural.He did the SNS very apart from the cuticle so when he finished, my nails already looked like I Had it for a week or so.I don’t really recommend this place.I will never go back there.Please have in mind that the pictures that I added are from 2 days after the job was done.

I have been going to this nail shop for the last three years and received good service but I will no longer be returning. A tip was added to my services without my knowledge and when I returned to the shop to request a breakdown for the payment no one was able to explain why I was billed $92 for a standard pedicure and gel set. Pay close attention to whey you’re being billed for services, I will not be returning.

Staff is always friendly and work hard together to make sure everyone is tended to in a quality fashion. Their pricing is very affordable, especially for what all you get. I will continue coming back and recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I usually go to another nail place but the day I needed to go my place was closed so I walked in here for a dip manicure on tuesday. Things went ok, the nail artist was pretty rough with the drill so I had some cuts around my nail, the top coat was very stringy but he kept using it so my manicure was a little rough leaving that day but I had to go to a work event so it was okay. By Saturday almost all of the dip powder broke or cracked (I don’t live a wild life I’m an accountant) I came back today to let them know so they could fix it and they charged me the full amount, I asked if there was a discount because I was just here and they took off $5.. They tried to tell me it’s cause I type on my laptop but I get my nails done every month and my dip always lasts 3-4 weeks. Really unhappy that I got charged basically full price again.

After not being happy with my last set of nailsI decided to pop in here. I was offered a complimentary drink when I sat down. My nail tech was friendly, gentle, and detailed. She did an incredible job and talked me into doing my feet and eyebrows. She was careful not to over-wax and managed to make my nonexistent pinky nail look great.

Always go here to get my nails done. Mike does beautiful, unique, full sets for me every time! The manager and her daughter are so sweet. They take their time on the pedicures. And best of all, they have the lowest prices compared to anywhere Ive ever been, and I get my nails done religiously. So glad I found this place last year. I arrived at the salon expecting great things. The male technicians and the long haired female technician seemed great and their customers were happy. Unfortunately my technical was this lady with a bob haircut, and she was pretty bad. The place was not too busy when it was my turn. I asked for a spa pedicure; the technician rushed through it like she had a train to catch. While rushing, she was very rough with my nails, didnt scrub in the places I wanted scrubbed (and scrubbed me hard in the places I didnt want such a firm touch), was watching TV the whole time she was attending to me, and finally made a face when I wanted to test 2 colors to see which one was the closest match to the color I wanted. All in all, disappointed. Now honestly, if I was one of the salons regulars, maybe Id be treated better. But I wasnt, and after this experience I dont think I will ever be one.Sad, because I wanted to love this place. I suggest you have this technician learn better customer skills, or frankly have her replaced. The rest of the team seemed very good and I am sad I wasnt attended to by one of them.

I hope this review reaches someone who cares. The man who did my nails kept sliding off and instead of grinding my nails he was grinding the skin of my finger tips. Also the color I chose was not the color that my nails ended up being. Severely disappointed and they offered a half sincere apology. “Sorry not my fault, it’s the company we buy it from’s fault.” No offer to redo nails another day or any discount. The color was VERY different from what was depicted.

My family has been using this salon since they opened and will always return. Over time they have gotten busier and sometimes takes longer to get started but thats because they are so good and customer service is top notch. You should be proud Kevin.

Terrible experience with SNS. Owner tried to blame the dip manufacturer when really they are using the wrong mixture of chemicals which means the nail color comes out wrong. Don’t waste your time in this place unless you want something basic.

They do an Amazing job. Great customer service and reasonably priced. This is their first week open but Ive already become a regular. They take their time with their work and it makes a big difference. Also they dont try to offer other services unless you ask which is a big plus.

H & H Nail Salon is a place I go to every month or so to have my toenails trimmed. Although they do offer full nail mani & pedi as well as painting and polishing with a large selection of styles and colors. Reasonably priced and friendly personnel.

