The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I booked a few appointments online for myself, my daughter and my niece and within minutes I received a polite phone call saying they weren’t sure they could accommodate for one of the services I requested, however they said that they would try to figure out a solution and call me back. Within 15 minutes of that I received a call saying they worked out the schedule and were able to accommodate us at the same time.The leg massages are wonderful and they take their time. Also, my daughter was offered a lollipop and they let her soak her feet for fun. I’m grateful for their professional and polite manner and willingness to go out of their way to serve us. Thank you!! We will be back.

AMAZING! I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience! This place is very clean and relaxing. The staff were all very kind and friendly. I got the Deluxe Pedicure, and its one of the best Ive ever gotten! The massage part was simply incredible! I will definitely be going back!

The staff takes their time to give you the most comfortable treatment for the service provided. The environment is relaxing and clean. They also provide several didnt types of nail services. Even though it seems crowded your not slacked on the service you select. Always thankful.

Wow wow wow! I went to get a pedicure with my mother and my 4 year old daughter today. We arrived about 20 minutes early for our appointment and were all greatly so warmly. They took us in right away and got us settled. Each technician took their time and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for such amazing service, my daughter will be talking about her “birthday salon visit” for a long time!

My pedicure and waxing was great my nails need to be fixed I told guy acouple times about my nails when I got out to car I was so upset they look horrible now I gotta pay for someone to do my nails again.

The man that did my nails was nice but he rushed through my nails to get to- what seemed to be a regular- my nails are lumpy he didn’t shape them or file them down correctly at all. when I went out to my car after getting them done and saw them in the light I was embarrassed and actually went to another salon to have them fix it. I should have taken a picture of them before getting them fixed else where. I also could tell that he rushed me along because there was 5 other people in there, I was the last one to come in and the first one to leave. Very disappointed, I will not be returning

THE BEST SPA PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD !Please take the time to come a relax. This atmosphere is so tranquil and peaceful. It’s so refreshing to slip away from the hustle of life and get pampered. (For a great deal) Price is very competitive but the quality of service is AMAZING and so much better than any other place I’ve been!***TEN STARS***I no longer live in this area. But every time I come back to visit I stop in and I am always pleased with their services. And customer service is wonderful. Always checking to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable.

There were 3 clients when I went in, was greeted warmly, asked to use sanitizer and sign in on a computer. Took me right away...told the male nail tech that my nails are kind of thin and fragile so be gentle on the gel polish take of and recolor with gel. Very gentle, professional and he took his time. The relaxing hand massage after was delicious also. First time there...highly recommended!

My first time here, everything was covid compliant and clean! But a lot of nail salons had been doing new tool packs long before this. Really pleased with my gel manicure!

Felt like I was rushed out of the chair, very little time and attention given to my manicure by the older man. The ending cream used to massage hands took away the gloss on the nails and it was quickly over. Felt like a fast food nail salon being rushed in and out. Will not return.

Excellent service and personable, friendly staff. Relaxing and clean environment with calming videos played on the TVs. They have a huge inventory of latest gel colors and matching polish colors and they took their time during my pedicure and gel manicure. No ambiguity over pricing, they use a menu system that helps you decide what service is right for you.

I may have been the only one there at the time but I noticed the attention to detail. The foot/leg massage I received during my pedicure was wonderful. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep!

Very disappointing. Took an disastrously long time as compared to other Salons we have visited, despite having an appointment. We were charged more than quoted over the phone. Specifically requested my real nails not be shortened, and they were cut. Asked for coffin and sqoval shaped ends and got round in both instances. The list goes on... Those were the highlights. We wont be back.

Prices are more than most. Free water, soda or tea if you ask. Nice relaxing music, no tv. Usually not that busy when I go. Nice atmosphere.

TL:DR- Great place for a standard Mani pedi. Not so great if youre picky or have specific needs, but not terrible. Fair pricingFirst impressions are amazing. The place is clean, well maintained, with no chemically smell. I went for a hot stone pedi and regular mani. Right away I was pleased to notice a liner in the pedicure basin as that tells me they take cross contamination between clients seriously. I was also thrilled when the nail technician opened a fresh autoclave pack of nail tools!! I found the water warm but not as hot as I like. By the time my feet left the water for the last time the water was cool. As I really enjoy the hot water and hot towel wraps, that was a minor dissappointment. The hot stones were carried out in a towel lined basket as opposed to a clam shell warmer or water basin type hot stone warmer. While not hot they were pleasantly warm. The only thing I wish they would add for the pedicure would be a cushion, even an extra folded towel, between your feet and the plastic foot rest. Especially for longer services like the hot stone treatment.The serious concern for me, and I understand that this will not be a concern for everyone, is that I couldnt easily or efficiently communicate with my nail technician. I am a massage therapist so I need my manicure done in a specific way. I cant have any kind of polish on my fingernails, they have to be super short, filed straight on or with a downward angle as opposed to filing with the file angled up from under the edge of the nail. The way some places would handle a no polish manicure is to focus on the skin around the nail, and buff the nail to a shine. I could not communicate any of that directly to my technician. And felt uncomfortable being picky with my manicure through a translator. I am left with nails I will have to trim slightly more at home and some rough edges on the skin around my nails.

Still here for 10:00 appointment. Soaked feet in cold water for 25 minutes. They are over booked and jumping from person to person. Started on me and jumped to someone who came in after me and I am still sitting here waiting to be finished. This place is crazy.
