First time getting a pedicure and Iris was very patient with me and did a wonderful job on my toes.Stephanie started my nails while I was getting my pedicure and was patient with me and made sure that she understood what I was looking for. Its been probably 10+ years since Ive had acrylic nails and she took good care of me. Its been a week now and my nails are still looking great!
Bella perfectly matched my reference photo and left me with these beautiful nails! She took her time and was very considerate and understanding to what I wanted. I would highly recommend her! The only reason Im not leaving 5 stars is because my estimated price was much lower than the actual price I was charged. Not that I minded paying more because the nails were definitely worth it, but now I know to be clearer about the final price the next time I visit.
Danny did a wonderful job on my SNS manicure! They immediately started on my nails as soon as I walked in, and they were all so nice and professional. The attention to detail on my nails was unmatched, and Danny made sure they were perfect. River, the manager, is amazing! She was so sweet and made sure to speak with me and check-in to see that I had a good experience. They have been a little busier lately so please cut them some slack! They are trying their best. This is the best nail salon Ive been to in Austin yet!
Love this place!! Theyre always so accommodating & helpful.
This spa is way over priced for poor quality of service. Either that or their workers are way overworked. My nails look like i got them done at a beauty school. The lady moved so fast clipping my cuticles she gave me a large gash. The other one doing my pedicure refused to give me a massage that was specifically picked and paid for. Id be very upset if it wasnt a gifted visit. Not worth all the hype it gets.
So good and thorough. It will be my new go-to
I dont usually leave a review on places. But I was very disappointed on the service I got here. I had booked an appointment for 3 people. I came in to get new set of acrylics my old ones were kinda grown out. The lady that gave me the service was peeling my nails off with other acrylics pieces it was hurting my nails a lot. I dont like confrontation because I think is rude but my mistakes of me, if im paying a huge amount of money I should get the type of good quality service but I didnt. After showing my first design what I wanted she gave me a look and told me she didnt know how to do it so I went to my second choice of design and she took my phone and talked about something with other employees and came back and just made me feel like I couldnt get it so I went and chose the most easiest design anyone can do and my nails still came out differently than the design. Ive chose the easiest one for her since she didnt know other ways. She was rushing through my nails never filed or cut or clean my cuticles. Was working around a messy area after she put the new set she filed my nails to thin to my liking and made them to pointy and sharp that I knew I wasnt going to last a week with them. As she kept filing my nails so much she cut and hurt my pinky finger of how much she kept going over it. The design was to have a thin French tip but she did it like half of the nail and the lines were not even curved the same all 4 nails looked different than the others. Also the whole time she was being rough with my hand instead of feeling relaxed she kept holding my hand so tight and kinda hurting me with how she kept pulling my hand hard. Now with my friends they did get a some what better treatment service but the quality of their nails was just so bad they made the nails to thin too. Both of our nails broke the next day that it wasnt just worth the go and pay for the bad quality we got. I payed 263$ for 2 people I feel bad for not leaving a tip but gosh the service was so bad and hurt me so much. But after our nails broke I just feel more hurt and upset with the place and the amount of money that I paid. Ive Gone to other nail places before where I paid 143$ for 2 people and the nails lasted me 3 weeks and I couldve gone longer with them but I like to get mine fixed after they grown. People have their own opinions and reviews but with me it just was a bad service and quality. I wouldnt suggest or come back to this place. Still on the search for a good nail spa place sad that Queen spa wasnt the place.. was offered to come back and get them fixed but after a badly treatment I dont think I can trust them.
I have used them for a while and hadn’t really had a problem but on my last visit the tech that was doing my nails was rushing, Kept looking else where while doing them, would grab my hand in a rough manner and cut me on 4 different fingers. One of the cuts has not healed and has been almost a week. When I called to explain the situation all the manager said is to put Neosporin on which I explained to her multiple times I have been doing that since the day she cut me and also offered to take off the nail but cut is by the cuticle/nail fold and had been done at the end. Payed about $80 and would expect a better answer and quality of customer service for coming here, not worth being cut 4 times and rushed out.
