Grand Rental Station has been the best of the best rental business in our area. They have helped us out for years! We mostly us their smaller earth moving equipment. Skid Steers and Mini Excavators. They also have dump trailers, garden tillers, trenchers, auger attachments. You name it they probably have it.The staff has ALWAYS been nice and helpful. Best prices in the area by far. Take care of their equipment and they will take care of you!!!

I had to pick up a tool for my boss here and the staff was just as friendly and helpful as could be. They even helped me load it up and demonstrated how to use it before I left. It really made my day to receive such a good customer experience

Super accommodating on a short notice rental with last minute changes and additions. We received tables, chairs, linens, fans, etc. for an outdoor retirement party. They did not hesitate to assist and offer suggestions and each suggestion was spot on. Every time I called it was like I was speaking to an old friend. The delivery crew was punctual, incredibly professional, and quickly changed out an umbrella that I wanted switched out.This company helped make the party a total success on our budget and made me look good to my boss ;-) Thanks Grand Rental Station/Capital Events! Great experience! Rented a large table and chairs for Thanksgiving weekend on very short notice. They were easy to work with and had exactly what I needed. Everything was in great condition and pickup/drop off was easy. Delivery is usually available, however I called at the last minute and decided to pickup myself. There was confusion on my part (my fault) on the return date and they worked with me and extended the return date without a problem. Will definitely use this group again.

I also own a party rental business. When I am lacking on supplies, this is the closest location for me. I dont really care for their 8 tables. They are too heavy. Good thing there is always someone to load everything when I arrive.

Unfair practices. No common courtesy. Unessesary charges. Promised a machine that I was actually using to another person/ company without even asking me if I was going to need it longer. That is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So they get a poor rating. I called them during this transaction for a possible work around and they had nothing to offer except to force me to give up the machine I needed to finish my project. They actually went to my job site, took the machine before I could even get there to put the key back in it or refill the fuel. Then they charged me for a key and for fuel. WTF. I called today to talk about that charge without a resolution. I will no longer rent from Grand Rental, I WOULD RECOMMEND USING A DIFFERENT COMPANY. You have lost a local, long time customer.

A friend rented a tent, table and chairs and recommended this company. We did the same, and the service was excellent. The guys who answered the phone were very helpful and although I doubt its how they prefer to do business, they delivered the tent during a tropical storm to a fairly out-of-the-way location. We were looking for functional at a reasonable price, and we were very satisfied.

Rented table, chairs, tent, dance floor, etc for my daughters wedding. While I had them ordered and they were on my invoice they did not set up the tent with leg drapings. When it was called to their attention I was refunded the money but I would rather have had the bare metal poles covered. Also, the dance floor did not hold together. It was coming apart in pieces all afternoon creating a dangerous situation especially for ladies in heals. We kept trying to put it back together--something that guests at a wedding should not have to be doing--with little success. What particularly bothered me is that the Monday after the Saturday wedding I emailed them about this situation and received no response, no apology or anything. Two weeks later I emailed them again, reminding them of the situation. In this email I told them that I thought I should get a discount on the dance floor. It is only then that they emailed me back telling me that they would discount the cost of the floor by 50%. Except for these guys all of the vendors at the wedding were great. Unfortunately one does not want even one week link on such an important occasion. I would certainly not use these folks again.

These guys provided their service to my friends outdoor wedding. And by service I mean that during the vows they came and parked their loud truck directly next to the ceremony and, when asked, would not turn the truck off to reduce the noise. This was significant because we had been having mike issues. Extremely rude. Stay away.
