I tend to not get my clothes dry cleaned, but if I need anything hemmed or altered, this is my go-to location! The seamstress is always very polite and professional, and our clothes come back fitting very nicely. I trust her with everything from blue jeans, to dress shirts, to party dresses. My favorite dress had the stitching come undone, so I decided to take it to Kingsmen Dry Cleaners and get it fixed. The seamstress did an incredible job. I cant even tell where the threading came undone. Very impressed with the work and I will definitely use them again!

Went there on a Thursday morning to have a pair of shorts tailored, was told they would be ready Saturday by 6 PM, and upon arrival on Saturday, was told they hadn’t started them yet because they didn’t think they would be able to do it...I was not given any notice upon my first interaction with the seamstress Thursday that would be an issue, was not given any indication Friday when I called to ensure they would be ready Saturday, and was super displeased with the lack of performance.Would not recommend.

Ive used Kingsmen for alterations a couple of times now and they have been excellent. They got my scrub pants hemmed right away when I needed them ASAP. A very awesome staff and atmosphere!

The worst Ive ever seen a uniform come out of a cleaner. It was burnt, had multiple places where heat was applied too long! The lack of attention here is crazy. Would not recommend for day to day dry cleaning, especially nothing you care about! After it was brought to their attention, multiple excuses were given but no ownership to the fact that I got a uniform ruined.

Went to this place b/c of all the great reviews. I brought one throw and three comforters. The throw I brought was only a few months old. EXTREMELY soft. Now it’s ruined!! It looks and feels like it was burned! It’s not soft at all anymore. Idk what happened but I will NOT be returning. This throw wasn’t cheap either. I’ll be calling to make a formal complaint aswell.

Friendly staff, quick service and my garments are always looking amazing when I leave. I also love how they are environmentally friendly, which helps my skin because other cleaners use harsh chemicals that irritate my skin.

These guys saved my life when I had to get my chevrons on to my uniform same day. Even Dorothys couldnt pull that off. Of course if they do you that favor, tip the tailor for the late notice.

I took my uniforms to the cleaners and had tailored and put on new chevrons and they didn’t sew on for on of my uniform, also losing my uniform when my friend tried to pick it up. 👎
