Our experience with Debbie at Badcock has made us regular customers. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and such a pleasure to do business with. Sense of humor and radiant personality that was not pushy and helped us get exactly what we wanted. They are also DOG FRIENDLY and animal lovers which to us speaks volumes. We will be back for all of our furniture needs.

The service was excellent, hardly any wait time. The sales person was knowledgeable, efficient and scheduled my delivery with precision. I would truly recommend this store to everyone, prices are fair and plenty of merchandise was available.

I bought a recliner and lawn mower from this store. Father is in love with his birthday presents from here, definitely a nice place to check out if you moved into the area or are in need of bedroom sets, TVs, electronics, appliances and excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend especially with the amazing help of staff and the owner Debby is a real sweetheart.

My husband and I were recommended here by a neighbor of ours because we just bought a new house in the area and needed furniture for pretty much every room. Sadly we were really disappointed when we visited this week, with the selection as well as the cleanliness. We saw what looked like feces from a small animal by one of the bedroom sets, that, along with the RIDICULOUS heat in the building was enough for us to consider spending our money elsewhere.

I recently made a furniture purchase and I must say the assistance I received from Ms. Kimberly was phenomenal. Not only did she understand my needs but she very passionately helped me accomplish my wants within my budget. The items for sale at this location make wonderful accessories to any home and I will definitely be back to make future purchases

From start to finish the staff were AMAZING. They were helpful,kind and not pushy on a sale at all. Reasonable prices. Quick deliver times an delivery guys were awesome as well. No issues at all. I would recommend Badcock to anyone that wants a great family experience.

Poor customer service. I just left the store looking for furniture for my new home and not one person greeted me or asked if I need help. After waiting to be asked for help I simply walked out.

We got our bedroom & living room furniture from here and had a very good experience. We are on their payment plan which is very easy for people with bad/no credit. They are very workable. Employees are very helpful.

We knew what we wanted when we visited this establishment. We were in the store for 5 minutes before anyone approached us. Two additional couples came in after us. Not one salesperson approached them. In fact, once I approached the sales counter, one salesperson was on her cell phone, an older lady came out from the back with a dog and proceeded to interrupt my salesperson to reenter my order. An older couple that came in after us left because of the lack of sales personnel assisting them.I asked about delivery, and, was told it would be $100.00. I am only 12 miles from the store. No thank you.I will seriously consider other retailers before ever shopping here again.

Customer service rep hung up on me when I called to ask if I could get delivery today if I purchased today. A simple no would work, no need to be rude

The sales rep ordered the wrong boxspring. She and the manager were no help in resolving my boxspring issue. The sales rep made it seem like it was my fault that I didnt receive the appropriate boxspring for the bedroom set. Please train your staff on which boxspring and mattress will fit the bedframes. We were put on hold multiple times and no one returned to help. We had to purchase a boxspring from another company to make the bed look presentable for our daughters surprise birthday gift.

My husband and I went to look for living room furniture. Maria helped us every step of the way. Great customer service. Very friendly and patient. We will definitely be back!

We searched both this store and the Stuart location, as we just moved to the the Port Saint Lucie area, and we were thoroughly disappointed with the negligence of the employees.

Was in this store walking around for 20 min looking for bedroom suite and living room set . No one came over to say hi or if I need any help. Lady and young man comes in theyre instantly greeted and offered help. I will not spend any money here. And will advise others to not visit this location.

Went to shop for bright colors for my living room they had so much dark colors especially BROWN!!! They need to advance their colors to the new age... ijs

Very unprofessional business, I guess the sales people can only handle one person per hour. Or at least thats how long it took us to be helped.

I recently relocated to the area and needed to furnish my new home ~ I visited the store and was greeted with the warmest welcome from Ms. Kimberly ~ she wasnt a pushy salesperson but asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction ~ her professionalism and expertise resulted in my decision making purchases confident and sure ~ she is truly an asset to the company ~ I encountered kindness and concern from Ms. Hailey and Ms. Maria when I had to return to the store to pickup some pillows ~ what a wonderful and attentive staff ~ I will definitely be back!

Price is too high

Rude staff, $140 for upstairs delivery 6 miles away, had to ask for help after not being greeted. Sheesh.

What a disappointment. Sectional wont recline, dining room chairs are falling apart, all within a year. To anybody reading wondering if you should give them a try, dont. Theres too many other furniture stores in the area to deal with cheap merchandise!

Fort Pierce location...Customer Service is a joke! All they care about is collecting money and act like time is not on your side when coming into the facility! After walking through the store (for 30 mins), they DO NOT greet or speak and when you asked a question they act like youre not standing there! I will NEVER step a foot back into this place again!!! Seems the computer gets more attention then the customers...maybe if they get off their lazy asses and walk around the store to assist customers and stop acting like its a bother to them when you need assistance, then their customer service would be great!

I recommend the fort pierce store. I went to Vero Beach store and was rushed out the store after the clerk stopped helping me to help another guest who came in after me while in the middle of helping me. I drove down to fort pierce got excellent service from Debbie. And my delivery guys were great they even helped remove a mattress for me. Thank you Debbie and crew for making my expierence much better than the Vero store

Purchased new bedroom set 3 months ago received everything on date it was suppose to be delivered. The installer opened last boxes which were the dresser drawers were all damaged he said he would let manager know which he did when I called the next day. They put the drawers on order said they have deliveries twice a week. A week went by no phone call. So I called and they said they havent received them yet. To make the story short it took me calling over 5 times for a period of two months to get the drawers. And now they delivered drawers which my wife received and I open boxes and the new ones are all damaged.Terrible customer service dont recommended shopping here!

I live in WPB Fl. My sister lives in Ft. Pierce. 2/14/18. I went to buy a chair & I was told I couldnt get credit because I lived in W. Palm Bch. Ive had a 16 yr. acct with Badcock. A 2 yr. acct. & others. After being a customer for So Long, I didnt appreciate that. Its Nonsense!
