I arrived at 6:19 for a toe polish change with regular polish and was refused service because “it wouldn’t have time to dry” since they close at 7. I’m sorry but I’ve gone to plenty of nail salons who service customers right up to closing time. I left and went to another salon in town that was near closing time and was serviced with a smile. I will never come here again!

This is the ONLY salon in the area that I trust to do my nails. Because of my job, I can only get a very neutral color (almost see-through) which means you can see any imperfections. A Nails always makes them look perfect - like they are natural. I even bring my son here for pedicures on mommy & son dates and they are so wonderful to him. Thank you!

Always so nice and always does a great job

I went in, they told me 30 minute wait. That’s fine. But when someone comes in AFTER me and get waited on before me is an issue. The girl didn’t even have an appointment! This is not how you run a business. That’s why people do not come back.

I sat there for an hour and a half, and they just left my feet soaking in the water. They helped other customers that came inside the store after me. They skipped over me multiple times until I started putting on my shoes. Then, they rushed to me, but I kept telling them I had work. They didn’t try to did anything to solve my grievances.

I’ve gone here for years and love them. From my brows/total face wax to pedicures... very friendly and do an amazing job. I’ve never been in this place and not had a smile on my face and laughed with other customers and employees. They can work quickly if you ask. So, lunch break visits are my favorite. If you’re looking for a wine serving, high priced, massage parlor: this is not for you. But if you’re looking for great prices, friendly smiles, and quality work... this is your place.Reviews get blown because of unrealistic expectations- these guys are great.

The guy that did my nails made me feel uncomfortable and did a terrible job. My nails are super lumpy and I will never go back there.

I went in and asked for a mani pedi and when I sat down the man asked me gel or regular I said regular and he put gel on my nails anyway and when I went to pay it was $72 I asked why he said you got gel and I TOLD HIM NO GEL!!! I will never come back here and recommend if you want someone to do what you ask you won’t come here either! My friend was with me and the same thing happened to her!

I come in here for a pedicure and a polish change and got charged 80$…no full set just pedicure and polish change…no eyebrow wax or anything…never again

Went to have a full powdered set done I wanted to have feathers and dream catcher but he messed up so bad I had him redo it and asked him for something different and pretty what I got for $45 was terrible Im extremely disappointed the worst part is he redid them and I asked him to do his own design thinking it would come out good Im not a controversial person so I just paid for the service and will never go back there again..

I wasn’t happy at all. I asked for diamonds on my nails and the guy that did my nails basically told me no because he said they were going to fall off. As a customer, I should be able to get whatever I’m paying for. I will not be going back.

They did individual eyelash extensions for me today for my graduation photos. It only took her 20 minutes and they look full and natural! I decided to have them do my lashes when I saw a lady in the nail salon get them done yesterday and she loved them and said they were great! So I definitely made the right decision to come back! They look amazing and I will be coming back here again!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I work in fast food i go HERE only when Im unable to go to my usual place. Went in Wednesday got a fill in told the guy I didnt want my nails thin. He did my thumb thin and it broke two days later. Went back it to make them fix only to be told they would be charging me. If he had of done my nails properly I wouldnt be recommending people to go elsewhere. I say again DO NOT GO HERE! Lets just say this has taught me to stick with the same people.Ps. Nails by Chris on inner perimeter does great!!!!

I have been here several times and they have been quick but professional. The salon is clean. They offer an array of colors that I havent seen in other places.

This place was absolutely fantastic and the experience was nothing short of great.To start, the staff was very friendly, and the salon was clean. That alone is more than what I can say about other places. There was no rushed feeling, and they took extra care for my Mother-in-laws feet with her diabetes. The prices were more than reasonable, and the services were not sub par for how low they were either.Over all, I highly recommend you stopping here. Definitely earned their five stars!

