Diana was amazing! I’ve been going to organic for a few years and she has been one of my favorites. She did a beautiful job with this ombre, so much attention to detail fixing one of my broken nails. I always ask for the dip powder to be thick (multiple layers) and they only listen about half the time but Diana delivered and made them very thick and strong. Will definitely ask for her when I go back! She also gave me a quick neck massage, game changer! :)

I have been going to this spot for about 3+ months now. At the beginning everything seemed to work well, now this place is nowhere close to organic or the cleanest salon but they did a good job. Unfortunately, the past 3 times I have gone my experience has been terrible. Inconsistent pricing, rushed technicians, flawed point system and overall just a bad experience. I always call ahead to make sure they have time to take me but they will just say yes and then when you go there everyone is in a rush and they don’t even remember you called. Yesterday was my last straw with them and I spoke to the manager about how this is not okay. Tom usually does a great job on my nails and very sweet as well but he was rushed yesterday and my french is all uneven. I will not be going back because it’s not worth paying over a $100 for a service that looks botched. I will not be recommending this place to a friend! I usually don’t write reviews but this needs to be addressed by management. We pay for a service and if you are unable to deliver the service in a proper manner then simply say you don’t have the bandwidth instead of doing a terrible nail job.

Ly was amazing! I’ve had her I think twice and both times she was great. I had a broken nail today and she made sure to not only fix it really well but be careful not to hurt it more. I’ve had so many nail techs in the past (at other stores) completely ignore a broken nail. I didn’t originally ask for nail art but she offered and i’m very pleased how they turned out!

I showed Holly what I wanted and I got exactly that! It’s obvious that she cares for her craft. The establishment is clean and comfortable. I drove 40 minutes to try this place out. I will be back!Their selection of sns is huge!

Love my nails! Ms. Diana took care of me and she did a perfect job. I paid $97 for a pedi + gel + full gel set. Everyone was friendly. Ms. Diana is so sweet. Will def come back. Mornings are best for walk ins so try to go in the AM if u can.

I have been going here on and off since they opened their location on Riverside. I started seeing Tina consistently over the last two months and she has never disappointed. She is detail oriented, helps you find the color and aways makes sure you’re happy with your nails. The shaping has always been a thing for me but she is absolutely incredible!!

I came here for the first time with my mom and it was great! I got a mani pedi and both turned out really well done and pretty. The staff was really friendly too and worked with me with the design I wanted. Highly recommend!

I love this nail spa. They do not rush their service, so be in for a spa day and enjoy! Diana is the nail tech I go to consistently, and she is a life saver. If I bring a picture she’ll try her best to make it as close and cute as possible (which she always does)! Do not go here. I honestly should have walked out at soon as I walked in. They were a little busy when we walked in but I did call ahead of time and they said to just come in but the guy at the front was rude. We stayed and the nail technicians were not super friendly. The manicure itself was good which is why I gave 2 stars but the woman who did my kid’s nails was super rushed and didn’t polish well. Already looked chipped before we walked out. My polish was fine but when they were done they both just walked away. Zero kindness or customer service. I’m not sure if part of experience here is to pay to get treated poorly, but that’s pretty much what I paid for. Also there is nothing organic about this place and definitely not relaxing.

I’ve been coming here for 3 and a half years now. They have a very large selection of gel and dipping powder. Service is better some days that others. There are some nail technicians who handle my nails with care and others who have cut my cuticles and caused them to bleed. I was one of the first customers in the shop yesterday and the person doing my nails basically blamed me when one of the tools cut me and the work on my nails felt and looks rushed. I’m not sure if the prices went up recently, but the total price was about $8 more than what it has been for dip nails. I’m disappointed because my 2 previous visits were great and yesterday was not. I would appreciate consistency in the quality of work. If I continue getting my nails done here, I’ll need to find a nail technician that I like and only let them be the person to work on my nails. The location and color selection are great and I don’t want to lose those by going to a different nail shop. I just don’t want to leave with a rushed set and bleeding cuticles anymore. I’m going to try a nail salon that’s across the street from my apartment and start going there regularly if I like their work and customer service. Being overcharged yesterday morning after a rushed set has pushed me away and I’m ready to take my business somewhere else.