Most painful pedicure of my life and I have had MANY!!! The girl cut my toe beds on both feet and didnt even say sorry. She tried to act like nothing happen when both second-to-middle toes were severely bleeding. The girls name was Thai or Thia. I am so disappointed when I went to put on running shoes today I couldnt get my feet in them because they are still in so much pain. I wont be able to work out until my toes completely heal. I would not recommend this place. It was unsanitary and unprofessional.
Went in for a mani pedi & received the best massage with my pedicure, both of my artists were very mindful of my hour & still gave me quality treatment & got me out in exactly one our. I will visit again when I have the next chance. Love this place!!
River has taken care of my concerns. We had a misunderstanding. Queen is awesome! Awesome place. Thanks River see you soon!
I have now gone to queen spa twice and would give them 4 stars. The quality is great. I have had 2 manicures and a pedicure. The manicure lasted 3 weeks and honestly looked as good the last day as it did the day I got it done. My nails just grew out. The location is great and the inside is a decent size. I’m giving 4 stars because if you’re going and expect to get any type of special treatment, you won’t really get that here. They’re BUSY. They are looking to churn through manis and pedis and do eyebrows in between. You almost HAVE to book in advance which is not really an issue but even when you do, you will likely wait a while. It’s a great manicure so I will continue to go but again, don’t expect a “spa” like treatment.
Queen Spa is amazing. I have gotten manicures, pedicures, and lash extensions here. I have been multiple times and been impressed and 100% satisfied after every appointment. They have an amazing gel polish color selection and the facility is clean (very good about Covid-19 policies) and they are always punctual. The online booking system is also great. I want to give a special shout out for their lash extension services. They look amazing, last weeks, and the price is lower than Im used to (although I just moved from NYC so perhaps it is on par for Austin). Highly recommend Queen Spa!
Super busy on weekends, got a pedicure here. Felt great and looked great but their tool to scrape the bottom of. your foot is not all that great. Would go again but not my favorite.
I made an appointment for 6:30PM last night and arrived around 6:15PM. I had someone grab me to start after 7:00PM. He quickly took off my existing polish and then walked away. He was gone for 8-10 minutes. I just sat there looking around because I was thrown off that he had left. When he finally came back he asked if I was in a rush. I am assuming it was because I was looking around while I waited. I was caught off guard and mentioned that I was expecting to be further in the process at that point (7:08PM). He was then clearly upset and repeatedly stated thank you for your patience in a patronizing tone while I was silent. He had also shared his frustration with me to the owner. When I went to check out I asked if I tip before or after inserting my card and she would not make eye contact with me and was clearly annoyed as well.I was not expecting to be seated immediately at 6:30 but I definitely did not anticipate any hostility or to be asked if I was in a rush more than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I did tip and I like how my nails look. However, the whole experience made me extremely uncomfortable.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of care and understanding for their customers. First of all, this is one of those salons where they make you feel badly for asking what exactly you want your nails to look like, and if you have any corrections- prepare to be talked badly about. It was very obvious when I would ask my nail tech for something I wanted and she would immediately start talking to the tech beside her and scoff/ start laughing. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. Secondly, I have been up charged both times I have visited this salon, and the techs basically get to pick and choose what they charge. At a previous salon I was charged $60 for accrilic ombré nails. When I went to check out here they told me it would be $80. And when I asked why it was so expensive, they told me they recently raised their prices, and acrylics cost additional $$. That would have been nice to know BEFORE I had my service. Lastly, this place is incredibly dirty, and never once have I seen them clean a utensil. They basically turn and burn through customers to make as much money as possible and don’t pay attention to cleanliness which again, is lack of basic consideration for your customers. I just feel like this place is scamming people, and I didn’t appreciate being treated poorly when I’m spending upwards of $100 to get my nails done. Absolutely ridiculous. I have heard of the same things happening to a few friends of mine that have been to the salon. I will not be coming back to this business.
