Everyone there is awsome, great surroundings, positive vibe and excellent service

I came with my friend because I needed my nails done for my sisters wedding. We walk up to the door and the man outside asks what we want and I tell him I would like my nails done. He proceeds to tell me to go inside and sit down. All was well until I asked him if he could do a cute design on my nails and he outright tells me no. I even showed him a picture and the design was extremely simple to do. The only reason this place has good reviews is because the people leaving the reviews wanted plain nail polish. The man had an attitude and when I asked if he could make my now plain nails into matte ones He scoffed at me and said “you could have told me sooner.” I apologized and said it was fine because it wasn’t that big of a deal but he was so rude about it. Then I go to pay and he takes one look at my card and curtly says “we don’t take American Express” and tosses it back on the counter. As if I had burdened him with my money. ALSO I asked for a plum purple color on two of my nails and you can see through the color!! It’s not opaque at all!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. I will NEVER go back. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Went in with a friend to get her nails done. The experience was awful from the start. The nail tech sat outside the door on a bench and before we even walked in, he rudely asked what we wanted. We told him she needed her nails done for a wedding, and he walked us inside. She sat down and showed him a simple geometric design she wanted, and he said he could not do it. She settled for a simple flat color instead. The nails were done nicely, but one of the colors on the nails is streaky and almost transparent. I don’t understand why this place is called luxury nails if they can’t even do a simple design. After the nails were done she asked if he could make the nails matte. He audibly scoffed and got an attitude with her. He rudely asked why she didn’t say so from the beginning and that it was too late. I get that it might have been too late, but he didn’t have to be rude with a customer. The entire experience was terrible and he seemed unhappy to be there the whole time. Never going back. I do not recommend this place.

I came in to get a pedicure on a Sunday and did not have to wait which was a plus. The nail technician I had was an older gentleman, and was really sweet. However, the quality was HORRIBLE. Truthfully I could’ve painted my nails better myself. I have nail polish on my SKIN, and the polish is uneven. I asked him to fix it and he made it a little better but with an attitude. My last time coming here. A waste of $45.

The guy at the front of the shop is rude and unprofessional. You try to tell them what you want and they get an attitude. When you walk in there they act like you’re not welcomed. Just bad vibes soon as you walk in.

This experience was not ideal. My friend and I were separated and not taken together plus they were rough and expensive.

The lady was nice. The man talked very quiet which is hard to hear with a mask and he was rude with my friend because she couldn’t hear him. Also every nail on my right hand is longer than the one on my left, nails are crooked, can see through the paint. Look good from a distance, but as the person with them on my hand, there are too many flaws for this to be worth $51

I went around 4:20 today and there was a wait, but let me tell you. The service was excellent. They werent stuck up and she, i cant remember her name, did exactly what i wanted and they are beautiful!!! Thank you luxery nails!! I will be coming back! I needed to find an awesome place and stick to it and i found it!! Cone here if you want excellent service and beautiful nails!!

Read the reviews and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I got the $35 pedicure and I didnt even get the 15 minute massage. I wanted the massage so badly, just had a baby 2 months ago and this was my relaxation day and I DID NOT get that! Then he didnt offer me a drink like the other ladies did. My bf and I spent $60 in there and he loved the chair, I HATED IT, it was VERY CONFUSING! My dead skin they so call scrubbed off came back within a week. NEVER visiting this place again!

Not happy with the way my nails look

Just moved from Blountstown and found this salon online. I made an appointment and they were on time and their work is top notch. I’ve had a manicurist for years that does such fabulous work so my expectations were extremely high and they did not disappoint me at all. I’d highly recommend the salon!

Ive never had anyone to do my nails as good as them and it was so effortless, but such a great job. Def my new nail shop. 🥰

Love, Love, Love my nails!!! Best shop I have been to in valdosta. The first time I actually like my nails. My nail tech (forgot her name) was a young lady and very nice to me and my daughter, and also did an amazing job on both of our nails. Tim did a massage and french tip on my mom and she loved it. She works a lot with her hands and he released the tension and pain in her hands. Awesome place to go will definitely be back!

I love going to this salon. Im a regular and I must say its the best in town and trust me when I say I have tried other ones before this one and this is the best. The people are great and super friendly. I recommend them to everyone.

Just called this nail salon for prices and was told that they were busy right now but I can come in and wait. He didn’t even answer my question. Not going to waste my time and money if they don’t care about their customers.

Giving this place 1 star, less if I could for the general attitude of the people working there, as well as the pain that my girlfriend complained about bc the guy doing her nails was extremely rough and her nail beds were swollen! but also for the fact that they generally arent that good at what they do unfortunately. The place itself is nice but when I brought my girlfriend in to get simple, gradient, Christmas nails done with a photo reference, we were told that the guy doing her nails knew what he was doing. My girlfriend tried TWICE to show him the photo and he LITERALLY shoed her off (not aggressively though!) he just kinda shoed her off and told her he knew what he was doing. Long story short, he gets done doing my girlfriends nails and they look NOTHING like the photo. Literally not even close! Even the gold color that was supposed to go on her nails were silver, it was completely different than what she wanted. She looked visibly upset at the end and I asked her if she was satisfied with her finished look, she politely said yes to save face but I knew she hated them and I didnt blame her, as they looked nothing like what she wanted. We paid them and drove down the street to the nail salon outside of the Valdosta Mall and had them fix her nails. Not to mention all the smudges in the polish itself, on her nails, which she obviously didnt appreciate. They actually took the time to study the photo and used some pretty educated techniques for getting the gradient effect, they are very talented people! 10/10 would recommend them over this nail salon ANY DAY! & we unfortunately, wont be coming back and giving them our business.

Went there today on a Friday around 4 pm and it was only two ppl working went for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and they told me the eyebrow person was busy doing nails and I couldnt get a pedicure because he had an appt. coming so basically only one man and one woman working on a Friday. Smh

Made my way here after a terrible experience with nails by Chris. They made me feel so much better. This will be the salon I use from now on!:)

Always enjoy my experience at Luxury Nails

Extremely disappointed in the service. I’m only in town for the weekend and wanted to get a pedicure and I made the bad decision to stop by this place! I was one of the first customers at 9:30a this morning and now at 9:49pm my toes are sore. The area around my nail bed on my left big toe is extremely sore as the older gentleman was actually cutting my skin! I had to pull my foot away a few times. I even told him that it hurt and all he said was “sorry”. I wish I knew how to post the picture that I took of my feet to show how messy the painting of my toes were done! If I could give less than one star then I would! Think twice before spending your money at this establishment!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Horrible experience the younger man in this nail salon is very unprofessional. He acted as if he didn’t want to be there and had an attitude. I asked if there was someone else that could do my nails, he angrily replied “NO.” This is not they way you run a business! Do not waste your time or money!!!

The best pedicure and nail salon around...

I tried this salon three times and was disappointed every time. I went in for a gel manicure and she did okay the first time. The second and third time I went to this salon she left my nails bleeding. On top of cutting my cuticles she also broke my natural nail and tried to glue it back together. She also scraped the gel off instead of soaking it in acetone. It was such a waste of money and I will NEVER go back to Luxury Nails!
