Place was not clean. Stuff everywhere. Very heavy handed and would just throw your hand to the side when done. Massage chairs ripped and the screens didn’t work nor did half the buttons. The day after I got them done they had huge bubbles under 2 fingers, when they popped, it was wet polish. Had to call and go get fixed on my lunch break. Took them 4 times to try and redo it because they were rushing. Then the next day after getting them fixed. Chipped again as you can see. I won’t even get started on my toes. $100 for this. If this is what they constantly do then they know how to rip people off. Only went because my original place was booked and needed it done for my anniversary. I should have just waited. A waste of $100.

Very unsanitary and dirty place. No covid protocols being followed. The floor was dirty with hair and dirt. The arms of the massage chair were obviously not cleaned regularly. Layers of dust everywhere. They put me at the drying station, where another customer had previously been, with no wipe down. I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks. YUK!The mani/pedi was good, gentleman was very nice.

The Nail Tech at this salon was very fast! I am please with the basic service I received. I was not very pleased with the fact that they display nail designs to choose from, leading the customer to believe that they can produce the same designs. So I chose one and the nail tech said, oh I free hand my designs. So I let her... until she actually went to do the design. She did 4 lines... thats it. The design I chose wasnt complicated. It was some squares, lines and dots. Simple. I let her know I didnt like it and she said, oh I told you I free hand my designs remember?!Ultimately I let her know I didnt like it and she tried to convince me to keep it. I had to give her a firm no I dont like it.I gave 3 stars, because of efficiency with actually completing my fill in and price (reasonable). Id go again in a pinch (my regular salon was booked ).

Not sure the ladies names who did my toes and nails but both were nice and I love how they came out.

Staff arguing amongst one another. Not friendly. Massage chairs were outdated and hurt more then felt good. Nail tech was rough and did a very poor job. Used gel polish and within 5days its peeling off. Charged $50 for a special Pedi service and it was nothing special or different about it.

Very nice employees who are definitely excited to be back to work after the shutdown. They have plastic guarda and the nail and pedicure stations as well as hand sanitizer when you walk in. You will need to sign a waiver form and make sure that you dont have any symptoms. Very pleased with my pedicure today!

Always kind. Very family aura. Customer service is the best part, feel like you are friends/ family. Plus if your nails get weak they are honest with you even if they lose money, they look out for you. I recommend them to everyone who has gone to other places. They make your nails look natural, also waxing is great

I just moved up here from down south so I was looking for a place to get my nails done. The young lady that did my nails was AWESOME. She was able to do them exactly how I envisioned. Also my eyebrows and eyelashes look gorgeous. I will definitely be back and refer some people.Thanks so much!

It was my grand daughters birthday ( 5!!), and she always asks me to paint her nails, so her ma and I took her here to get her nails painted..... she loved them!!! And it was only 5 bucks to get her nails done!!!! She Loved it!!!

Got wax in my hair when doing my eyebrows. Took 3 hours to do a Mani pedi. Prices are ridiculous for the quality of the work done.

I had just moved to PA from NC when my sister, my niece and I went to Kenmae. We were all extremely satisfied with the service, the atmosphere and the conversation with the staff. They were very professional and friendly. It felt like we were amongst old friends and our nails still look great 2 weeks later! Highly recommended!!!

Like their work here but even if you make an appointment expect to wait. They will give your spot away even if you’re on time. Been coming off and on since I moved here a few years ago. Prices are average.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I’ve been coming here for nearly a year and have had generally good experiences but yesterday was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon. I came in to get a full set removed (which was a few months old and had been applied and filled in at this salon). She pried off the acrylic using a nail tip and therefore multiple layers of my natural nail and causing me loads of discomfort instead of soaking them off the proper way. Then after cutting them she filed them for less than a second, barely swiping the emery board against each nail more than once, then buffed them equally as carelessly so naturally there are loads of jagged edges and ridges. My previous nail color was black and due to her removal method there were bits of color left behind which she completely ignored and went on with painting my nails light pink. She was clearly impatient to finish so she slapped each coat of polish on to each other without a pause between. She then vaguely and dismissively gestured me over to the drying station then DIDN’T EVEN TURN IT ON. I had to ask a different worker how to turn it on. And because of how shoddy the paint job was they smudged before I could even get them under the dryer. Normally I’d ask a tech to correct issues but the way she treated me I knew she wouldn’t do any better “fixing” them. There’s a glob of acrylic still on my left ring finger and even though it only cost $10 I’ve had better free manicures from children. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes (including waiting for an available tech). It’s such a shame cause I really liked this salon and the quality of work I’d received from the other techs but after this experience I will certainly think twice before returning, if I ever do again.

Today I tried this place after my roommate had been going to them regularly. I called and asked for a specific tech 20 minutes before and they said it would be fine. I walked in and that tech had just taken a new client and I went to an older lady instead. In the process of removing my gel polish and cutting down my nails, left deep ridges from the dremel tool that we’re too deep to file out. She was using the dremel on my cuticle until she filed so deep that it hurt. Then when cutting my cuticle she cut me in 5 separate places. It took her an hour before she was ready to paint and my nails has never looked worse in my life. I currently work with the public in a restaurant and hospital setting so I try to be considerate of people working with clients, but I walked out before she could paint my nails. I have never done this before and needless to say I will not be back, or recommend to anyone I know. Ever.

If only I could leave a -5 star rating. In all the years Ive been giving them my business, after my experience yesterday Im never going back. All I needed were two nails repaired but I received nothing but attitude, glares, and the two nail techs talking about me and staring at me awkwardly. It was so noticeable that someone else actually pointed it out to me. After waiting for 25 minutes (which I expected), the one nail tech asked to see the nails I wanted repaired, asked what color I wanted, then told me I shouldnt get it because she didnt recommend it. I tried to level with her before realizing.... Im the customer, I dont have to do business with you at all. So I said you know what, you look tired so Im going to leave. As I walked out the door someone sarcastically said...byeeeee. They just lost my business, my family, & my friends who I take there when they visit from out of town.

Got a full set done by Chi the owner and with me being a very picky person and watching like a hawk I am very impressed by the work and talent he had and not only took the time to do my nails but made sure they were exactly how I wanted them. Only thing I am sad about is I did not get my hand massage at the end like every other salon. Other then that I would defiantly be a returning customer!

Today I went there too get nails removed and also a gel manicure. I had an older lady that didnt know what she was doing. She filed my nails using a dermal tool that hurt and also in the process of cutting my cuticles she cut me three different times. After all this I was ready too get up and leave before she put color on my nails. I am not one too get my nails done offen but I do know that a manicure should not be painful. I will not return to this place again and I wont recommend this place too anyone else.

40.00 and the nails werent what my daughter wanted. The girl rushed through it. Couple of nails were put on crooked. In not happy with the service at all.
