Passing through town. They got me in and out in an hour. Less than hundred bucks to replace a n 8 inch piece of damaged pipe and rehang my muffler. Awesome job.

On our way home to Colorado Springs, our battery indicator light came on in our 2004 Ford Escape. The local Ford dealer said it would be weeks before they could schedule any service. Our son-in-law recommended Hawkers. It was close of day and we were told we would hear something early the next morning. Received a phone call early, and our new alternator was installed by 11:30 am. The service was outstanding. We are hoping to move to Loveland and are happy that we wont have to look for a new auto shop.

Hawker replaced the clutch and flywheel on my 2011 Kia Soul for a great price and it was done fast. Shea is really knowledgeable and the shop does great work. Theyll help you save money by taking the right steps before replacing parts. They tightened things down around my exhaust for free. When they found out I was a veteran they gave me a free oil change. Best shop in Colorado.

This place is honest. Doug wants to make sure anything you’ve got concerns with are taken care of. Got my bearings done here and they did a great job. All the workers here are friendly and the shop dog is very cute too. Definitely going to come here again.

Okay, initially, I simply have to recognize Bentley as the perfect canine mascot for Hawkers. Im sure its said constantly, but Ill repeat: his energy and disposition is off the charts positive and loving. Many thanks most recently to Carlos, Ian, Shay and Doug for their automotive brilliance on a 16 year old heater core issue requiring the dismantling of my entire dashboard (and then some). I thought I had simply an expensive oil leak and things got interesting. The scenario was investigated further and the estimate/communication was KEY: the breakdown cost for parts and labor were clear upfront and adhered to, I knew what to expect, was treated with directly with dignity and the original quoted amount due for each element of service/parts/labor did not change. *That can be quite rare. I appreciate the fast, compassionate and straightforward way in which things were remedied. My Dad always told me to trust only Hawkers for auto-related issues; the Loveland location has given me another honest and reliable option, and Im grateful. The Ft. Collins team is also phenomenal. I appreciate the customer service and authenticity from the entire Hawkers family. High-five!

I can’t say enough about Hawker’s Automotive! My son who goes to college in Boulder, recently went to Loveland to check out a used car to buy. I don’t live in the area, so I was dealing with the seller remotely and site unseen. Since it was a used car, we wanted to get a Pre-purchase Inspection done to make sure the engine and everything checked out.It was Friday afternoon and it was very difficult to find an auto shop that had time to inspect the car on such short notice. I randomly called a dozen shops within an 8 mile radius and not only were they asking $130 for the inspection, but none was able to commit to completing it that day. When I called Hawker’s Automotive and explained my situation to Doug, he was incredibly kind and understanding, and said if he brought the car in within the half hour, he can squeeze him in for an inspection. I then asked him how much they charged for a PPI; I expected to hear $130, but was pleasantly surprised when he said he would do it for free!My son ended up getting there about 30 minutes late, but Doug still honored his promise to take care of him.There’s enough things to worry about today, so when I come across a place like Hawker’s that put honesty, compassion and integrity before money, I want to share this rare find with everyone. As a mom, being so far away, I was comforted to know my son was in good hands with Doug and his crew at Hawker’s. I can’t thank them enough!

Hawkers Automotive and Muffler is the BEST! I live in Boulder and make the hour plus drive to have them work on my car. They are the most honest mechanics Ive ever met and they wont try to sell you things that you dont need. Theyre friendly, precise, professional and their main priority is to keep you safe and to have your vehicle last as long as it can. I will never go to another place! Been taking all my vehicles here for the last year. They are always nice, helpful, respectful, and fair-priced. They have a huge focus on showing people whats wrong instead of just telling them, and love helping novice mechanics like myself. Ive never felt talked down to or condescended. As a former empoyee i can say Bill runs the most honest shop I know. I left on good terms to move out of state to another muffler shop. The way Hawkers is ran is a testament to how a shop should be. We always treated our customers fairly, were never pushy, and never upsold anything that wasnt neccessary. The concept of treating people fairly has became a lost art in the auto industry. Great shop with great people.

I’m very picky about where I take my vehicle, but I lost a bolt on one of my shocks and I haven’t lived in the area very long. After a quick search, I found Hawker’s and I’m so happy I went there! I called that morning and they were able to get my Jeep in right away. Everyone I talked to was amazing and helpful in every way. It was a great end to an irritating week and an even better beginning to the weekend! My SUV was making terrible noises and I was sure I needed a new muffler. Doug took the time to show me the problem, looked it over same day and repaired it before noon the next day! Luckily it was merely a couple of bolts that had fallen out, not the entire muffler needing to be replaced. I appreciated the transparency of the whole transaction and was happy that they investigated further and provided an estimate for other issues that will need to be addressed soon. My first time at this shop, but I will definitely go there again the next time I need to.

I have been taking my vehicles to Hawkers for 3 years now and they have always done a great job and taken care of us. They never try to do unnecessary repairs or overcharge for diagnostics. I recently made the mistake of taking one of our vehicles to another shop to have the oil changed and they wanted to add on $600 worth of other work. Great and professional service. I’m a mechanic at another shop and we don’t have welding capabilities. Bill and the rest of the guys are very courteous and quick. Knowing how it can go behind bay doors I always offer to leave my vehicle for as long as they need so they’re not rushed and can prioritize their actual customers but they’re always able to take care of me quickly. Much appreciated professional courtesy.