I absolutely LOVE this place! I don’t have to ask for a specific nail tech because they all are phenomenal and care about the quality of their work. Super efficient staff and the owner is kind and hands on. I am always impressed with Eric and his attention to detail! I will always recommend this place!
The manager River is absolutely amazing. She accommodated to me super kindly when I had an issue with my nails. She was a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend this place.
I had been once before and had a good experience. They are generally good with booking you and making sure that you are seen at your appointment promptly. However, my experience yesterday with the nail appointment itself was disappointing and unprofessional.I had to get my SNS nails removed before getting the new color. During this, the nail technician, Lisa, got the powder from my old color all over my clothes and bag because the drill was at such a high speed. I understand that you have to use a drill for this process, but I had it flying to my face and on my hair. When shaping my nails, my left and right hand nails were shaped unevenly and the thickness of the dip is inconsistent between my fingers and not smooth. The filing was also aggressive, and I have a cut on two fingers. I felt like I was rushed through the whole appointment. After my nails were done, Lisa asked if I wanted my cuticles cut. I said yes, but the one she used was an unclean one she had just used to clean and pick at her drill heads. I was disappointed at the lack of hygiene practices and the nail technical skills. I will not be returning.
I used to go here often when I wanted good quality service, but they have gone extremely down hill. The staff is rude and is more concerned with getting you in and out rather than trying to do things right. They acted annoyed and bothered by me asking for a different color after the one I picked out wasn’t what I imagined when applied to the first nail. The waxing I got was overly aggressive as well. She was sloppy and pulling out the hairs on my head rather than just moving them out of the way and I left with wax all over face. Terrible. Worst quality I’ve seen in a long time
I love getting SNS/dip powder nails and pedicures here. The nail techs are really good, and they have a lot of seating for appointments.
I am searching for a good nail place in the neighborhood and I was disgusted by this place. The positive reviews are shocking and make me wonder what standard other reviewers are going by. They definitely haven’t wiped the chairs off in awhile as mine was sticky & dusty, and none of the controls worked. There is nail dust EVERYWHERE and it looks like the entire place needs a major deep cleaning. Polish choices are old and outdated- no new colors. The low quality products they used on my legs burned and gave me a rash. If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable mani/pedi in a clean environment, keep looking.
Love this place! I found them when I first moved here and they do an amazing job! Their manager River is always so accommodating and makes sure everyone is happy! Everyone I’ve seen has done an awesome job on both my fingers and toes. Their pricing is also hard to beat. Make sure to book in advance because it can get full on the weekends!
I wanted to get my nails done before the beach, but I didnt have time to go during the week and it was the day we were leaving. I arrived as soon as they opened, hoping theyd be able to fit me in. It was busy, but thankfully, they got me in and out (gel mani and pedi) in about 30 minutes. They looked perfect, and I could relax and fully enjoy my vacation!
They always do an above average job. However the manager River always tries to talk me out of services that I ask for. She always pushed me to get dip post instead of acrylic which is what I’m more comfortable with. When I hold my ground and say that I want what I’ve asked for, she gets very rude.
I really should give Queen a terrible review so that they wont be so busy when I go, but Im not a selfish person. Truth be told, Ive been coming here for 2 years, and I will never go anywhere else. I live in Kyle and I drive 30+ minutes for my appointments at Queen, and its more than worth it. My dip manicures last for AT LEAST 3 weeks. I used to be almost terrified to get my nails done because I get cut multiple times at every salon Ive ever been to. But my fears have disappeared because I dont get cut at Queen. They are gentle AND their work lasts so long. Id give them 10 stars if I could.