This place is a joke. Went with my children here, got 3 pedicures. They started on me first, then my son then my daughter. My pedicure lasted 15 minutes! 15 dang minutes, no massage, and my toe nails are uneven! And my son was done before me!! I understand hes feet are good, but no massage???? Then he later told me, she only clipped his toe nails on one foot, the other foot she left them way longer. Then my daughters was just as terrible, my daughter messed up the polish on her toes, and the lady put her shoes on and said your good, go. So now im home fixing my sons toe nails, and re polishing my daughters... 65 bucks waisted.

Wish they had more variety of gel nail polish. Like mood changing colors.

Clean place. Open till 7:30. Polite staff. Pedicure and brow wax first visit was pleased with services. pedicure service was not impressive on my 2nd visit $30 for basic pedicure.

I had a pedicure, refill, gel polish,wax eye brows and lip this morning. I love the service, the cleanliness and friendly mood from all employees. The pregnant lady was super nice and did an excellent pedicure and wax job. Lee also did a nice job with the refill. I highly recommend ANails.

I use to really like this place but I dont think Ill back. They are not as good as they use to be and have slacked off a lot. My nails dont look crisp and clean. They break before 2 weeks even hit. They cant even do expressive designs or have nail art (glitter/pearls ie). Its an okay place I guess. Maybe my taste is a little to high for this place.

The staff is always very friendly and professional. Im seen with in seconds of me walking in. I always walk out with a great mani/pedi and very relaxed. They do an excellent job on my nails every time.

Went in on a Sunday and was taken right away. Got a pedicure and a full set. Pedicure was done well and was very clean and sanitary. Full set is a different story. I have very curved nail beds and the acrylic tips are more flat, which is causing a lot of pain from lifting. Also they were not applied properly in the beginning so there’s a gap in between the natural nail and the tip itself. I know the gap in between the nails are breeding ground for bacteria, so I’ll have to go somewhere else to get these taken off and a new set put back on. Lots of money down the drain. I tried to show the technician that there were gaps from the beginning, and he said it’s OK . That will teach me to stray from my usual nail salon, nails by Chris across the street.

I love this place. Very nice. I have been with Kevin for years at Regal Nails in Walmart on Norman Dr. And he now owns A Nails. So which ever side of town Im on is where I go.

On this day it was Not busy at all but I still sat for 30 minutes in a over flowing basin of luke warm water waiting on my pedicure. I had a male tech who was rude to me the entire time...all he talked about was getting drunk I dont drink....thank you very much for letting me know your business.. I wonder if you would have talked like that to the other ladies...I want go back poor experience after spending $70. My nails looked okay....eyebrows so..so.

Dont even want to leave a star they dont even deserve one star they should be in the negative they are very rude the nail technician told me to leave him alone and let me do his job there so when I got up cuz he wanted me to leave him alone he wanted to cut off the false nails off and I can go to somebody else theyre very rude the people here in Valdosta will refer you to this nail salon but do not go because its a trap ita like a lamb going to a slaughterhouse do not go to the building do not even search for it cause they suck they need customer service 101 . And Racist!

She was in a huge hurry. The colors don’t match their swatches. No hand massage, in and out in 25 minutes for a dip and 5.00 more than other salons.Poorly done.

I have been coming to A Nails and Regal Nails (same owners) for over two years. Kevin, his wife and the whole staff are wonderful and do great work (I am very picky with my nails) and I never go anywhere else.

I went in to get a manicure with gel polish. I’m not satisfied at all. The polish job looks unprofessional and my nails were still sticking when she told me they were done. I get gel polish all the time and this is the first time this has happened. I paid too much for this bad service

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and it was horrible. Wheb she was done she handed me a mirror they were noticeably uneven, then she tried to fix them one was still uneven so i just told her to leave it before i walked out with no eyebrows. She burned me with the wax and on top of that left stray hairs everywhere.

All the time that go there I have a very good experience, today Ill go to do eyelashes extension and my husband also like the place...
