Arrived at this Quick Lane location about 11am. Waiting area is clean and there was some left over regular coffee for customers but no decaf. Our customer service rep was Ruben and he was familiar with our auto and the discount coupon we presented.Ruben said our wait would be about 1 1/2 hours so we took a walk around several of the local car dealers. We came back in time but unfortunately the store had a computer breakdown so we had to wait another 45 minutes. If that had not happened we would have rated 5-stars.The outcome was as expected, and we were out the door for $37.72 for a synthetic blend oil change, filter, tire rotation, etc. Great magazine coupon. Probably not frequently available.Something nice.. had an email this morning stating that Fiesta Ford had purchased a CARFAX report for the Honda we had serviced yesterday! No charge and good until we sold the car. Thats a $99 value to go along with our discounted oil change. Not bad! Thank you Fiesta Ford!

So glad I found this place. They do great work, the customer area and shop are super clean and organized. They were honest, made some suggestions but I didn’t feel pressured to have unnecessary work done. Service advisor Richard was knowledgeable, fast, professional. Simply a stellar experience!

Went in for an oil change. They were very short with answers, rude, and unhelpful. Prices are higher than most and they tend to close earlier than hours of operations.

I was there for an oil change for my car. But I called 3 weeks later for a question on a new oil change for another car I have and I was answered with a rude attitude and was hanged up on. I really like the place when I went there my 1st time but after this call I will take my business somewhere else.

I personally feel I was taken advantage of the second time I went in Im going in for a third time if I dont resolve the problem Im going to sue the company quick Lane watch your back always get a second opinion

Fantastic service and I highly recommend this shop. What can I say? Everything!Waiting area is clean and comfortable and the coffees always on.The service advisors are friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable.The manager doesnt hide in an office but jumps in to look over the work or assist the mechanics which provides for great quality control.You can watch the work being done through large plate glass windows in a clean well organized shop.The work itself is done well and efficiently.If your repairs take a long time they happily drive you wherever you want in their shuttle.I highly recommend this repair shop. Five stars plus!

Oil change was fast and reasonable

Friendly staff and service. Had an oil change done that did a 5 point inspection rotated my tires and I was going to go with in 40 minutes. I did not have an appointment I just walked in. Im very satisfied with my visit here.

If I could give a zero, I would. I have been to this place twice. my first and second experience was really good, however that was changed on my last visit. After getting an oil change, the mechanic who worked on my car told me that my rear axle need to be changed because it was leaking oil. The price that was quoted was almost $800. I figured that was a little high in price, so I took my car to a local auto shop and had them check the very same thing. The auto shop called and told me that there was no issue and she could not find any issue with my car. I am so disappointed at that Quick lanes lied to me and wanted me to spend my money on something that never needed to be fixed. This place should be reported.

Very nice waiting room with Wifi and staff are very helpful... and also looked over my entire truck with a simple oil change.. I must say i was pretty impress...

These guys were amazing. Took my car right in. Brought he the parts that needed to be replaced (filters) to show me just how dirty they were. Didn’t charge me for checking out door rattles and they fixed them too. Toyota was going to change me just to look at them. I think I have a new place to take my car.

Our new Pirreli tires were less here than other tire shops. Friendly and helpful staff too. They stayed late to get our car done.

Been here twice because they advertise QUICK with NO WAITING signs out front. Both times the manager told me it would be an HOUR AND A HALF WAIT, because he had a skeleton crew!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I usually go to Big O Tires for any work on my cars. I decided to give them a try since my neighbor goes thier for his vehicles and we live near them about 3 blocks away. The first time I stop by about little over an hour before they close to get a price to get my truck tire alignment done. They told me to come back since they were getting ready to close.The secound I called to get a price to get a transmission fluid change and again they said I have to call you back to get you a price and since we closing in an hour will call you back next day. They never called me back.They need to work on thier customer service if they want to gain new customer instead of saying we about to close come back tomarrow.Never going back.