I got my nails done here for graduation and was pretty disappointed. I got gel nails and she used this glitter stuff to get it to buff the nails and get it metallic.First Im pretty sure I didnt get my full time, my appointment was at noon and I was out by 1230 (said it was a 45 minute appointment). I didnt get offered a drink either. Then the work was okay, it was really pretty but sloppy. I ended up paying $60 when it was $30 work. And its a week after and they are already peeling off. I just felt like they wanted me out of there as fast as possible, and did a rushed job. Unfortunately wont be going back. Attached pictures of nails ONE WEEK after getting them done. Gel should last must longer than this
As an out-of-town bride who used to live in Austin but never had a go-to salon, I was borderline obsessive in researching where to go prior to my wedding. I landed on Queen Spa due to the overall high reviews and pictures of their work. The good: Our appointment was at 9, right when they opened, but I called about 10 minutes before to let them know that we were running behind and they seemed understanding. The techs were fairly friendly, everything seemed sanitary and the salon itself is beautiful. The ladies who did my manicure and pedicure did a nice job, particularly the girl who did my toes (I believe her name was Ruby). The not-so-great: While we did walk in late, around 9:15-9:20 (admittedly our fault and we were very apologetic), we were rushed into picking our colors and told one of the other parties was coming right after us. Instead of feeling like they cared about us as customers, we felt like they were rushing to get through us so they could focus on the next group. The manager kept making comments about how we only had two people and she thought we would have four (I had booked for 4 and didn’t know until that morning that two of my bridesmaids had already gotten their nails done back home). When the second bridal group came in, they were immediately offered mimosas and ushered to a more private area. Nobody offered us mimosas or anything. For my nails, I showed multiple pics of the color I wanted for my nails and while they did a nice job, it’s definitely not the rose-pink color I asked for and is more of an ombré French tip instead. My tech didn’t clean up my cuticles and I had to ask for someone to fix them after I paid since they were visibly ragged. My bridesmaid’s nails were awful; she asked for rounded nails and her shape was more of an octagon, and polish was left around her cuticles. Unfortunately our afternoon was booked with other commitments, otherwise I would have asked them to redo hers.An okay experience but overall disappointed for the amount of time and money spent. I wanted to treat myself and my bridesmaid to a nice experience for such a big day and we were left pretty disappointed.
Enjoyed my pedicure, just wish the massage part would have been equal on both feet. Also not sure why some customers are offered water and others arent.
Queen Spa is by far the most exceptional nail salon Ive ever visited. Their prices are competitive but they are rigorous about being on time and respecting appointment times. My dip manis also last 2 weeks longer than any other salon Ive visited. Queen Spa is out of my way but worth it for the time and service quality!
I am very disappointed in my last two interactions and appointments at Queen Spa. Both times I had to wait over 30 mins, even though I had a booked appt. The second time I had to leave. After sending probably a dozen friends to this place and being a loyal customer since the opening I was expecting more. I guess I will be on the search for a new nail place who values their customers.
Got my first mani and pedi in over a year. They got me in on the same day. Massage could have been better with the pedi, since it included an up charge for massage- and felt very “I’ll glide passively unless you ask me to go harder”, and I’m too quiet to ask, but the end result looks good. I am happy overall. A bit pricey.
Nail tech was great and my pedicure was wonderful and well done. Unfortunately their system was clunky. Online booking was seamless, however once I arrived it got confusing. I arrived 15 min early and called and texted the number on the front door, trying to follow their COVID procedures. No one responded. In that time I saw multiple people seemingly disregard the sign and walk in. I finally decided to walk in at exactly my appointment time. I was repeatedly asked which service I wanted, which was odd since I selected the service type when I booked online. Also, the nail tech kept leaving for a few minutes at a time throughout my service, sometimes after she painted half my toes and forgot how many coats she put on which toes. At one point she changed her shirt and put a name tag on that hadnt been there before. She kept being interrupted by coworkers informing her of her other appointments and walk ins. It was disruptive and chaotic. At the end, she lead me to the front without a ticket and had to be called back to verify my service details. In terms of atmosphere, it was a little overcrowded but not uncomfortable. It would be nice if they painted the walls and had some relaxing decor or TVs near the pedi stations. I would return for the nail tech, who was talented and generally professional, but not for the clunky system that took away from an otherwise good experience.
