Super affordable car insurance. Agents are all professional, and very friendly.

Hard to get a hold of them and always promise to call back not once have they. Rate went up they could not explain why waiting on insurance cards they font know when I will get them. My experience has been bad. Just called again answer machine leave message they Will call back. lol.

Paying for full coverage insurance. Got into an accident. No rental. Are hey fighting to prove the other party was at fault? Nope. Just tryin to prove my moms car is totaled, when its clearly not, probably so they can fix it and sell it. Paying almost 300$ a month for 2 full covered vehicles and one liability. These people do not care about their clients at all. I was hit not the other way around. A photo can not tell you EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. guy didnt even stoo at the dk The rates may be great but if you have an accident may wanna hire a lawyer before you say one word to them.

Horrible place these people are crooks. They took my son money 500 to be exact and he didnt even own a car. And they still have not refunded the money. First they said he needed a letter from dealership saying he didnt own the car. Done that. Still no refund. Then she say oh they gonna fax it. Still no refund. Now she say its out her hands. Um it better be in his hands today or I will be coming up there myself on my childs behave. Crooks.

Never received a call back to Renew insurance coverage, its as tho A-Max did not want me, my Business nor have the best interest in mind for me, by them.Its very disturbing as well as disappointing.
