I TRIED THIS BUSINESS FOR THE 1ST TIME IN PASSING. I ASKED FOR A PEFICURE AND WAS OFFERED A SEVIICE FOR $28.00 PLUS 5.00 REMOVAL FEE FOR THE GEL removal. THE PERSON JAYmale gentleman did my servive was not good at all. I was given a poor quality that did not meet my satisfaction. When i told the lady was unprofessional and told me that is what i get for a basic pedicure I left with my heels and under my feet looking ashy around my cuticles still not cleared well and I did not feel i got my money worth. I will not recommend this place to anyone at all. I PAID 35.01 AND FELT THE SAME AS WHEN I CAME INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT. Kike I needed a pedicure!!!

The woman was very nice. I appreciate her service. Maybe she was new... I’m not completely sure, but I did get a sense of confusion from her. I am for sure I’m happy with how my nails turned out. The uneven coat around my nails, non uniform coating (looks spotty), and unclean cuticle touches. I’m really unhappy with how the quality turned out. For $60 too. I gave below 20% tip and the woman asked for 20% . This experience was very uncomfortable and dissatisfying. I wouldn’t recommend and will not return. I wish I was able to speak with the manager but my specialist said the manager was not there.

I’ve tried many nail salons in New York and this one is now my regular spot! They really take their time on manicures and pedicures. Everyone is very nice and professional. The place itself is very clean and comfortable. I usually do one of the special pedicure treatments with regular polish and then an SNS manicure. Their massages are nice too for something quick!

First time in this salon. It was very nice, clean and friendly! Unlike many other nail salons that Ive been to. Mary were very attentive and gentle in doing MeniPedi. After drying my nails, Mary was out of sight and other staff immediately take care of me even though they dont get the tips. they gave me a bottle of water and was smiling all the time. Overall very pleasing experience and will be a regular now.

Worst mistake of my life was coming here. I can HONESTLY say that this was the most horrible manicure I ever had in all my years of having my nails done, across several different countries. Not one of my nails was done well, the right hand didnt match the left in length on a single nail, they were all different lengths, and crooked. When I pointed this out the technician had the audacity to say MY FINGER WAS CROOKED. I can admit to my flaws, but this isnt one of them. If it was, surely another tech over the years would have pointed it out. Yet Ive never had such crooked nails before coming here. It was awful. They hurt me, and didnt bother being more gentle after I cried out multiple times. And charged me bogus fees for miscellaneous services without explaining what they were - I got a regular mani, no extras or hand drawn designs... Biggest waste of time and money ever. I am furious.

This is the best nail shop in Manhattan. The environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic. The service is very good. It is a perfect professional nail shop! The most important thing is that the handwork is very detailed and beautiful.! So this is the reason I gave 5 stars! (A beautiful female friend can go here to feel it) perfect

First time visiting and I loved it! One of the very few places in the city that do acrylic nails and know how to properly shape them (I got medium/long coffin nails). Very friendly staff with affordable prices, I will definitely be back.

Jack did an amazing job on my nails and paid very close attention to detail, ensuring that I was happy each step of the way.I had a powder manicure, and while I do like the color I chose, most of the colors had sparkles (it was my first time getting this so dont know if this is normal) so the options were limited.However, everyone who worked there was extremely pleasant and friendly. I will be going back for sure.

I’ve been here a couple of times and have always left unsatisfied. Eileen did my nails today and she was rude right from the beginning. The work she did on my nails was SUPER rushed and not of good quality. I am sure she skipped many steps and had a very strange technique switching between fingers while applying the gel. My nails have a bubbly/streaks finish and that should be unacceptable for a Gel manicure for $32. After I tipped, she came back to me and asked for a bigger tip and said that customers usually pay 18%. Not going back ever. Do not recommend.

Ive gotten about 4 gel manicures there (with Ryan) and they were all really good. Last one, with another young man, broke down very quickly. All in all, the staff are nice, the salon is clean and so far I find it to be the best bargain in the neighborhood.

I have never had anyone be so rude to me during a nail service. She was literally making fun of me to everyone else who worked there while doing my nails and also yelling at me for asking a question about what she was using on me. And she did a horrible job! They are thick and weird and lasted a few days before I had to have them removed a few days later. Worst $45 gel manicure I have ever seen!

Probably the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. The lady starting cutting my cuticles without softening them with water or steam which was extremely painful. When I started bleeding she said she would go lighter. Then started putting color on without even cleaning out from under my nail beds. The color itself was fine minus a nail or two, but was out of there in 30 minutes with dirt under my nails. Was really a color change, not the manicure I was charged for. Would never come back, go across the street to Minty Nails.

If it gets to the point that owner and employees are leaving fake reviews, you can imagine what to expect. I went over there a week ago to have get a refill on my acrylic extensions and get a gel polish on top. After 2 days one nail broke off completely, and 3 days after getting my nails done one snapped. So I went today to get them fixed. Lady that was at the reception desk was extremely rude and started yelling when I explained to her the situation. First she didnt believe me that I had my nails done at the salon, so I told her that John did my nails and pointed to a technician that did my nails last time, without even looking at me she went over to him and started yelling at him while he was with his customer. I told her that I dont even care who is going to do my nails and I will pay those $18 (yeah, to fix 2 nails that broke not even a week after I had them done), I just want my nails fix. Through out the whole process she was so rude and it felt so rushed, that my warm and friendly advice to you is not to get your nails done here, unless you want to be made uncomfortable and be around employees that constantly yell at each other

I went there for the first time on Saturday. I was sorta iffy on the price. The most I have ever paid for acrylics was 35. But it was honestly worth it. I got Ryan. He took his time and everything. The nail is smooth theirs no lumps under nails, definitely recommend him.