This place was awesome! Staff was super friendly, very professional and we had the best time. Nails look amazing, highly recommended!
I Loved this place. It was super clean and the staff were very nice. Stephanie did my manicure and she was fast and did a great job. Helen did my pedicure and she was thorough. Great spot!
Jacky did a fantastic job on my $35 pedicure! Felt safe; masks on everyone, temp check at the door, spacing between clients was good, plexiglass at manicure stations.Normal cleanliness was also good; sealed blue packed tools, chair tubs lined with disposable plastic.Make an appointment on their website. Walk-ins accommodated, but I can see that this place gets (deservedly) busy.
Spent a whopping $75 on these (not including the $10 tip) was really excited to try this place, the man who did my nails was very obviously not familiar with doing chrome as he was asking his boss to tell him how to do it, and didn’t say anything, thinking they would come out fine, the looked pretty sloppy but it took forever and I loved the color and didn’t want to ask them to redo it, and I’m really not one to complain at a nail salon. They were already chipping the day after but I let it slide thinking I got it at work or something, now just three days after I got them done, more than half my nails are chipping and look terrible in general. Again, I’m really not one to complain or make a big deal but considering the salon’s reputation and the price a paid I am really disappointed with the quality and will not be returning. Should’ve just stuck with my usual salon.
My local friend brought me here and I was overwhelmed by all the cool choices for nail art and color. Ive been wanting to get this shattered nail art for year bit could never find anyone in my are to do it. Im looking forward to coming back! Also do your self a favor and get The Revival pedicure best thing Ive ever done for myself.
This my go-to spot anytime I want to get a pedicure in Austin! Our techs were Eric and Jackey. Salon is very clean, very professional, and a comfortable environment.
We went for my sisters birthday and they did an amazing job! It was so relaxing and they have some of the best when it comes to their staff! I will be going back for sure and I 100% recommend this place for guys and girls!
Great pedicure and hospitality provided by Kim Chee
Came here for the first time and it has been the best nail experience ever! Ruby and Logan took care of me instantaneously with care, precision and made it very relaxing. Ruby did my pink to white ombre and nailed it !!! This is now my go to spot!!
Only wanted a polish change and the guy ended up removing my whole acrylic making my nails so fragile and ugly! The polish wasnt even good, it was lumpy and not smooth. He didnt even apologized or tried to fix the problem he just kept doing whatever he was doing. Very UNHAPPY!!Once told them that i didnt want him to remove my acrylic, him and some other girl started talking in another language so i have no idea what was said about me. I had high expectations and left with unpleasant nails. Maybe i will try another nail tech who talks more and ask questions about what i want and not just what color.
Great for pedicures. And they use a lot of natural products which is a big plus.
Always enjoy my experience here. Relaxing and inviting.
My pedicure looks good! Nothing special but I had good experience.
They have a big nail color selection, probably the best I have seen. They do a great job with SNS which is my only choice for mani. Price is very reasonable. The salon manager River is a very sharp businesswoman. Parking can be a little challenging since it’s on S. Lamar.
Great job on my super short nails! Got a gel mani - pic below is after 5 or 6 days and still looks good!! Regular pedi still looks good too.Liked the staff, talked to a few. Seems like place is run well and employees treated well, so I hope that’s true. I usually treat myself to a rare salon trip when I travel, so was happy to have found this place! Thanks!
My absolute favorite nail salon in Austin. I like coming here especially when I want more elaborate designs. This was my first visit since COVID and they take proper precautions, check temperatures, and wipe down everything in between customers.
Very clean and professional salon. The nail techs take their time and make sure that you are happy with you services. The pricing is also similar to other salons but the quality is much higher than other places. Would 10/10 recommend if youre looking for your new nail salon. Just be sure to book an appointment because they fill up quick!
