First time customer. Very happy with the service and result so far. Waiting to see how long they last but reasonably priced.Lasted 2+weeks even with work and planting flowers several times. Went back for 2nd visit. Envisioned red/white/blue...tye dye.

My daughter and I spent the evening getting our toes and nails done here. Cherry ans Robbie were great! It was a relaxing atmosphere and great service. We will be back next month for our mommy daughter date.

Im visiting the area from Florida. I searched around a bit to find a salon that could provide the same treatment I get at home. Robby was able to provide that and more! The staff at the salon is welcoming and friendly. The appointment times are convenient. The salon is bright, fresh and clean. My nails are very pretty and I have received some nice compliments. I am very pleased. I plan to have a few more appointments before I return home and I will be back again. Give this studio a try! They will be sure to meet your needs in every way.

Today was my first time at Nails New Salem, & I will definitely be back! Alexia did my gel manicure & gel polish change on my toes; she was kind, relatable, & professional. The other staff present (Diane) was extremely welcoming & kind as well. The service was done on time & in a timely manner (less than an hour for both services) & the results were perfect. The salon was not crowded or overbooked; they offered many colors to choose from. I would recommend them to everyone!

Nail Salem is my go to place. Everyone is so friendly and you become like family. If you ever have issues with anything the owners are very approachable. Ive been places where what the tech wanted outweighed what the client did and you never have to worry about that here.

I have been going here for just a short time now and I absolutely love it. Everyone is so friendly, it is very clean (which is very important to me) and they have always done a great job with my nails. Cherry and Robby have both done my nails. I would highly recommend them and this establishment.

My grandmother and I had the most amazing and memorable afternoon today! We’ve been looking for a good reliable clean place to get our nails done and we’ve found it! Everyone is very friendly you feel welcomed immediately. The consistent theme throughout makes it comfy and makes it an amazing experience. We were asked several times if we were satisfied with the nails and designs and they took their time! I’ll never go anywhere else.

I was in town for a wedding, I made an appointment with Maya for a gel pedicure and manicure. Diane at the front desk was beyond accommodating through the entire appointment and Maya was wonderful. Friendly and did a great job with both my pedicure and manicure. She ended up talking me into dip which I have never tried (after taking my acrylics off months ago for the first time in like 8 years) and they look and feel great and natural. If I am ever back in York I will absolutely be coming back.

Haven’t had my nails done in forever! So I thought I’d check out this place.The atmosphere was both professional and also very relaxed.My nail technician was Alexia miller who’s knowledge of beauty and the products that serve was second to none.There was a very large variety of choices of colors and design ideas Alexia was very open to ideas I had about the look I wanted.She is extremely talented and the look I got was achieved. Not only was the price right but I really enjoyed my experience here and I know I’ll return to see Alexia again! I’m already hooked on a new design I know she’ll make happen next!!

Best nail salon I have ever dealt with. Tina and Robbie are always very friendly and accommodating. Tinas designs and attention to detail are amazing. Update as of 6/24/20, I learned that Tina has moved on, but Lexi has gained my complete confidence. She has moved into Tinas position as a beautiful nail designer. Lexi definitely has my vote!

Nail polish is poor quality. My top coat was peeling off just days after the manicure. My daughters acrylic nails were lifting so badly that when she went to get a fill at a new place 2 weeks later, they told her she would have to completely remove the acrylic and start new to avoid fungus that would grow underneath.