Massive integrity points for this store. 5 stars reflect above and beyond. Ive been bringing in my hybrid vehicle for a few years now for normal maintenance: a reasonably priced service. The car has over 170K miles on it, so every little job can turn into a massive one if I bust a clip doing things myself. When my headlamp burnt out, I was able to get it replaced there as a drop-in and get it done free of charge. Thanks so much for making car ownership convenient.

They treated me with respect and are the most honest mechanics Ive been to in Northern Colorado. I told them I thought my brakes might need replaced, and possibly my rotors. They called me after an hour and said they both look good and I shouldnt have them replaced yet. They show kindness and integrity, I will be recommending them to anyone that asks!

Great place, great staff, they gave me a free pre sell inspection and helped me put my mind at ease. I realize things can still go wrong but they checked what they could and told me the car looked great. I appreciated their help and their willingness to help me while I was doing a test drive and not making me wait a few days.

AMAZING!!! I went to them with a makeshift exhaust that was hanging down from the car, making weird noises and not functioning correctly. I wanted a sports car sounding exhaust system but I didnt know how to do it myself. Took it to different locations that were asking $700+ to repair it and the places talked to us like we didnt matterThen I went to Hawkers and he talked to us about what options were available, educated us on all the properties an exhaust should have, and talked to us like we were real people not just money in his pocket. I am a poor college student so I didnt have much to spend but he was able to work around my budget and get us exactly what we needed for little bit over $200.When he repaired and added to the system it looked so amazing. We decided to add a blue tipped exhaust tip what was very affordable as well! The other shops were asking $100 for it but hes selling them for $45!! The sound for the exhaust was exactly what we were looking for (low grumble and loud just like we asked for) and I am so excited with the results. The Hawkers team made us laugh and I had a good time through the whole experience.I would defiantly recommend going to them! They not only made us feel welcome and comfortable they did a great job with their work. Thank you guys so much! I am definitely coming back for anything that might come up!

This place is great! They are really friendly and patient in the office and they were able to take my old jeep in for same day service. They estimated less than half what any other shop I called was quoting for the service, and were super responsive. This is the best auto repair shop Ive ever done business with here in North Colorado.

Ive visited this shop three times now... once I was assuming I would need a new exhaust... They looked at it ...and it turned out I just needed a couple of bolts. Second time I had my girlfriends car in and they took care of everything she needed at a fair price. The third, I had a leak in a vehicle that turned out to be very minor repair wise... These guys are honest, very customer service orientated and in my experience will treat you well. I read their mission statement and thats exactly what they stick to... Giveem a try!

I came in to get an exhaust pipe for a project car, the guys in there were super nice and helped us figure out what size pipes we needed. the guys helping us went into the back and no more than 5 minutes later he returned with our custom pipe in hand. Great customer service and very inexpensive. Would recommend to anyone thats trying to buy exhaust pipe.

The guys were professional and friendly, had an appointment at 10 and I got there early for a flex pipe and tail pipe replacement, they got me in right away, answered any questions I had. Highly suggest. They even squeezed in an oil change.

Went to Collins Muffler first and guess they didn’t have time to pop out and look at my truck muffler even after the customer in front of me was long gone. Good thing, left and went to Hawkers where they immediately took my truck in and had the muffler and pipe replaced in less than an hour for an unbelievable price. Im so pleased with the service here! I came in right before they closed just to see what they could possibly do to help my exhaust that was hanging down super low cause the clips had broken off months ago and I hadnt gotten it fixed it yet, they helped me and welded it back together and put in some new clips to help my broken exhaust Haha. Im 8 months pregnant and they did it for free since it was an easy weld and it was so nice cause Im so broke right now, when I have money for a muffler or new exhaust they said they would be more then happy to help! I definitely will be back to have them put it on! Plus Shea Oda was so nice and helpful, I really appreciate him! He was super friendly and welcoming since Im not super car savvy haha. I have been going to the Hawkers auto repair shop in Fort Collins for many years. Now with the new Loveland auto repair shop open it was closer to me so I went there. What a beautiful shop and much bigger! I took my truck AND camper in for a complete check up, trailer bearings re-packed, wiring fixed, new front brakes and oil change on truck. Same great services and in and out in 1/2 a day. Any other place and they would have said take the trailer to a trailer repair place and pay double the price. Hawker Auto is truly a one stop shop. You owe it to yourself to try them. You wont leave like I have not left. Absolutely the best!!!

This place rocks!! After being quoted $600 for front and rear brakes at Brakes Plus, i decided to call around. Bill quoted me half the price and it ended up being less because the rear brakes did not need to be replaced. These guys are honest and dependable. Im an out-of-towner, crunched my exhaust system on a rock then completely wrecked it trying to straighten it. Came to Bill hat in hand without appointment (of course) asking him to rescue my short vacation. Front counter guy is rude and condesding. Techs seem to know their stuff and are pleasant but front counter guy guarantees I wont be a return customer. Nobody like being talked down to like a child.

We needed a new muffler after the one we had fell off. We were able to limp our vehicle to their shop. They were able to get us a new muffler and get us back on the road about an hour later. The waiting area and the shop were very clean. The price was fair and Im glad I found a local shop for future car repairs. The owners are very nice and professional.
