Very happy with my experience. The gentleman was polite and the price was reasonable. I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back. It ended up being a quick desicion that I was very pleased with.

I paid $70 for an eye brow wax a lip and chin wax and gold glitter French tip nails... The lady that done my work took her time and was very professional. There was another worker a gentleman who seemed uninterested in his work and tried to over charge a customer.. But the lady corrected it... She is so nice... Ill be back when its time...

I tried it twice, but its a no for me. The only reason I went the second time, is because they stay open later.

I love the personal service I get at Fancy Nails. The staff remembers me when I come in. The staff listens when I ask for specific details. The facility is not the most fabulous but it is clean and the prices are good. I also have my eyebrows waxed and they are always on point. I enjoy going here to relax. I leave there relaxed and beautiful.

I went with my friend to get her nails done and she asked for a simple blue full set, coffin shape and a smiley face. the man said he could not do the smiley face and did not give her the shape she wanted. he also kept cutting them shorter after she told him not to. after she asked for a refund and they refused and laughed at her. this business is extremely unclean and not well kept. the employees are rude and used very nasty language during the dispute.

The new style, the foot massage is very good, the nails are very beautiful, I like it very much.

I got a pedicure and within 3 days my nail polish is coming off. I also got a gel manicure and my nail polish is coming off as well. For the price please just go somewhere else and save your money. I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon.

Do not waste your time. They messed up my nails, stole money from me, and did not even so much as discount. I paid $75 for these monstrosities. I will not be back and I recommend y’all not go

I like getting my nails done here than any other places in Valdosta. They are nice and friendly and willing to work with you of whatever you need done. They will ask if you something to drink. Its nice,quit and loving vibe there.

The sorriest pedicure I’ve had. The guy didn’t take his time at all. The massage was rushed he didn’t bother to massage my feet. He rushed the cuticle process and did not do a good job with the polish. I feel I was cheated. I sat next to my friend and watched how a pedicure is suppose to be done and it wasn’t remotely close to what I received. I can say someone tried to go over the polish and make It right but I won’t be back

Mrs KoKo did a great job on my pedicure ...she took her time and went through all the steps..she was very friendly and professional...and you can tell she cared about her work....my feet came out looking and feeling great!!! Highly recommend her !! 👑 😍 💅🏽

I have be going here for a while. Always loved how they took extra time to do a good job. I got a gift certificate for Mother’s Day. Why because i stand on my feet at work. The young man seemed to be in a hurry. Like he was watching the girl next to him. No hard massage just very quick lotion. I have never gotten this kind of treatment but i will not be back.

I went for a fill-in and a pedicure they basically we’re gonna just give me whatever they wanted to give me they didn’t even ask me what I really want. Next day gel polish is coming up Jules are falling off and I go back for a refund and they refused Even though I agreed to still pay for the pedicure and fill, all I wanted was to be reimbursed for the terrible polish and “art work”. Terrible business there, trying to talk to them and Explain what’s the problem and they yell at you. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I went i got a regular pedicure and full set gel nails she over charge me then laughed! No design no jewels just plain and she charged over 100 dollars I would not if you get gel nails polish comes with full set she told me it was an extra 20 for my polish.

Do not go to this place at all they are horrible! Me and my mom went and and got 2 fill ins and and paid $60 when the sign says that fills ins are $18. They messed up my nails before and they were all bumpy and not smoothed out at all, and my moms nails were super bulky. The lady has her husband work on people nails and she also says that he is just learning to do nails it’s pretty obvious because he didn’t know anything at all and seemed to rush. Another customer was in there and she asked me how her nails and lashes looked, her nails were uneven and her lashes were messed up and the wouldn’t take off her lashes and didn’t want to give the lady a refund. The customer didn’t even have a attitude she just wanted her money back for her lashes and to have them taken off. The lady who runs the store heard me tell the customer that her lashes didn’t look right and she over charged me for my nails and that right there let me know to never come here again.

Replaced the new pedicure chair

I had a bad experience. I asked for SNS, they said yes, then cut my nails and added Acrylic!! Same day, my french tip on my toes came OFF!! It was my wedding!! 10 days later. My nails have separated from the acrylic and one already popped off!! The store front looks pretty do not waste your money!!! I paid $88 and i needed to get my nails and toes redone before 2 weeks

I would not recommend at all. i told her my sister wanted just to get her nails painted with gel. she ended up telling the other lady to do a manicure. she made my acrylics really thick and the gel polish ended up all over my hands because she didn’t let it dry all the way. she just rushed through the whole thing. they were really nice, but the quality of their work and prices are terrible. i will not be returning.

The lady kept messing my nails up the shape was a solid 6 and the way she polished made it seem like she was rushing which she did. I got ballerina shaped and they were slanted they weren’t straight. I do not recommend anybody to go there.