Tom and Angel are amazing! Tom does absolutely gorgeous acrylic French nails with dip. It is literally the most perfect manicure I have ever gotten. Angel is fabulous at pedicures, she suggested French gel on my toes and it is all I am going to get from now on. Highly suggest if you’re in the Austin area to come here! So friendly, fast + great value.

Even tho I’ve been going this place in a while now I check the reviews every now and then and I saw a lot of good things about Diana, so I made an appointment with her and she didn’t disappoint me. She was really nice, very fast a did a really nice job.

Been going here for a couple of years and I love it! Started getting ombre on my nails because Tom does such a great job. Moving in a couple of weeks and I will still most likely make the 30 min drive back here :)

Recently moved to the Riverside area and have left my normal nail salon for Organic! They are quick to get you sat every time and always have entertaining shows on the TVs. *Tran* has done my nails twice now and her work is really nice (pictures below). She can do glam nails or natural/subtle. She pays attention to detail, making sure to pay attention to the underside of the nails too!! So important to me. She makes conversation and is just overall very sweet. I recommend her as I know how hard she works!

Late for the appointment. Totally rushed. Forgot to come back multiple times. Not a single nail was well done. Literally went home and removed everything with nail polish. The tech wasn’t even looking at my nails while they worked on them. Super disappointing. Do not recommend.

They did such a great job! I showed my nail tech a picture from IG of what I wanted and she was able to recreate it, even though it was a pretty complicated design. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Love this place! First they have a loyalty program so that’s nice to use as later discounts. Diana did ombré nails today with this cute daisy design! LOVE THEM! I haven’t been to another salon since I first came here at the beginning of the year. I don’t ever request a specific person because they all do really well and never disappoint!

I have always had a great experience here. Nancy is amazing. My nails are always PERFECT and they never chip. I get SNS and it lasts at least 3 weeks.. usually longer but by then my nails have grown out. I highly recommend!

Dont waste your time. Poor customer service and all technicians were rude. I went today on my lunch break for a gel manicure and a polish change on my toes before an upcoming vacation. Everyone that helped me (a total of 3 different women) were all completely rude. I wasnt asking for anything special or difficult, but I did ask to change the color on my nails as I didnt like the first polish. The woman was so rude to me I actually said if this is too much of an inconvenience I can gladly go some where else. I dont appreciate being mistreated before spending $54 hard earned dollars. She also ran the tools under water and then put then back in the basket to use again. Im not sure how much sanitizing is going on. Just go somewhere else, hopefully they will at least be nice to you.

I called to make an appointment for my friend and I but never got asked for my name - we got met with confusion when we arrived. The man who did my nails was rude and rushed. I didn’t understand when he asked me to wash my hands, asked a coworker to clarify, and his tone changed when he went into his own language, later laughing. I was embarrassed and couldn’t shake the bad feeling I got. The outcome of my nails looks rushed, the polish had chunks in it, the cuticle oil was dirty and being reused, AND I had to keep shaping my nails once back home. My friend’s nail tech, however, was kind and was named Paul.

Tran does an excellent job and my nails are always perfect every time I leave this place! Highly recommend.Update: Saw Tran again today and she gave me these cool geometric eyeball nails 😎💅🏽

They do a great manicure! I didnt give them 5 stars because my pedicure was lack luster. They repainted my toes two times and the polish still came off hours after my service. Their manicures are wonderful! I received a dip manicure. This was my 2nd visit because my manicure was this pretty the 1st time as well.

Came in wanting a French tip, left leaving with an Ombré! But Tom is an expert at what he does so I trusted him... and WOW! Such a beautiful result.

Used to love this place, they always did a fantastic job with my nails. However, this time I got a dip manicure 1 week ago, and the dip was already coming off. I went back to have them take a look and safely remove it. I was charged $10 for the removal for a dip manicure that lasted 1 week. In the past they have lasted for almost a month. Very upset with the customer service and that I now spent over $50 for a manicure that did not last and on top of that a removal fee.

I will never go to another salon in Austin. Everytime I come they meet/exceed my expectations. My last 3 fills have been perfect and the nail paints/art is amazing.

