We have lived here for over a year and love it. The maintenance team always responds within 24-48 hours and they are extremely knowledgeable. They will fix the issue for you as fast as possible. They absolutely clear off the sidewalk in the winter and use a snow plow service for the apartment complex. They also go out of their way to make the surrounding grounds look nice and well maintained. The Property Manager does a great job.

We lived there for a year, the moment we moved in, we noticed a strong cat urine smell coming from the carpet in one of the bedrooms. I reported that immediately, they never cleaned it and I ended up receiving advise on how to clean it myself. The carpet was teared and they fixed it after 10 months. On Winter, I was 48 hrs without furnace and I also had water leaking from the upper unit into my apartment two times. I cannot complaint about the manager, it seems the entire system there is made to protect the companys interests and you are just a number. When people ask me for reference I always suggest them to look for cheaper rentals, at least they would receive the attention they are paying for.

I stayed here with some friends and was considering renting an apartment because I thought from my experience with the interior and exterior that it was a great place. Very well taken care off. However I noticed a bunch of dogs outside being walked and hanging out on balconies. It clearly states on bell property management website that dogs are not allowed. So beware if you rent, this is false advertising. Clearly they make exceptions and are not forthcoming.

I have lived here 2 years and they are the most amazing people I have ever met. They will text/Call me within minutes of me contacting them no matter what its for. They are helpful kind people. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else.

I lived there for a year, the walls are ridiculously thin, my apartment developed a mold problem from the a/c unit which damaged a table in my bedroom. The table was 100 dollars and they are willing to only cover 20 dollars of that, this place doesnt care about there tenants or there property.

Never clean the sidewalks in the winter, maintenance takes months to complete. Landscape only done in front areas rest of the buildings have to deal with dead trees and bushes. Not worth 1000 a month for a one bedroom
