I chose to have my wedding hair & makeup done at Serenity because I was getting married at Heritage Hills Golf Resort and since the salon is located within the resort, it was easy and convenient. All of my bridesmaids and my mom got their hair and makeup done here as well, so I made a group reservation which was nice because we paid the bill in advance and didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of. They also had one round of mimosas for us when we got there, although, it would have been even better if they provided refills since we were there for a little while. The stylists were very friendly and personable and I was pleased with the way my hair and makeup turned out.

I’d truly recommend removing the clocks from the rooms. You can hear the tick-tock on the clock over the spa music. It can be distracting.I scheduled and paid for a 90 min massage but only received a 60 min massage. I wasn’t fully checking in until 20mins after my original appointment time. A bit disappointing due to I paid for a full 90 mins, and only received 60 mins. I know due to covid checking in is a bit different but that should take time away from my appointment.Overall it was a good experience.

Great place for massage and waxing. My woman loves this place. Very nice staff and has a welcoming atmosphere. Its an upscale place you have to try.

I love this salon!!! Megan C always takes great care of me and my hair! In addition to being very professional and great at her job, she’s also friendly, personable, talented and easy to talk to. Megan does amazing work with hair, nails and makeup. The entire salon environment is very welcoming and the services they provide are top notch.

Im basically providing a review for my favorite Glam Artist of all time, Megan Crozier, who works at Serenity Spa & Salon at Heritage Hills. Also pretty great, but I go there for Megan only. Ive been getting my hair done by her since she finished school, 12+ years now. She is not your typical hair stylist, she has a passion for her craft and the proof is in her work. She truly enjoys helping people feel better about themselves by approving their appearance. I can allow her to do as she pleases, get creative, and am fully in love with what shes done every single time. Without fail! Shes incredible, I simply cant say enough about how terrific her work is. She has cut and styled my sons hair as well, also amazing. So shes able to help both men and women, most stylists cant claim that. She is also a makeup and nail artist, so when I say GLAM ARTIST, i really mean just that! If youre contemplating giving Serenity Spa & Salon a try, do yourself a favor and request the appointment with Megan!

Rachel gave me an amazing massage/wrap. I am very self-conscious and was embarrassed by my post c-section stomach. She made me feel so good about myself, telling me all my body went through was amazing and that the imperfections make it beautiful. Her kindness made me cry. Great staff, great service. Highly recommend. I should go every month.

I love having my nails painted and I normally do them myself, but while I’m working there’s no point cause they just get ruined to no end. Finally headed back to school in August and decided to get a gel mani. Liz did my nails, she was so sweet.

I was there on February 9th. The salon and spa were difficult to locate with only one sign pointing towards the parking lot. No other indication about where to locate. Once I did find it, the hotel was chaos with children running everywhere screaming. The massage was great, but the room was noisy. I could hear everything from people talking to doors being slammed. For the price I paid for a 90-min deep tissue, I was expecting a higher-end experience, which I didnt receive. When I tried to talk to the spa receptionist, no one was at the desks. In fact, coming here was one of the worst spa experiences Ive had. I dont think Ill be back and I live in Heritage Hills neighborhood. Management, feel free to return my phone calls and offer me a refund/apology.

Staff is extremely accommodating! I called twice on Friday trying to book some pampering for today with a friend. They took my information and would call if something changed to fit both of us in. About an hour later they called me back and had rearranged their schedule in order to fit us both in. My friend and I had a wonderful experience. Courtney did my manicure/pedicure and was so welcoming and friendly. At no time did we feel rushed and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Will definitely be back :)

When you go here, ask for Megan. Although I dont go to the salon myself, Ive know Megan for over 10 years now, hair always gets cut by her. Shes been doing hair for a long time now, that shes a pro, both men and woman. Any style, nails and makeup for the ladies as well. You wont regret your money or tip to her.

This place is very accommodating and has a very nice portfolio of services. I have tried to find another place in York that compares, and I cannot find one. I have looked. Dont hesitate to try Serenity, you will not be disappointed.
