These guys are a joke. Been in 4 times now to fix the first screwed up haircut.. every time they make it worse. Literally don’t go here, they all are in training still. Trust me please anyone that reads this. Do not go here. Any of the positive comments you see here are fake. I heard them talking about how they leave the reviews themselves to boost their google rating.

I just want give a shout out to the ladies that work here. None of us wants to continue wearing our masks, but that’s what we are all being asked to do. It’s one thing to decide that you don’t want to wear it when your out, but a lot of times businesses have to answer to a little more restrictions. Today as I was trying to pay for my cut a man was arguing with the staff because he didn’t want to wear a mask, he was asking for names, raising his voice and taking pictures. Now I understand that everyone has freedoms, but this isn’t that hard to do. For years, stores have had a “no shoes, no shirt, no service” policy, yet I’ve never seen anyone arguing that you can’t make them wear shoes in a grocery store. I was very impressed with the respect and composure of the staff her towards this man. Why can’t we all just be respectful?

Yesterday I had my hair done by Katie D and my hair looked terrible. I didnt realize it until today when I was at work about to head to a interview afterwards. I had about 30 mins to get my hair fixed before the interview. The Spokane Valley Sports Clips location was closest to me so thats where I went and they were happy to fix it just in time for me to make the interview. They were awesome and the stylist did a great job. Im honestly really disappointed because Im really picky about where I get my haircut and Sports Clips has always done a great job.

My stylists name escapes me. Shes new to town from Vegas. She is smart, professional and kind. Not to mention did a perfect job on my cut. Thank you!

Vanya does the best cuts. Shes always very meticulous and precise. She also gives the best MVPs and will have you dozing off in minutes. She also double checks after everything too.

Very disappointed.I havent had a real haircut since covid started. Came here for a moral boosting birthday hair cut. I have never had a worse cut. They put a bunch of product in my hair for there sales pitch at the end is how I didnt notice it was so so bad. I dont even want to come back to you so you can fix it. This has been embarrassing and depressing. I will never return to this franchise.

Got a cut for my son and the lady was squinting the entire time, not sure if she needs glasses or just forgot them today but the overall result was definitely impacted. Totally uneven fading, uneven lines and missing sections. Had her “fix” several parts and gave up because it just wasn’t even fixable without more damage.

My first visit was a very positive one. Your first visit is upgraded to the MVP treatment free of charge. I thoroughly enjoyed that experience very much. The hair stylist even went the extra mile to trim the wild hairs on my ears. Ive been to many salons and none of them ever did that for me. Its the little things like that create customers for life. The only issue I have is the coat rack is right next to the entrance door and the front desk is not occupied all the time. Anyone could grab a coat and take off with it. Id feel better if there were a place to hang coats within sight of the customer.

They did an okay job on my brothers hair, but the staff was not very nice and unhelpful and not very nice when it came to the kiosk use. Would recommend elsewhere unless you need to get in that day

My 3 year olds hair looks so cute. The two stylists went out of their way to make him feel like a cool brave dude. I believe their names were Kelly (cut his hair) and Gretchen? I think. They were so awesome. Could not believe how kindly we were treated especially having a wiggly grumpy toddler in the chair. We will be going back for his next cut and also Kelly suggested my husband get a haircut at the same time. Brilliant idea for our next visit. Thanks again for making our day a little easier just by being kind and patient! So Appreciated :)

Kelly is very unprofessional, I do not recommend going to this location if you check in online . They won’t help you when you show up at the requested time . Instead Kelly will hit you with the “ idk man, idk online “ I’ve never had this issue with any other sportsclips location or employee . With this happening the past 2 times I’ve tried to get my haircut here, I hope something is done about this.

About once every 3 months or so ill treat myself to an MVP treatment. The hot towel and scalp massage is indescribable. You must pamper yourself on occasion. The cut isnt bad either... They are great and professional.

Ok so me and my 7 year old son did have a terrible experience with one employee here; with that being said the owner went above and beyond to make it right for us. I know that alot of the time businesses will just have one bad seed, so I will always give a second chance to redeem.

Shelly always does an amazing job. I have been to many places throughout Spokane looking for just the right zero fades. Shelly has it down for sure. The other thing that makes this experience worthwhile coming back is how clean the store is. Many other shops have hair all over the place and nothing seems to be uniform. Sport clips does a great job with training the staff. I am pretty picky and must say I am beyond pleased.I would recommend Shelly without a doubt. :)

Loved this place! My family was treated like we belonged! The lady cutting my sons hair was very patient! He has extreme sensory issues and usually has a difficult time with hair cuts, but she was wonderful! Also my daughter really loves doing the same as her brother so another girl that wasnt busy asked if she could play with my daughters hair! The kiddos loved it and my sons hair looks amazing!

