Always clean salon and friendly service! I’ve been coming for about 6 years! Now I drive all the way from Leander bc I can’t find a salon I like better! I usually get SNS, gel pedicures and sometimes brow wax.

Let me tell yall.. As I sit here and let my legs get soaked and scrubbed repeatedly!! This is the best feeling ( after sex! ) haha! I’ve been a customer here for two years, from the waxing to the pedicures, everything is a1! I will sit here in pajamas and have a grand old time!!!!

1st time here!!!Very good customer service. Happy with there work. Tried something new she gave me options and made me feel comfortable. Enjoyed a pedicure and manicure while I was sipping on a glass of wine.Very happy will recommend.

Best pedicure Ive had in a long time.Edit: Got SNS last week, and she was quick but did a really great job. And still the best pedicure. Get the lavender pedicure, you will love it.

Quick service but not personalized. Other than how short I wanted my full set the shape was determined by the tech. Not to mention a few nails were crooked.

They do a Great job. Nails always look perfect!

They will do your nails SUPER thick and she didn’t even do the actual manicure, she just started putting on the acrylics.

I love their services. The have tons of colors to choose from. I have been to so many other places, they dont do a excellent job like this place. Friendly staff, calming atmosphere I always will keep coming back. I always walk out pleased. I had my nails done, feet and wax. They are excellent.

Lisa and Jimmy are great!!! I missed them so much. I moved away from Austin, but they will always be my shop!!! Jimmy called me bling!!! I was referred to them by someone else and I was happy and satisfied with the service!!! I am a truck driver now, haven’t found any one like them!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. I went to get my nails done one week ago. For starters, she destroyed my cuticles when I left they were hurting and peeling. The day after I got them done my middle finger nail broke. I could not go get it fixed because I was leaving for my trip. While on my trip all of the gel started peeling off. The acrylic still looks new as it has only been a week however the paint job looks as if I have them on for a month. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This is the best nail salon!! I have been coming here for over ten years, and I will not get my nails done any where else. My favorite nail tech is Lisa, she is amazing!! She is very detailed, and always does a fabulous job. Everyone is always very friendly. Love.

The owners are awesome and my sns nails always come out great! Tons of colors to choose from in powders and gel. The shops is clean and everyone is welcoming. Highly recommend these guys!

Ive been going here for over 9 years now. My sister and mom go here as well. Along with several local friends of mine. Their always very friendly and do a perfect job every time no matter who I go to. I get everything. Fulls sets, pedicures, refills and eyebrow waxing.You will definitely love your nails every time you go!

This place is a POS. I spent almost four here today. Quality out the window. Staff is slow beyond slow0 and not a decent place to even want to go to,

I have been going here for 10+ years now. I love the service and Jimmy and Lisa are amazing along with the other employees. I dont go anywhere else. If you have not yet tired SNS do so! I love it. I was (shamefully) a nail bitter and since I been getting SNS upon recommendation from Lisa my nails are so long, thick and gorgeous.

I have been going to this salon off and on since 2008. I have been to more luxurious spas that charge more for their amenities but not their talent. I have tried other salons that charge less. However, I keep returning here even though I moved 45 min away. The owners have a clientele that ranges from the teens to the golden years. They provide the same customer service to women who seem to have money and those that can only afford to treat themselves once in a while. If you are put off by an aging building in a strip mall, find somewhere else. If you value talent, consistency, and people who can read your face if you dont like the job they did (and will correct it), you will love coming here.

Hidden gem in North Austin! I normally end up doing a pedicure, but I always go home thinking why dont I go there more often?I still havent caught her name, but one of the Asian ladies there does such an amazing job. She is a perfectionist when it comes to painting your toes. They practice sanitation because they thoroughly clean their tools and also use liners for the tubs for pedicures. I havent done acrylic or gel or whatever because my natural nails are just fine.I have not done a manicure yet because every timeI go for a pedi my natural nails are not even lengths for manicure (Im very particular about it).Theres never a wait (I go around 2-4pm on weekdays) and they really do a great job. They are also very friendly and I can also see they have repeat customers because the guy at the front counter is always holding conversations with different customers.Definitely a must try. Also a plus is that I live SO close so I really dont even have to go on the I-35!

I have been coming here for months and they typically do a good job. But I came in today and asked to have my nails shortened and fix one that I had broken and I thought I might as well do a color change....when I told Jimmy I wanted to change colors he said no because I had JUST been in there the week before, flat out said NO. From there he was rude, filed my broken nail down to my skin, cut my nails but did not file them they are sharp and uneven, chipped and didnt bother to fill them. When I tried to bring any of this to his attention he was rude and sarcastic when asking if I would be in again next week to which I replied I dont think so....he then told me ok go to hell then and I was just in shock because I could not understand what I did to upset him... I tried to pay and he was so upset that he said I did not have too and just proceeded to walk away and shoo me away. I have never been so humiliated and offended. I always tip them well, always as polite as I can be because I have been in the service industry and I know how hard it is to live off tips. Point is I will never go back. I do not recommend Elite Nails.

I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. The owner is not friendly, she never greeted me or the friends I went with. One time I entered the place they only me the wait is more than an hour. They never seem to care. I was told they are wife and husband that owed the place. They charge $20 for their gel color, they have inexperienced staff that doesn’t even know how to paint, overall, they’re arrogant.

I love this place! Ive been going to this nail salon for a few years now and I love it! I wouldnt to any other nail salon! All of the ladies are very good.

I came here with my mom for the first time. We both got pedicures. The woman giving me my pedicure rubbed my foot raw to the point that it bled. She did not even notice, and I had to bring it to her attention. She said “Your skin is so sensitive.” I got a staph infection and am on antibiotics for 2 weeks. Hoping it heals as it is very painful and almost impossible to walk on.

Unsanitary. Dont allow you to wash yourself hands, trim youre cuticles on hands or feet, clean polish from your toes, etc. When you call it to their attention they lie and said they did it or it will be done at the end which I never heard of then she said she sprayed my hands because mypedicure wasnt finished. Then they started talkin about me in their language which was VERY RUDE. I asked the lady to make my frenchl line thinner,she looked at me funny and pretended to do it but she didnt. The entire experience was horrible. I should have walked out when I walked in and saw the place.Do not use thi s shop. It would be better to do your own or let an Uber do your services while their driving.

Came down for work training and stayed down at Embassy suites we went over to this place and walked out happy with their work!

Not recommend this place my wife and little sister went to get nails done and they didnt finished and let them leave bc they were about to close and my oldest sister had to fix them and get them done for them..

Havent had a problem with them,, they are all really nice..