Everyone at Queen Spa is incredibly kind, attentive, and gentle. They’ve always done an amazing job on my nails, from just gel, to acrylics and sns dip acrylic, and even waxing. These awesome people know what they’re doing! They also give you complimentary drinks, a massage, and the environment is so clean and cozy. They’re super clean with their equipment, and each station is always clean. It never smells like chemicals, and I’ve always gotten amazing service from all staff!
Solid prices. Great service. Sad they had no drinks though.
They were awesome, like always.
Waited about 15 minutes even though I had an appointment. I got the Queen Pedicure and unfortunately it was less than stellar, the nail tech seemed very disinterested and left to work on someone else at one point. I dont think Ill be back.
I am writing this three weeks after getting my nails done at Queen spa-- they still look perfect!! The only reason I need to get them done again is because my nail has grown in so much that there is too much blank space at the top of my nail. The technician who I saw was so thorough and detailed. I didnt have a go-to nail salon in Austin before, but now I will definitely only be going to Queen.
Pedicure was thr worst Ive ever receivedCharged me way too much and I will never go backDont waste your time or money, go somewhere else 💯
RUBY is my gal! She is the best and my nails always look amazing. She is so professional and has a heart of gold. Not to mention they always fit me in and fix my nails for free if they break within the first week or so. I feel very safe going during covid times as well. They are very careful and check temperatures at the door, hand sanitizer everywhere and have a partition between you and your technician. And of course everyone is required to wear masks. :) Much Love!
I have been to a lot of nail salons around Austin and was so happy to finally find Queen Spa! It is a very welcoming and comfortable place and the service is top notch. I have been to various technicians and each time the quality and attention to detail is consistently excellent. My SNS manicures last a month without chipping or peeling. It is usually very busy so I would recommend making an appointment. Even when they are busy, the staff works efficiently to take care of every customer and I never have to wait long. I look forward to my visit every month!
My nail tech must have been new. My nails came out bendy, unsmooth and cracked right in half within 2 days.
This is the place to go for a great manicure! River is always accommodating and the staff does great work. Would highly recommend.
Staff was super sweet and took really good care of me!
Finding a new nail salon to go to can be painful. I was able to get a last minute appointment with no fuss. 1st mani/pedi : pedi was amazing she was meticulous to detail and did gel to be sure my polish wouldn’t come off during my Mexico trip. The SNS was my first time and wasn’t sure what to expect, the nails looked great but were a little thick. Went back in for a fill and Wendy took the time to completely redo my nails so that they look and feel natural! She will be my go to girl from now on :)
Best gel acrylic fill I have ever gotten! I walked in off the street, badly in need of a fill and immediately felt at home. I was offered a drink in their comfortable waiting area while I chose my gel color from a very large selection. My nail tech was Ruby and she did an INCREDIBLE job. My manicure took longer than usual but that was because of Ruby’s incredible attention to detail. She took her time and went over each nail several times to make sure there was absolutely no imperfections. She made my nails look beautiful and I’ve honestly never been so happy with a fill. The price was reasonable too. I did a couple specialty coats (matte and glitter) and all and all it was $50 + tip for the best nails I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this salon and Ruby. She was amazing!!
🤍
I have been going to Queen Spa for over a year now and would not go anywhere else! This place is perfect. They have Great customer service. They give you exactly what you ask for and understand your wants. It is a very clean and tidy space. And they always do great work!! Very appreciative of everyone at Queen Spa!
Love river and Jess! They do an amazing and consistent job. I know I will always get a beautiful manicure every time I go.
Queen Spa is my go-to place since moving to Austin. Excellent staff that does fabulous work.
This place is just OK. I got a basic (Queen) manicure with Eric and was done in 15 minutes. There was no mini-massage like the website says is included. He seemed to be rushing through the service because they were very busy (at 5pm on a Wednesday with an appt)-- he actually finished with 3 of the women in my party in the same time it took another tech to do 1 person.Additionally, only two out of 5 of us in our party were offered a drink. Ultimately my nails look fine, but I wouldnt come back based on the inconsistent service.