Long wait times! Wait time longer than it says. Several stylist available, walking around, not cleaning up or really doing anything while you sit and wait, and wait, and wait..... No one greeted us or acknowledged us when we came in or while we continued to wait for 38 min (almost 20 minutes past our 19min.). This is usually a great place so Im not sure what happened. :(

The hair cuts were great. They have a kind staff and really care about their customers. Theyll cut your hair how ever you want it and do a good job at it. Totaly worry the price

I will always use sports clips for my haircuts. Its tailored to guys where they have sports playing on TVs. Is a nice friendly establishment with exceptional service from a good haircut to the hot towel face massage and shampoo. And I love that they have free neck trims in between your cuts

I was a little intimidated to get my hair cut at sports clips, I figured it was a guys only kind of place with the big TVs, sports and locker room outfits the stylists wore in the commercials. I went to sports clips because they were close by my Home. I was helped straight away by Paris. She listend to what I wanted done to my hair and executed it perfectly. I have very curly thick hair so I was used to stylists telling me it was to pretty to cut or trying to talk me into other styles. Paris was fantastic she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! She took her time to make sure it was the perfect length for me, I’m very used to being rushed through my haircuts but this was a new and delightful experience. I will definitely be returning for my next cut!

I went here for a haircut after being with my hairdresser for 26 years. My dad and I decided to check this place out. The lady that did my hair did a great job. Only complaint is that you can experience a long wait if you don’t check in from your mobile device before arriving there.

Wait times have never been horribly long, usually went during the day. Prices decent for services offered. They have clippers that wont scratch up your neck or head. TVs to watch while waiting amd while getting a cut.(usually sports programming, that should be given with the name). Staff has always been very friendly to me. Wife has gotten her hair cut here a couple times as well.

If I could give them no stars I would. Have been here a few times before. First time they did good, second time not so much, third time was decnet. Today I decided to go back and give them another try since it had been so long. Let me tell you, definitely regret my decision. I told her I just wanted a trim and to cut the sides short. (Since Im growing my hair out) She totally chopped the front of my bangs down, and left the top longer than the front. SAVE YOURSELF A BAD TIME and go somewhere else.

Go my husbands hair cut. It turned out decent butthe customer service was lacking. We were in there for 20 minutes beofr eit was his turn. Onl 1 other customer ws in the shop and it took everyone in the shop to help this person check out. Hey were way to busy talking. I dont know that we will be back to this location.

Went back to this location for the first time in about a year. Received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them another shot. I have never had such a bad haircut in my life. The fade is uneven and when I very specifically asked for a low fade, I ended up with a crooked high and tight. I paid for the MVP service and in the front of the store there is a big sign saying Double MVP Upgrade Experience this month! I was never offered by the stylist after receiving my sub par MVP service. Now, Ive been forced to shave my head for the first time in 20 years. A waste of $26.

Clean place and your wait time is posted on the tv on the wall so you know where you are in line. While you wait you can just sit back and watch tv. Oh and the haircuts are great too.

Everone there was nice and they had a convenient waiting area so that you can watch football as you wait for someone available to cut your hair, I would give it five stars if they were faster at cleaning up after cutting hair, they really like to take there sweet time while cleaning up.

Ive been going to the north town sport clips for years and it is by far the best experience ive had getting my hair cut. And its not just the haircut that makes the trip worth it but the hot/cold towels and the scalp massage top off the experience. From someone that has experienced all the other barbershops in town, this is the ONLY place that i go anymore. Id recomend them to anyone and everyone, and when asked i always do.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Expected wait time is 110 mins... turned out to be 310 mins. If you have all day, go here!

Ill be honest, this place is a bit gimmicky, but so are all the other places Ive seen. With that said, they do an amazing job for the price you get. If you go with the mvp for an extra two dollars, you get your hair washed, and a scalp massage and depending on who cuts your hair is either amazing, or just okay.if you choose this place and you like the haircut, REMEMBER WHO CUT YOUR HAIR. I cant stress that enough, a girl named Sky cut my hair and she does an amazing job, Ive had others that didnt make the cut.Tldr, its worth it for the price, and the mvp is worth it.

We came to Sport Clips with my son to do a haircut, the name of the hairdresser was Paris. She did such a horrible job!!!! She just ruined his hair!!!! My son left sport clips in tears!!!! And don’t want to go to school because of his ruined hair. It took him five months to grew his hair for the haircut that he wanted and she just cut them all!

Worst haircut ever! I dont think this lady should ever be allowed to cut anyones hair. All I asked for was a simple Sissor cut and I get a fd up hair cut. Some how gave me a point in the back of my head. Its like she tried to cover up her mistake with out me knowing. Really lady thanks for making me look like an idiot and I still had to pay. Aviod this place at all costs. Im sure there might be some competent people that may work for this company, but the north division one does not have any.
