Got there at 1015. Waited two hours to get my nails done. Check in procedure could be more organized so the nail techs know who has been waiting the longest and who is there for an appointment. I watched two people who had an appointment not get service until at least an hour after their scheduled time while walk ins who had been waiting were taken first. Overall my nails are nice and they treated me well; better priced than some places in York.

Absolutely love this place. They are very clean and try hard to be as accommodating as possible. My only complaint would be that sometimes they rush you through when they get busy and your nails dont always come out as nice as when they take their time. I try to stick with the same girl as much as possible. All of them are very sweet.

Made an appointment for 10:30 AM with my mom. My mom sat in the pedicure chair for a good 20-30 minutes before they did her pedicure. I showed them a picture of what I wanted before my pedicure which was a BASIC powder yellow ombré. After my pedicure they said the girl that was going to do my nails would be done in 20 minutes and be with me. I sat from 11:30-12:20 WAITING for the girl to do my nails. In the midst of it she told me next time I should let them know I’m getting powder ahead of time. HOW AM I SUPPOSED to know only 2 people in your shop know how to do basic ombré powder. That’s something you should ask if it’s an issue. I ended up not even getting my nails done, but safe to say there will not be a next time. Making an appointment with them does not matter. They rush to get stuff done and take everyone. While sitting in the salon they continuously kept just letting people walk in. Numerous people came in as walk ins and were served while me and my mother who had an appointment waited. Very unprofessional and I am not one to leave bad reviews or leave reviews at all but I had to.If you’re in the York area and need your nails done TAMS NAILS & SPA (where I normally go) is the place to go.. Very organized, professional, clean, and all their nail techs are awesome at what they do! If you have an appointment, you will be taken at the time of their appointment and if you are a walk in, they are honest about the wait time.

Time to find a new nail salon... this ain’t it! Very rushed and inpatient nail tech! This is supposed to be an enjoyable time for me to relax and get pampered but this my last time! They overbook so they’re rushing me to get to the next person!!! This happen 3 times!!!!

On Friday waited 1.5 hours, couldn’t leave because they wrapped her nails in tin foil. She picked a pedicure and they charged her $10 over the posted pedicure price

Sat around for 30 minutes after my appointment time. Dont even bother making an appointment, as they clearly are not a priority.

Went in for the first time today and was very impressed! The place was immaculately clean, all the staff were very friendly and my nails look great. My tech did exactly what I asked for, and she was lovely! Will definitely be returning. I also watched another tech fix a set of nails from another salon and she did an amazing job reshaping and fixing them. Absolutely recommend!

Rush job on pedicure, offered water no wine, didnt remove calluses off hea trying to do manicure at the pedicure chair and trying to get me to leave before pedicure was dry. Never again.

By far the best salon in york, pa....I love all the girls......I enjoy myself every time I go. What makes it best is the owner Michelle has an awesome attitude and treats all the girls equally and like family. Katie is my nail tech she is awesome at what she does.

Every time I go for a fill or a full set. Manicure and/or pedicure, I walk out of there in amazing time and look/feel pampered💚 10/10

Went today for the first time, after hearing great things about this place. They werent wrong! Very friendly and engaging staff, plenty of colors to choose from, clean and modern salon and good, experienced technicians. Was very happy with how my nails came out! Will definately return!

When in two weeks in a row took own polish and still got charged 90 even after being told it was 60 with own polish had to go back and get first set fixed and within a week my nails came off

Called multiple times to see if I could make an appointment was told to just walk in they weren’t doing appointments today. I came in and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure I was told there’s no pedicures today. I’ve waited for an hour watched MULTIPLE people who came in AFTER me go before me INCLUDING people for PEDICURES. I’m NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the WASTED TIME.