GO HERE. My husband and I both had a mani/pedi. Both technicians did excellent work (mine was Pio). The employees in general are kind and professional. Im only visiting Austin...they did a better job here than anywhere Ive patronized in the Baytown/greater Houston area (for the last several years and Im still searching). If I lived in Austin, I would GO HERE. Highly recommend. Hope your experience is as positive as ours.
My SNS nails look and feel amazing. I broke a nail a few days after getting them done and they fixed it for me the same day I called. Excellent service!
Their SNS manicures are amazing and last forever. Ruby and Kristen have been my nail techs and they are skilled, great attention to detail, and always make my nails look FAB. Pedicures are great, they offer wine and mimosas, and the service prices are super reasonable for the quality of work you get. My only (very minor) complaint is that you can’t cancel or reschedule appointments online, you have to call in. I won’t go anywhere else in Austin!
The best.. only do they do great nails but they make you feel wonderful welcome and comfortable. Theyll never act inconvenienced and they always will make time for you
Quick, efficient, professional 👌
One of the best nail salons in town. Definitely make an appt. All of the technicians are really good.
Everyone who works here is a true professional. Theyre amazing at all kinds of nail services and are always adding exciting new options. I get my SNS done here and have always been thrilled with it. They take their cleanliness and hygiene seriously. And you get a little shoulder massage while your nails are drying. Worth every penny!
Best spot in 78704 for ombré nails! Show the owner (River) what you want and she’ll make it happen. Love these ladies!
First time and it was fantastic. Thankful for the very helpful staff considering my lack of experience with Nail Salons. Beautiful work.👍
Love this place! My SNS manicures always come out nice. Currently getting a pedicure here as we speak, and my technician, Susan, is great (a little rough, but I like the elbow grease - I also have super gross feet lol). Prices are a little above average than what I’m used to, but for the location and the quality of service I continue to come back. Only thing I didn’t like about this place was my eyebrow wax a while back. Left me a little rash that went away after a day, and I’ve never had that reaction when getting waxed at other salons before. Could’ve been me or the product, so you decide if you want a wax! Otherwise, staff is professional and very qualified for the job.
Easily one of my favorite nail salons in Austin! Actually.... the BEST nail salon in Austin!! All the staff are excellent but Iris and Sky are top notch 👍🏽
I had an amazing experience at Queen Spa, I saw their work from another spa’s bad review! Highly recommend the women were very sweet! I got a gel matte wine color on my nails done!
The staff is really welcoming and always make sure you feel comfortable. Danny is by far the best at what he does. I always get exactly what I pictured and more with my nails. He is super friendly and will take his time to make sure you like the finished product! 10/10
While, I enjoyed the experience and the overall service was good, I decided to get SNS done for the first time and I wish I’d just gotten a manicure. I spent more money and while my nails look nice they didn’t do anything for my dry hands. So a manicure costs less and is actually a more relaxing and useful service because you get a massage and cuticle treatment. I don’t understand why you pay more and in a sense get less. Yes, the polish will stay on longer but I still have dry cuticles that weren’t pushed back or moisturized other than a quick swipe of oil. I couldn’t believe she was done. I have to go home and do a hand treatment myself. I probably won’t do it again.
The salon and Eric are top notch. Eric does such great manicures that lasts for weeks. He is super professional and has a good eye for the best colors. Bonus: the staff always offers water, wine, or mimosas with your service.
I called three nails salons to see if they could get my sister and I in last minute - was shot down three times. Finally called queen spa and they got us in with no wait and were amazing. Definitely recommend!
Great spot and a LOT of options to choose from
Queen Spa is the best y’all. Personally I love Bibi and Sky but I’m sure everyone is incredible. Best nail salon in Austin!
