I recommend 100%. They had great care with feet & hands!

I came to nail envy with high hopes. They had good reviews and I personally know a few people who gets manis and pedis on a regular here. I was overall very satisfied with my visit until I got to my car and took a close look at my nails. There was a huge gap between the tip of the acrylic nail and my natural nail tip, leaving space for water and dirt to get trapped and cause infection. I have had acrylic nails before and never had this issue after getting a full set on. So I went back into the shop and the lady was explaining that it was because my natural nails weren’t cut short and that she could cut my natural nails down under the acrylic?? So I let her but now I’m realizing she should’ve redid them because they’re still separated and I will now have to remove the nails prematurely. Not happy at all. She should have known to cut my nails prior to applying the tips if that was actually the problem, or held the tips on longer with the glue, which I think is the real problem here

It took till 5:15 to get my nails done! And its only Sunday and they are already peeling off! Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. I am highly upset and my nails are uneven they are different lengths. $55 Dollars later I am upset. And most likely will not be coming back

Amazing place and so safe for COVID! Glass shields up everywhere and masks and gloves were always kept on! The friendliest people and the greatest prices!

First time and love it, Im hooked

I made an appointment every time and never was taken on time…4X!! Waited at least 1/2 hr to 50 minutes each time. My problem is more with them taking walk-ins while appts wait!! My daughter had entire wedding party booked and as MOB I waited 1hr and 15 mins to get started AND they took a walk in. My daughter recently tried 4 times to get a fill and went back 4X before making an appointment, arriving for appointment she was left waiting 1/2 hr, she left, she had appointments of her own (she is more professional and prompt). I never give negative reviews and am very tolerant but done with this place. They rush and don’t do the excellent job they did in the past.

Love love loved the experience! i’m not one to get my nails done often (especially acrylics since i’m a musican) but all of it was amazing! i just got a simple coffin set, but the shape, length and how smooth they are is just stunning. i regret not asking for my techs name, but he did absolutely phenomenal! the atmosphere was very clean and all of the staff were very professional, and all super duper sweet! the tech that did my sisters sets name was tony and he’s also amazing! this salon seems to go above and beyond what most salons i’ve been to have done. i 100% recommend this place! overall, amazing service, amazing quality nails, amazing atmosphere, and not insane priced. our gel sets were 45 each, and completely worth it! definitely coming back.

I must say i am very impressed. I moved out to York from Allentown and it was hard and nerve wrecking at the thought of having to find another person to do my nails. Now I am at ease, and amazing at the work that was done during the first visit. Tony is amazing at what he does and I definitely recommend this place.

I am VERY impressed with this place. I randomly went to get a full set here, as I work very close by. Never been there, but wanted to try a new place. My nails looked beautiful, however a few days later, one broke off. I went back to get it fixed; they fixed it, no problem. The following day, another one broke. Went back to get it fixed AGAIN... and they were soooo kind and understanding, they completely did all of my nails over again and made them stronger, no charge. Very good customer service and I will be going back. I highly recommend Tony. He is awesome!

I have been going to this salon for about 8 months now. Tony is awesome. Very friendly, kind and very accommodating when you need an appointment. He does an excellent job on the shape of my nails. I can go 3-4 weeks with no lifting. I highly reccomend this place. You feel like home when you are here. Very personable. Great conversations and lots of laughs. Thanks for the great service.

Clean, friendly, reasonable prices. Enjoyed and pedicure & manicure, they were able to accommodate me at the last minute, only waited 10 minutes. Fabulous massage chairs when receiving my pedicure!

So glad i returned to Nails Envy. I didnt stop due to bad service, i was just looking for the right salon for my big day. After months of trying out several nail places York has to offer, i came up with the conclusion Nail Envy is by far the best nail salon in York. Thank you Cam for excellent service. I got a pedicure today here and I was disappointed with the service. My nails look fine, but the spa pedicure was not very good. I went in at 1 and was walking out the door at 130. I think that the scrub and massage portion was skimped on.

Ive been going to this salon since the beginning of the year. They are always accommodating whether I walk in or call ahead for an appt. I get gel manicures and spa pedicures. No problem with their services or any of their employees. I highly recommend this business.

The best pedicure Ive ever had. They are perfectionists .. Very pleased . 2 of us came in today as walk ins. I got the spa pedicure with gel. And she got the mani pedi gel. Prices are competitive. But service was exceptional. They all were friendly. And three other customers came while I was here and they knew them all by name . I will definately be coming back. Its hard to find this service now a days. Hope this helps you choose.

Great family owned operation.

I went here. I waited 50 minutes the owner Kim Kam not sure. Told me it would.b 10 minutes. I am African American and I heard them say who wants to take this black prson, no tip from her i was the only black person in the shop. I then was served. I got 2 of my toes cut bleeding and burned 2nd degree on my leg. I had to get rushed to the hospital. My bills foe the hospital were 17k. I simply asked for my pedicure refund an was laughed at, ridicloued by a group of people so didnt know me and in fact I tipped them on top of.that. my leg hasnotbeen the same since and I know need awheelchair. I have a 24 hour a day nurse. I have permanentnerve I just to myspine. All because they rushed hitseveral nerves and had the water too hot to give me.such burns. Avoid!
