Highly Recommended, Great shop. I moved here from Memphis back in October and I was having a hard time finding a nail shop that I liked. A friend recommended Quality Nails so I tried them out and I have been going every since. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Im never disappointed with the service.

I stopped in at Quality Nails today to have a manicure. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist you. They greet you when you walk in and thank you before you leave. Their prices are very reasonable and I left knowing that they appreciated my business. I will definitely be back to try some of their other services. If you have not been by there I definitely recommend you give them a try.

This place is literally amazing! Monday - Thursday 11am- 3 pm they have a 20% off special. They make you feel so special and welcome, great attention to detail, never feel rushed, they also offer drinks okurrt!! My mother and I have been coming here for years. Its very convenient, and their hours usually work with our schedule. We just met the new owner last night, who is very nice! The only complaint we have is we like to come in together to get our nails done, and there arent often 2 techs available at the same time, even when we make appointments. So it takes longer, but we continue to come back because we like the work they do, and all of the staff are very friendly.

Under new management now, they are great, and have new employees! Ask for Romeo, he has a incredible Asian technique for foot & leg massages to enhance pedicures! Mondays & Tuesday are the best days with the least amount of waiting time, whereas weekends are the busiest, as you might expect. I found them to be very nice, and work hard to get the results I wanted - I really like them and have been going back for both gel nails & powder, plus pedicures. -July 2016

Cindy is really flexible with scheduling and takes walk ins too. She made me feel very comfortable when I met her for a pedicure, so much so that I came back for a manicure with tips. That’s a big deal because I’ve never had good luck with manicures before... my nails are really thin and tend to split.Cindy gave me really pretty Holiday Hands just in time for Christmas. Then when I broke one a few days later, repair was quick and easy. Looks great 😊Cindy is a lovely person and I love my nails! I’ll be back!!

Under new management since May 2017, its a little shop but offer full services from nails, lash Extensions, facials, brow/ lash tint, and whole body waxing. They offer 10%off for referrals for both. The shop is clean, sanitation, quality work, and customer services is great now. Highly recommended and walk ins and appt. is welcome. Come and try it out......

First time 8/11/18 ...When I say this nail shop is a little piece of heaven, it truly is. The atmosphere is perfect the music contributes to the mood; the drinks relaxed your body. The nail techs out do themselves when it comes to how they treat you. Try respect every customer and attends to The everyone’s needs. I wish they have nail techs to contribute to the work they do. I pray they get more re help they’re amazing. Cindy is so energetic I enjoyed her!

Friendly place. Not very good work. They did a SIMPLE gel polish and there were dips and streaks in the polish. On some of the nails they werent even fully polished. I got gel spa manicure and a simple pedicure with gel polish. It was $67 not including tip. The pricing wasnt terrible. But for the work, I do feel we should have paid less. Also, I got there at 5pm and didnt get out till 7:30. I was told itd be a 30 minute wait which turned into over an hour.. seemed to me like every customer before me got a longer more thorough service. I understand they were short staffed but I do feel like I got there with plenty of time and if they couldnt see me, they should have turned me away.

I wanted to remove my fake nails and a regular manicure afterwards . It was my first time here and I was a little bit scared because of bad experiences in other nail places when it was pretty painful to remove my Fake nails. They took the time to work for me and they were extremely gentle with me! I didn’t feel anything! I did the regular manicure and they took the time. I don’t like when they are in a rush and they don’t take the time to work with details! I ended doing a pedicure... they did a great foot massage with exfoliation and I Loved it! Everything with a great price! The ladies were really nice with me :)

The lady barely used a pumice stone on my foot for my callus (no file) she was staring out the window and not looking at my feet when filling and shaping my nails. I got charged 7$ more for the buttery blend pedicure, but she never gave me the hot stone massage. she never did the extra moisturizer and hot towel that the buttery blend pedicure have listed.Im not confrontational, and I get a pedicure twice a year or so after my feet are wanting to fall off from exhaustion... As I work 12 hr shifts in the ER. I didnt feel like arguing or haggling with these people, I came here to relax and left feeling frustrated. :(Im never coming back here. Employees have terrible communication skills and seem like they really could care less if they actually have customers in the shop. My nails look like some crap I could have done at home. They are the pale ass toes with the dark red polish in the pictures... 😤

