Unprofessional, petty and rude. I heard of this place years ago from my, now estranged sister that currently still goes there. My sister said they are Jehovah Witnesses. Our family are ex Jehovah Witnesses so they have a very strong bond to my sister. I made an appointment and they booked me for the wrong service and would not accommodate me the day of. I left frustrated and confused knowing it was not my fault and walked out upset but not once irate or unprofessional. My sister told me later that they were gossiping about me in their shop and told her that I was rude and unprofessional which was way far from the truth. I knew since they are friends that the truth got exaggerated and I have moved on since then. I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to call them today to make an appointment. Probably because they have good reviews but not realizing most of them are from long term clients that try to help their reputation. The lady that answered the phone asked what I was looking to have done but then said their not taking new clients but will put me on the wait list. After checking her caller ID she asked if I was related to (sister’s name) and asked what my name was. She said I was not welcomed at their facility. I asked why, she told me I was rude and unprofessional from years ago. I asked if she could elaborate. She said no cause she had a client in front of her but had already mentioned my name and expressed how rude and unprofessional I was right in front of another client. That confirms my suspicion from years ago that they talk badly about people in front of their established clients. This behavior is known for in the Jehovah Witness community and one of the reasons I do not attend anymore. This maybe acceptable in their community but in a public community this is not acceptable.

I called to make an appointment because my usual salon had a fire. As I was talking with the person they asked the general questions, what do you want done, what is a good time for you, etc. Then she asked me if I go to an American salon, like wow did you just say that? I have been going to the same salon for over two years, and though not owned by “American” they do one hell of a job ! I’m proud to be a patron of theirs and will never enter your establishment

Awesome place, people, and service

Had great conversations, and used an orange scrub on my toes and also a mask for my feet which was very cooling and nice. Took very much interest in my life and we’re super sweet. Best of all my toes looked great! 10/10 would recommend going here!

Tuesday did a fabulous job with my nails today. I absolutely love my plumeria flowers. Ready for Hawaii!