I choose to try this place out because it had a lot of 5 star reviews and decent pictures but my experience was terrible. I had dip nail polish on my natural nails and I went in to get a new set. The nail tech was rough removing the old set and started by removing the old dip with a nail tip instead of soaking them off which broke 3 of my nails off. One nail broke half way which she glued back on because it was breaking at the nail bed. I had to ask her to soak the rest of the nails off because even though I was in obvious pain she tried to continue to use the nail tip to remove the nails. After she ended up soaking off the nails from my other hand the new set looked terrible. My nails are multiple lengths and the shape is uneven. The nail tech also kept offering services I did not want even after I repeatedly declined. I’ve never had such a bad experience getting my nails done and I’m 27 and have been getting my nails done since I was 16. Never going back.

Tom did my nails for my engagement this past weekend and I couldn’t be happier! They were absolutely perfect. He paid so much attention to every detail and made sure I left completely happy. I can’t wait to see Tom again when it’s time for a new set!

I came here with 2 of my friends and they were fairly nice to us, but did speak rudely (in their own language so they thought no one but then would understand) of a customer I was sitting next to who was just expressing what she wanted and didn’t want nicely. My friends and I each had different workers assist us. I just got a regular manicure and had to do regular polish due to my work and they tried to get me to do dip, but I expressed that I couldn’t. My nails looked fairly good until the top coat came on, which I’m not even sure was a top coat because after 3 hours, they already got ruined. My friends nails came out good and Tuan was very friendly and did great on my friends gel nails! He took his time and made sure they looked amazing. 10/10 recommend him.

Now my 5th time coming to this salon, always clean & professional. This visit I got lash extensions for an unbeatable price & were done in half the time. Tom, consistently provides speedy & detailed- oriented service. Recommend this place to all of my friends who live in the Riverside area!

I normally have an okay experience here. It was across the street from my apartment so I would go if I needed a quick mani or pedi. The last two times I went they clipped me too close and cut me. For my mani, I showed the technician a picture of what I wanted a few times prior(just a basic different color on each finger), but when we sat down at the table she didn’t acknowledge it at all and I had to re explain.It’s good for in a pinch, as I can always get in and seen quickly, but I most likely won’t be going again.

Nancy at Organic Spa and Nails is so excellent that I travel from the opposite side of town to have her do my nails. Ive been getting manicures for 9 years now (frequently by Nancy) and Nancys work, by far, is the best. My manicures by her often last 4 weeks! Best manicurist ever. Check out this great ombre she did for me recently - perfect for fall!The salon is fast, comfortable, clean, and they have an extensive color selection.

Daisy is the absolute best! She’s so sweet, patient, and talented. I can show her any design and she’ll elevate it. My nails have never broke nor chipped while under her care. If you’re ever on Riverside I recommend you visit her. The salon is clean, friendly, and exquisite.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while but unfortunately was very disappointed when I did. The woman cut 2 different fingers, the shaping of the nails was horrible (uneven and jagged) and she got frustrated when I asked her to fix a couple, and the equipment did not look clean - the brush she was using to clean polish off my skin etc felt like it had all kinds of gunk caked on it. Perhaps I just had the wrong person, but I will not be going back and would not recommend to friends.

I always enjoy my experience. They have so many color and style options, offer drinks, play fun shows on TV, and arent crazy expensive. It can get busy, but they take appointments as well (highly recommended if youre trying to go on a weekend).

I came here after going to a nail salon before where they told me they couldn’t do the nails I wanted . I came into this salon because it was recommended by a friend. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Tom. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and he went above and beyond .He actually did them way better than the picture I wanted and threw in his own little twist to make my nails look bomb ! Prices are good and ambiance is too. Acrylic manicure could have been better but for the price, I’m not upset. If you want top notch nails I’d consider going elsewhere but if you’re just looking for a basic mani pedi this is a decent place. Lots of color options for gel and SNS.

I got a facial here for the 6th times. This time was from Than and she knew what she was doing. Whenever you come here, you should ask for her.And it was very pleasant. Nice music and nice people.

I got a mani pedi and it was sub-par. The lady forgot to put a top coat on my left hand and when I reminded her she argued with me and claimed she already did it, that’s fine. The pedicure was supposed to get rid of calluses, she didn’t even bother, again that’s fine. Lastly, I got my eye brows waxed and tinted, this is where the 1 star review comes in. I asked her to merely clean them up, she made them pencil thin and 5 shades too dark. When she handed the mirror to me I was about to ball my eyes out, I looked like I time traveled to the year 2002 where pencil thin eye brows were in style. My immediate reaction was “omg they’re so thin” to which she just started arguing back “no not thin”. There was no point in arguing, and there are bigger problems in the world than to cry over eyebrows. They will grow back in 6 months (hopefully). But do yourselves a favor and skip this place.