THE MANAGER IS TERRIBLE! I walked in and I was the ONLY one there. All I needed was to have my no chip polish removed. He wanted to drill it off...he said it would be faster when I said no drill. I said, thats fine I have time. So he was annoyed and instead of individually wrapping each nail in foil, he stuck both my hands in a bowl of boiling hot acetone. He got on the phone and ignored me for about ten minutes until I said, I think its ready. He then looked and said, no its not..as he chipped the polish off with his FINGERNAIL. When he was done he started the process appropriately utilizing tools. It was a quick and MESSY job. When he was done and I asked him to file the ends because they were rough, he huffed and puffed about having to file off the ends. The quality of his work was aweful and as a first time customer, I can say Ill NEVER go back.

Went here for a mani-pedi, and the staff was incredibly pleasant and professional the entire time. The salon was clean and relaxing, and the prices were great for everything. Definitely planning on coming back next time I need my nails done.

Nails look awful, the woman I had was friendly, but did not get the right length. Nails do not match up in length( some are longer than the other), I told her I wanted shorter and she said the length she cut was short enough. They will also change the price on you when you go up to pay( could explain why they dont have a sign with the prices). Will not be returning!!!

Helen did a great job. She fixed a broken acrylic nail without removing the entire thing and starting over. No one does that anymore. I hate when they take the broken nail off because you have to file the natural nail again, and it gets too thin.

I had a horrible first experience due to the female manager there. I noticed whenever I sat at her station it was very dirty, she still had nail clippings from the person before on the towel and didnt remove them till she got done clipping my nails and never replaced the towel with a clean fresh towel. She cut my cuticle badly and made me bleed. She did a messy fast job on my shellac manicure, she drilled my polish off and then whenever she went to take off my shellac she left old shellac on my nails and I was charged for her to remove it. No one else was there and she rushed through the whole thing. She didnt hardly rub my arm and hands. She also didnt apologize to me whenever I told the other nail tech(Tan) that she cut me and walked up to me and asked me if I cut myself. I told her she cut me while cutting my cuticles extremely fast. She was very rude considering the situation!!!!!However I highly suggest Tan, she will take care of you and take her time. She is very nice and did a great job on my pedicure and stayed late to finish.If I go again I will request to not have the manager do my nails ever. The fact that she is the manager of the store and acted unprofessional is appalling. I honestly would like to talk to the owner about the situation, considering how horrible my first experience was and that it was by the woman that manages one of her stores.

Walked in to quality nail where there was just one other customer besides me, JUST ONE!!!! But yet there were two people working on her. I was confused on why two people were working on her and at that had the nerve to tell me I had to wait 20 minutes. How the hell do I have to wait 20 minutes when there is only TWO customers in this building. Something isnt right here. They either need more staff or hell less customers 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Worst customer service EVERRRR!!!Just recently went back to get my nails done for my 21st birthday. 04-28-2016 had an appointment at 4:40pm with my mother. Once again only two people working but this time there was 5 people waiting. My feet sat in water for one hour before someone got to me to do my nails, mind you I had an appointment!!! After that, got my nails done as you see in the picture it was HORRIBLE!!!! Theres glue everywhere, I showed her a picture and she didnt do it like the picture on top of that she told me they were dry when to pick up my purse and they werent so she drowned my nail in clear coat to fix it which didnt fix it... Went back to dry my nails and now it was 5 min to 7pm and they told me I had to leave because they close at 7.. But the door said 8. But how are you going to kick a customer out like that?! The have very poor customer service skills and the manager the guy OMG HES HORRIBLE!!!!!! My mom went to pay the lady then he came back saying she owed $2 because the lady told her the wrong price. Well thats her fault not my mothers. But on top of that both proves my mother was charged wasnt the price he originally told us when we talked in. It became more and more. This place has no reason to even be open theyre staff is horrible theyre service is horrible and its just not worth the money or stress.

Awful. Do NOT go here. Botched my nails twice. Got acrylics and it took three hours and they came off in the car and had to get them redone. Horrible.
