Great service, friendly staff! I got a Rockstar pedicure (french tip). The massage was wonderful and my feet look amazing!

Ive been going to this salon for 2 years, and more so this year than any other year. Im always pleased with the quality of my nails and facial waxing. The ladies are all amazing, friendly, and well versed in their craft. I highly recommend if youre in the area.

My husband called and made an appointment for 5:45pm for both of us to get a pedicure. The business closes at 7pm. We got there on time and the person that did my pedicure rushed through it so she could go home. If you intentionally make an appointment and dont just walk in, you should be given the time and attention that you deserve. We will not be coming back if this is how you treat your customers, no matter what time of day it may be. There was plenty of time left for me to have a proper pedicure and not be rushed to leave.

I got sns nails and that same day it chipped on 3 nails just by picking up shoes to put them up. I will never go to that place again.

Called to schedule 2 pedicures for myself and wife, for 5pm. The closed in like an hour and a half. The older lady that did my wifes rushed through it, at one point going to get her lunch bag, and placing it close by. She hardly scared the heels and the foot and leg massage may have been 2 minutes total. So that she could leave early.My wife set there for another 15 minutes waiting for mine to be done. We started at the same time!!!!!!!!!Would not recommend this place. We went there once before and had good service. Never again!

I base my pedicure on how shiny my nails are after painting and how much scrubbing they do on my callused feet! Awesome pedi! I’ve been here twice and had two different ladies and they’ve done great.Their basic pedi is very relaxing, I went on a busy morning and Rose took her time and nothing was rushed. Thank you!!

Always accommodating. Dependable, quality service. A reservation doesnt hurt but they can usually get you in as a walk-in. Friendly ladies, too. They also do thorough waxing services.

Perfectly lovely experience when I went in recently - I walked in, got seated immediately and only had a to wait a few minutes for someone to come do my nails. I just needed light work done: cuticles, filing, buffing (no polish), so I cant comment on more extensive services, but I was very pleased. Everything was clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and doesnt have that nail cleaner small, and the employees were very polite. $15 to get my fingernails looking clean and healthy seemed perfectly reasonable.

This is the best pedicure experience Ive ever had! The place is spotless, the staff were professional, courteous, and intuitive of my needs. I got the milk, honey, white chocolate organic pedicure. There were hot stones, a scrub, and an amazing series of massages. This spa is a must! Best nail spa in Austin

Horrible. If you can, avoid this place. Leslie was completely rude to me--tried to sell me things because my face is dirty and cut my nail beds repeatedly with the buffing tool for acrylics and didnt bother to apologize just said your hands are too dry I dont usually complain about businesses but seriously? Try Le Pro Nails on 360 its about 10 minutes away from this place to which I will never return with my business.

I am so relaxed here. they made me feel relaxed and stress free with their service, ladies here are so sweet and lovely. I love their work and impressed me with their great service will sure visit again may be my goto nails and relaxing place from now.

I was very happy with my pedi experience here. The technicians were very friendly and helpful, I got walk-in service right away, I was offered a beverage, and I got a great foot and leg massage. The pedicure was perfect and long-lasting. Most importantly, the place was spotlessly clean and sanitary. Ill be back!

Ive been going to Rock Star Nails since I originally lived in the area 3 years ago. While Ive since moved across town, I still choose to drive across Austin to the ladies here because they are friendly, helpful and provide consistent quality services.

Been coming here off and on for 5 years. Good pedicures and never an issue with cleanliness. They do good eye brows, too.

I got a gel paint job (no manicure) and it was $13. Here I am sitting 17 days later with one tiny chip on one nail. Thats pretty impressive!

The deluxe pedicure was so worth it! Longggg, lots of massaging, a free drink, and a perfect pedicure. Will definitely come again!!:))

First off... No matter how nice or clean the place looks... It can be deceiving. If I could rate 0, I would. I went in for a mani-pedi. MAJOR HEALTH WARNING! That night after I started feeling sick. I came down with chills, a fever, and major muscle pains and aches. My cuticles that she cut next to my nails started swelling and becoming red (very painful), and my feet started blistering. I have never experienced this EVER BEFORE. I looked up the symptoms and it came up as paronychia... Basically a fungi/bacterial infection CAUSED BY UNSANITARY NAIL UTENSILS!!! Im extremely upset by this. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible service. I walked in there to fix a broken nail and not only did the manager have a nasty attitude, she didnt bother to greet me, then asked the employee who finally spoke to me to tell me they didnt have the color I wanted, all this without even looking at my nails. I couldnt believe it and I just walked out stunned. And mind you she never spoke to me directly but spoke her dialect to this employee who then conveyed her hateful message. Terrible place. Then again Im of African descent so maybe she doesnt care much for my type. Being dressed business formal didnt help either. I laugh when people call Caucasians racist. They obviously have not dealt with enough Asians. I went across the street to Color Nails where I was treated with so much more respect and actually greeted when I walked through the door. Its pathetic in this day and age one has to pay to get disrespected. Never again. I hope this does not happen to others. Its very sad.

My manicure was entirely rushed. Then the woman asked me to pay and write the tip before she even put on the color!!! The color was sloppily done and not filled in fully on my nails. Wouldn’t return!