Got a mani-pedi. They had room for both my friend and I walk-in. My hand nail polish lasted about a week and my toe nail polish lasted a little over 2 weeks. Was done well.

The salon is immaculate. Ryan does a wonderful job on both manicures and pedicures. I have been there ten times and will continue to go, it is certainly my salon of choice.

Rating depends on who you get. Made an appointment A MONTH IN ADVANCE with Michelle for a facial and full body massage, she had two different people do my massage instead of her and I felt like she rushed through my facial. Returned out of desperate need and got Yuki who did an AMAZING job on my massage.

There are certain nail artists here that don’t do their job well with a flawed incomplete manicure with no top coat. Not a great gel or dip manicure, I would take your business elsewhere.

Clean, friendly, and so affordable! They took off my old gel nails with no problem and I got a new regular menu for $10

The salon was not as luxurious as I expected for the price. Manicurist was technically proficient but quality was just not there. Callous removal was spotty and my skin did not retain any moisture from their products. She also had a difficult time understanding that I wanted a *French* manicure. (?!) Overall, not particularly impressed.

The owner Jason is crazy. Hope yall got time because Im sharing what Ive seen there.You can see his picture in the fake review he left. I have been coming here for maybe close to a year. I have gotten my nails done at least 20 times. There is a couple problems i have with this place.First, they have a woman doing gel manicures wrong and the owners dont feel the need to correct her. She will paint one nail then paint one nail on the other hand then switch back and forth. I walked out that day and had to come back after noticing she didnt put 2 coats on 1 nail. And within 2 days it all peeled off because she didnt dry it long enough or correctly. So that time someone had to redo all of it. I get the clear dipping powder and gel polish over it and would get designs if they offered. I spend about $80 would pay more for designs if they offered plus tip $20 so Im a good customer to get by the way. When i went back next month another customer complained about the same thing. Describing how she keep switching back and forth and peeled off. So Jason if you know this happens why not correct??One time his wife did my nails and i didnt like it. It was soo rushed and so thin they broke off and that never happened here before.Second, one time for my birthday i wanted to do flames. Asked Ryan who i was requesting if you can do it said yes. Painted my nails black then started to put the flames. I told him to try one nail first if it doesnt work. Sure enough it didnt. So it all had to come off and Jason yelled at me that he was spending too long on my nails (2 hrs instead of an hr and a half) and that it wasnt going to look exactly like the photo. But Ryan agreed and said first its not working. So why as the customer am I being yelled at and made to feel uncomfortable?And finally my nails were horrible for my birthday and now 2 months later for christmas. I went Wed, got and paid extra for pink and silver chrome. It peeled off a few nails. I went back friday and got and paid for a reg gel color because i have been getting my nails done for years and know that they will fix the ones that peeled and if the others peeled the next day then theyll redo those but no one has time for that and Im not arguing with you about redoing them all. But today is christmas eve and 4 peeled off. At this point Im over it. And just want my money back from Friday. Mind you. Jason was charging me to take off the half peeled polish that i pay extra so it doesnt to be taken off. I told Ryan can have some kind of discount because of the situation and that $5 removal was taken off. Thanks. So today is Monday. Christmas eve. And half my polish is peeled off and i go back with my friend and coworker for my refund because im already uncomfortable about confrontation. Jason offered for someone else to fix the nails that peeled off. I said no i already tried that friday and paid for a second time. Can i just have my money back. He said fine because its the holiday(and i dont want to fight with you basically) but dont come back. I said im not. Why would I? I told you 2 or 3 times dont come back and you still do. ? My friend said he said that and i thought i heard him wrong but she confirmed it. Maybe you said it to your employees about me. The time i couldnt get the flame designs i think you said dont come here because basically time is money if Im going to change polish etc.I dont really care about the polish peeling because Ryan did the sns powder nails great and was nice unfortunately this all had to happen... Jason acts ugly and fake. Not Im sorry. Not Im sorry you couldnt get the design after you saw me ask him if he could. Not Im sorry youre polish you paid extra for to last didnt. Im the problem. I almost never leave negative reviews, but the positive reviews here did not match my experience at all, so I felt I needed to give feedback. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly, but the manicure I received was terrible! The polish ran into my cuticles, the topcoat was patchy in some places and too thick in others, and there were bubbles everywhere. I could have done a better job myself at home. I would have asked for them to redo the polish, but the manicurist disappeared immediately after finishing.I also had some rough skin on my heels, and the pedicure did not do anything about this - the file and scrub were far too rushed. Im not sure if the nail tech was new or having a bad day, but I wish I hadnt paid money for a mani pedi that I had to redo myself.In fact, the whole process felt rushed. I got the impression that they really wanted me to have a gel manicure - they insisted that I look at the gel polishes, and were reluctant to let me pick out a standard polish. The two friends I went with had gel, and got a much better quality service - the manicurists took more time, and really listened to what they wanted. Thats the reason for my two stars, my friends were super happy with their mani pedis.All in all, Id definitely recommend the salon if you want gel, but give it a miss if you dont.
