Dear my Black African American QueensI once gave them a perfect rating...but over time I’ve saw them be rude and very unprofessional in this place of business. However they do great work and fabulous eyelashes and brows but we cannot keep giving them our money. We don’t have to be mistreated and looked down upon because without us they will not succeed. We as Black women keep their business open. I promise you guys they don’t like us! They just want our business. Let’s boycott them and invest in ourselves! I’m never going there again!

The lady that worked on my feet was wonderful and took her time and not rush.

When I tell you these people took THEY TIME ON THESE FEET!!! OMG best pedicure by far Ive EVER gotten. I got a full set as well and they didnt rush plus they had a few other customers in and out for eyebrow wax, Im assuming they do great with that because them folks was coming for them eyebrows OK 😂😂 Im def for sure going back. They do lashes as well my sis got hers done and they did good. Beware it is going to be a wait but I dont mind the wait for great customer service and great services. 💛

The customer service can get crazy due to tire employees if you are tired go home dont make your customer feel some type of way its not fair

UPDATE: my eyelashes have now fallen off in the front corner of my eye after 1.5 weeksMy friends went to get their nails done & their nails have already started to chip paint. And they feel as if their gonna come off. On the plus side my eyelashes I got done there look bomb.

Very detailed with my pedicure.

I made an appointment for 9.30am and the shop didnt open until 10am. They were not very attentive or kind. One employee cut my finger doing my nails and didnt not apologize, and when I asked for a discount on the service, I was told no, and that its just a small cut. The worst treatment Ive had at a salon. The nail work is good and I thought I had found a good place in Valdosta, but I wont be going back.

This place is a joke the mother and daughter are very rude the mother doesnt know how to paint nails nor shape them, shes very rude and ignorant, when someone has a issue shes rude and wont fix the problem. Just very ridiculous place and rude people if I could I would give zero stars