I like that they allow all walkins, however One thing I really disliked which I noticed my second time going back is that they change the prices based on how they see you. They charged me two completely different things both times I went and I got the exact same thing both times and when I tried to ask them why the price increase they pretended not to know what I was talking about. Really did not appreciate that. On top of that, the nails look all right but they’re a bit too sloppy for the price point. I also experienced this both times I went. I also had 2 different techs work on my nails both times I went which seemed weird to me.Update: my nail broke the very next day. I went to get it fixed and they rudely told me to come back in an hours so I did and they still took an hour and a half to fix it, and after they did they made up an excuse for why my nails were poorly done (didn’t offer a replacement set or anything) and asked me to delete my review. Two weeks later two more nails have broken (I was literally just closing the car door). Not sure why they have so many positive reviews but probably because they ask people to delete them lol.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in Austin, the ladies here go above and beyond to make you experience genuine and comfortable. The professionalism and perfectionism is extraordinary. I have had several nail techs work on my nails and not once had a complain on any of them. They all take their time and work on your nails until they are perfect and to your liking. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their nails done in the Austin area!

I called in and requested an expertise to do a manicure and a pedicure for my natural nail. I was told over the phone by Tom that he will service me. This was my first time there and wanted to establish a relationship with a person who could understand my exact need. When I arrived I was immediately told to get a dip nail manicure and when I refused, Tom and the other girls started speaking in their own language -Vietnamese. Very rude and does not know what the word no means. Then I was put with an unexperienced lady and was not given the shape that I asked for at all. Very sloppy work and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

My mother and I spent $200 for a pedicure and manicure. Our manicure went well but the pedicure was rushed and the techs were very lazy. Sooo my mother and I let them know we were unhappy with the pedicure. They were very rude when they spoke to us and didnt let us speak when we tried to explain what the problem was. They told us to sit back in the pedicure chair to help us but while they did they made very unprofessional comments to us like they were upset. The woman also rolled her eyes at me while we were leaving. They need to work on their customer service because we will not be returning ever!

I formerly lived in Uptown Dallas and was looking for a comparable salon tech here to do high quality dip nails. I found TOM here at organic nails and he does by far the best ombré coffin and almond dip nails. His shaping is always perfect and the ombré shading is always amazing! Highly recommend!

I used to really like coming here, but the last 3 or 4 visits Ive left unimpressed. Pedicures are good and I like that there are different types that the girls let you choose from. The problem is really the manicures are just expensive color changes. They dont trim your cuticles, give hand massages, or even put on/offer hand lotion. My manicure today felt rushed, and there was no attention to detail- there is even red polish left under nails from my previous color.

I have been going here for a while and I love my nails every time more and there pedicures are also great. My personal fave is Alida Najarro, my nails are always perfect, but everyone is great.

My first time getting SNS and it was great (I usually get gel here)! Sandy was very nice and helpful and did a beautiful job on my ombre nails. 4 stars because weekends get really busy so it can take awhile to get seen, even if you have an appointment. Best to go on a week day.

My sister and I made an appointment for 2 pedicures at Organic nails and spa. We were greeted when we I entered and told to choose a nail color, and 10 mins later showed to a pedicure chair. We then sat in the chair with NO greeting or attention for over 30 mins. We then left and no one even noticed we exited. Very poor customer service.

Ive never gotten a bad manicure here from anyone, but my favorite nail tech is Tam (see his work in photos). Dip powder manicures have been a lifesaver for me after a lifetime of biting my nails and cuticles. They average $40-50 but easily last 2-3 weeks.

2021: I don’t think I have ever been so unhappy with my nails until today. The nail tech applied the acrylic well over my cuticles and then proceeded to file them with the drill to fix it. My cuticles are so dry and so are my finger tips. It sucks to make this comment because I love how Diana does my nails usually (she was busy when I arrived) and Tina always goes above and beyond with my pedicure.——> went a week later to get them soaked off but Tom said he could fix them. He really did take his time to do so. Thank you so much2019:This place is really clean and the techs are patient and caring. They want to make sure you get what you want. I also loved that during my pedicure, they used sterilized implements. I saw them pull out the cutter from a sterilizing pouch and they used a disposable pumice stone.