The lady spent too long on my nails and they came out uneven and sharp plus my sisters matte nails started peeling and they tried selling everything to us almost 70 for 2 full sets.... HOW? Id rather spend a bit more to insure Im getting a better set like the one by walmart they always do an amazing job

I will NEVER go here again they charged me $50 for glow in the dark acrylic and the nails dont glow when I went back to get them corrected the lady tells me I got ombre colors when I Clearly asked her not once but three times was she sure the acrylic glowed in the dark. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The staff was very nice, but it was extremely overpriced. & the service was not good. my sisters acrylics are awfully uneven & my gel nails are chunky and the polish is in my cuticles. the woman who worked on my sister got polish all over her fingers. would not recommend

Once the technician was done with my nails they moved the basket over to the person next to me and used the same tools on them without cleaning/sanitizing them. They charged more ($3) for my husband because he is a man that’s not on their price list... the package we purchased also said there was a beverage included but they didn’t serve it. Find another option.

Last week, I asked the older lady to just take off my acrylic and gel nail, then get a pedicure. She asked me over and over, did I want to get a fill in. I politely kept saying no. She gave me a pedicure,then took off my nails. When I went to pay, she was charging me 48 dollars, I asked how did it come out to be that much, and she claimed she gave me a manicure in which I didnt ask for. Also, she didnt take the acrylic off my nails. So disappointed, the fact that she gave me a manicure without permission and my nails did not come off. So the older lady really got over me😡😡😡. I dont know how the other workers work, but I definitely would not bother letting the older lady do anything for me again. Never will walk foot in there again. Goodluck for those who have to deal with this in the future.

Will never go here again! The chairs are outdated and coming apart. The staff does not speak English well enough for customers to understand. For a mani pedi it was $75 which is ridiculous! They did not shorten my nails to the length that I asked for, and hours later the paint on one of my toenails was still not set and is messed up.Update: within three days my finger nails started to crack, and within a week all of them had came off😡. Waste of time and money! Like I said before Never Ever going to that place again!!!!!

This place sucks. I walked in and expected it to look so much nicer because of the plaza it was in. The man there spent very little time on my feet. He half assed everything. They dont even use bags in the chairs like most salons do now. Im sitting in the chair now pissed. I should have walked out but its 4th of July and not sure if any other places were open. Never coming back here again. As someone else mentioned the equipment is all out dated very old. The chairs are all coming apart and all of the nail polishes are just thrown around in bins on the front counter. Not happy at all.

I didnt like the my fullest at all. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Very sloppy I had to keep telling her to keep filing my nail. Didnt pull nake my skin on the side so the powder is still stuck on my skin. I shouldnt have to point al these things out. Now I have to file more when I get home. Something was in the powder when she applied it to my thumb. So she took half of it off. Then reapplied it. Didnt apply it smooth. Im thinking she going to get the humps out with the drill when we get to that point. No she didnt. Then she gets a little attitude when Im telling her their are humps in the nail . When u could have molded it smooth when u was applying it. Alittle tip you never know who is sitting in ur Chair hun. Im a licensed cosmetologist. I also do nails. So Im well aware of the proper way of doing it . Your technics need more work. I shouldnt have to go home and pull out my drill and fix it. That makes me feel like I wasted my money. And I shouldnt have to polish my own nails when I just got them done. Im so disappointed with my service. I will not be returning to your establishment.

I ran in here to get a pedi this am b/c I was short on time & didnt have time to go to my normal spot. I agree with the other reviewers in saying that it is very outdated & the technician tries to upsale you on everything. The supposed medicine to remove callouses is nothing but Vaseline! The towels are all raggedy. Their deluxe costs almost twice as much as my regular place & is nothing special. The technician was nice but I wont ever come back again. Im sitting in the chair hoping I dont get some infection from here!

The man that did my nails did a horrible job. He was in a rush. My nails are uneven and they bubbled up. Its been a week and they look a hot mess. I am really upset

I got gel nails on last sunday three days later they begin to peel off. i called and were told to come back. i told her it will be fri or sat before i come back. the older women wanted me to pay 10 dollars to do them again not fair i will never give you my business again.

I had both a mani and pedi here but it will be the only one. The manicure tools were not sanitized except the cuticle cutter and it was only sanitized when I sat down. The pedi is what I was most disappointed about. You soak your feet in the sanitize water and the pedi list stated that it came with a callous remover solution to remove calleouses to the touch, however, they tried to sell me the callouse remover for $5 extra. She also kept asking me if I wanted a design, no, if I wanted a design I wouldve asked for one. She just kept trying to upsale. The equipment is old and outdated and the decore is very lacking, which probably should have thrown up a red flag. I will now ONLY go to Luxury VIP nails by best buy, I only didnt go this time bc they were closed. However, you get treated with luxury, they are sanitary, and they do an AMAZING job!

They are horrible ! Unfriendly environment! I was sitting down for 10 minutes before I was asked what I needed. I was charged $38 for a fill in and one nail repair ! The paint is horrible, it was a spot on my nail that needed to be painted over again but instead she just painted over with the clear coat without fixing it! None of my nails are the same shape! In fact, all she did was paint over my old paint that I had!

There is nothing Fancy about this place nasty nail salon ... wish I would have come to google for reviews first .. decor is horrible chairs falling apart and they need to stupidly clean their tools !!! The towels are dry and dusty she tried to put a towel on me that somebody had their feet on already ..and my nails were so ugly I asked her to fix them she was actin like she did not hear me ... I knew it was a red flag when the girl before got up and left cause they was doing a horrible job !!