Im so on the fence about this place, yet I think Im going to give it another shot. Hence the middling review. I was a walk-in for a mani/pedi and this was an experience!Upon entering the store there were 4 staff and 2 customers, although a slow stream continued to arrive later and it was getting pretty busy by the time I left (45 minutes).The manager briefly looked up and called Pick a color!. I stood there not really knowing what to do. There are bottles of polish on racks on two walls, plus rings of sticks with sample color. I didnt know if all were options or some were for certain processes. No services/prices posted. (Later I found there were menu cards at the salon chairs.) After a couple minutes he yelled across the room again Pick a color!Ultimately I grabbed a bottle from a section that said Lasts 21 days! and someone lead me to a spa chair. A male tech sat at my feel and a woman tech started on my hands. One motioned to my feet/hands and asked same color?. Other than that they never spoke nor made eye contact again. Luckily I didnt have any particular requests for shaping or length as no options given.I kind of felt like that old Jetsons cartoon where the people are being groomed by robots, practically in a whirlwind. The woman pushed and pulled my arms at weird angles to work to one side, staying out of the mans way who was on a stool at my feet. It was not RELAXING, but I suppose it was EFFICIENT.Once done - nails did look nice - the manager motioned me over to a drying station. As I sat there, I continued to people watch and it was hard not to laugh.New people would arrive and you could instantly tell regulars (who were very comfortable) from newbies. Manager would growl pick your color! and theyd stand there like deer in headlights. The manager at times was laughing and chatting as he worked on a guest. But mostly he directed the room like ring master literally pointing at a customer and using hand gestures. After a few minutes I realized it was exactly like one of those dog show competitions on TV where the handler controls the dogs with hand signals!And the 3 workers just continued on like drones. Occasionally a bit of conversation between them but mostly no real interaction with customers - except I did see them laughing and talking to ONE customer while I was there. And the two ladies the manager worked on (regulars) seem to have a great time.So as far as the manicure/pedicure.... manicure started chipping 2 days later - big chunks just falling off. I hadnt even washed dishes, much less anything more detrimental to nails. No reason at all for that to happen. Feet still look great 9 days later. Go figure. It was same polish. But applied by two different people.So why go back?They seem to have a lot of repeat customers and good reviews. It was well priced. They seemed really serious about sanitation - which is important. Im curious if my experience will be better when I know what to expect.

This place is a gem. Finally a salon that has creativity, talent, and free mimosas! Also, they take CARE of your nails. They treat your nails right when applying and removing.

Went in for a pedicure due to their location. I live about 5 mins away...I was not pleased. The techs were nice but my pedicure was mediocre. Something I could have done myself at home.

I will be a regular customer of this business as long as I live in Austin . There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing this place is !

I met this girl and her nails were BEAUTIFUL so I decided to give this salon a try after she recommended me to go. I walk in and ask for a price pamphlet as they didn’t have prices put up on the walls or anything. After looking at the prices I asked for a full set and to remove the horrible dip powders I had on. The guy then tells me to pick my color and told me there would be a wait time which was fine with me. I decided to talk to a few other girls waiting and after waiting for about 45 minutes or so I had gathered that the guys were the best ones to do your nails. There were only 3 techs there so when one was finished she asked me if I was ready, I then asked if I could be seen by the guy, she then speaks in their native language and the guy screams out “I don’t have time, I have an appointment coming in” so I say ok and proceed to the other lady’s station. I then Tell her that I want ombré with the color I picked and showed her a picture, after she speaks more of her native language with ombré thrown into the convo with the guy, she comes back and asks for the picture again and I let her know that if ombré is not in her field of work that I don’t mind picking something else as I understand some nail techs don’t do certain things. She says nothing and proceeds to do my nails. While I’m getting my nails done she is a little aggressive, I try to engage in conversation with her and she is barely saying anything. Eventually she starts to talk to me and after she was done with most of my nails the guy comes over and asks if I like them, I did they were beautiful and he then jokes and say “see I told you she’s good” I typed all of this to say that I was not doubting that she could do nails I simply requested a certain nail tech. My nails are AMAZING but my experience was a little weird. I will definitely be going back I just wished she wasnt so offended by me simply requesting a certain nail tech. I may not can speak the language she was speaking but I could tell she was offended. All in all, she did an amazing job, I paid $60 to remove my old nails and get medium length neon ombre SNS nails. I would definitely recommend to someone.

I would not recommend this place unless you are going to get your nails done by one of the gentlemen at this establishment. I went in for a ombre full set and pedicure and it is awful. I work in a professional environment and I had to get the nails removed and redone at another establishment. She used different sizes for the nails so none of them matched when looking at my right hand and left hand. It wasnt an ombre at all like in the picture they have on the website and she was constantly on her phone while doing my nails. Then made a nasty remark about the person coming in late. My pedicure was done pretty sloppily and paint was left on my skin and overall it was just a poor representation of this establishments work. I did contact them so I could get my nails fixed and the guy said that was fine, but I felt like they should have done them correct in the first place. She was a younger nail tech and it was late on a Friday but still its no excuse I was extremely dissatisfied because I paid 97 dollars that included a 12 tip for piss poor work never again.

1st time went in to have sns taken off, waited forever and the woman who did my nails was super rushed and didnt listen at all to my request to have them trimmed and rounded. She cut off all of my nail and squared them. I went home and had to file them to round myself.2nd time went on a Sunday afternoon, it wasnt busy yet I sat their for over an hour. It didnt seem like they cared that they had a customer waiting. I finally just left.Wont be giving them a 3rd chance and wont be recommending them to anyone with service like that.

Was looking for a salon close to home but this is not it, I usually drive to cedar park to get my sns that last about three weeks, it’s been a week since i got my set and pedi and I look like I need another one and a fill after a week. Highly disappointed if your not familiar with this place keep driving and spend your money somewhere else

I do powder dip nails and they didnt remove all of the previous color before adding the new powder, but they were very gentle
