The wait was a bit long initially but once we sat down, Randy did an awesome job on my nails so it was completely worth it! What i had done was 60, which is completely fair considering they take the time to make sure you like it. I really recommend Randy!

Just to cut the chaser this service is like non other and I am not talking about in a phenomenal way. You are on their time and their time only. Ive been a customer for a while now, each time not spending under $100 and a few times a month at that. If you value your dollar like I do, DO NOT GO HERE. Your money is a joke to them. Countless encounters of times I had an appointment and they were just in the back eating or sleeping (no lie) ect.. as I as well as several other eagerly paying customers are just out waiting. Once their adorable kid broke the faucet to the sink which in turn caused water to come pouring all over my face (while getting individual eyelash extensions ) meaning I couldnt open my eyes or harmful chemicals would have burned my eyes. Kelly (owners wife) laughed, told her kid she was not in trouble, threw me a towel to pat the water off. Neglecting the fact that I was drenched it literally took the dad (owner) a few mins to come fix sink. When I got to the counter I asked for a discount for the first time since I had start going there and he said a smart remark saying no his wife apologized so no discount.. this was disheartening because at what point is the customer put first here? My answer is NEVER. I even gave it another shot since but trust me it only got worse.. but this is a review not a book so ill stop here with one condition. DO NOT throw your money away here, instead go to a service that values you, respects your time and caters to you not themselves. YOU DESERVE BETTER PEOPLE 👏

First time using NK Nails. I must say I love ❤️ my dipped nails. This is the best they have ever looked. The price for dipped nails and gel polishes toes were very reasonable. I will go back again, and I hope my next visited is just as good.

My very first time there they treated me with kindness, friendly, respectful and professionally. I love and I will be going there again.

My sister recommended this place. Im glad I gave them a shot. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. The guy who worked on my nails (I think his name was Alex(?) 🤔) was extremely patient with answering my questions and taking my nails off when I came in with a damaged nail. Even gave me some good advice to help get my nails back healthy.. He displayed more of a genuine concern for me getting my nails back on track than trying to sell me services that could have possibly made my situation worse... like Im SURE the other nail shops, that Ive gone to, would have done. Ill definitely be back.. I cant wait to try those comfy looking pedicure chairs😊

Seems like a great salon but the wait time was 1 hour + for a basic pedicure.

Busy but its worth the wait, treats you like your important for that time fame, not just money walking in and out...

Im very picky, but i always leave happy at NK Nails! Recommend going through the week since they are so busy during the weekend. They never disappoint!

Found out today that they do not do regular polish with manicure anymore its has to be gel polish which Ive have done before but always has to come back to get some redone bc they dont last on me so Im very disappointed they would not do my manicure with regular polish bc I actually liked this spot but will have to find another one 😔

The two men in the front have the worst attitude . You set up appointment and you still waiting. They dont even knowledge that you waiting . Not very nice people at all. I keep going back and I walk out everytime because their vibe is no good . I rather go to Moultrie and get my services done

The service was nice however, when my boyfriend(black) came in the man told my boyfriend to pull his mask back up when he was trying to speak so the man can hear him clearly. But there was a woman(white) who came in with no mask and also another lady(white) who didn’t have her mask all the way pulled up and he didn’t say anything. I like this place and enjoyed their service. but I also like equality and respect.

I absolutely Love this place. I’ve been going to Nick for a little over 2 years and The wife Kelly is also the *ish for your eyebrows tinted and wax! Don’t forget she can also Slay those Lashes. I’m a Truck Driver so I make it a priority to book my appointment with these guys every 2 maybe 3 weeks. Don’t fool around with the nail shops at the Valdosta Mall or Publix. Get it done right the first time at NK nails and lashes!

Professional and always do a good job on my nails.

They probably the 5th best nail shop in town, they always got some crying baby running around which takes away from the time and experience of peacefulness. If you dont make a Apt. Youll be wating for a hour just for a pedicure and they need to hired some more workers as well.

Staff very professional... My Aunt brought myself and my other Aunt to the salon... we both loved our services... My Aunt got brow tinting and individual lashes. I got lashes as well. We are loving our enhancements. Beautiful clean atmosphere and top of the line services. Definitely will be returning ASAP. Shout out to Kelly 😘

Ive been getting my eyelashes done for years now and never satisfied until i come to this shop and Kelly does my lashes. They are so beautiful and just the way i wanted it. It lasted for a whole month until i soak them off. She also does a wonderful job on my SNS. She is so professional and great personality! I will never go nowhere else.

Staff seemed nice enough. Didnt appreciate trying to be sold on acrylics despite saying I didnt want them several times. Gel polish started to peel about 4 days after I got them done even though I was not harsh with them. No price list here either, and I ended up spending $68 on manicure and pedicure. They didnt seem to have normal nail polish either, just gel polish. Wanted to give this place a shot because I heard good things, but wont be coming back.

Such an amazing place. The staff is great and this is honestly the best place in Valdosta to get your nails, eyebrows or lashes done. They are so nice, professional, and the place looks awesome inside. And what’s even best is the prices are just as great.

Do NOT get lashes here. They will be ruined! Such a shame as the lash artist is so nice, but, especially if you have had proper extensions done before, this is NOT how they are to be done. I lost sooo many of my natural lashes because the extensions were just slapped in with mobs of sticky, stretchy glue all across my eyelid.

Went today for lashes. Great salon, nice staff. Will be back for nails in a week or so. Hopefully will be my new nail salon. So far so good.

Very nice elegant atmosphere!!! I really love the chandelier as it is emacalent..simply BEAUTIFUL!!!! Well, I had my 1st experience this past weekend and I must say it was rather pleasing & satisfactory! I did have to ask for a price list as the prices were not visible like most nail salons, however I did notice the pricing list was printed on an elegant card located in the mid-section border of the nail salon. The lady who did my eyebrows, did an amazing job! My eyebrows are beautiful, whereas several nail salons in the area just could not get them right-smh sadly! My nails are beautiful as well and the guy is good at what he does!!! He is efficient and effective!!!On a customer service level, I must say: as soon as I walked in, I was definitely greeted appropriately & immediately....so that was totally AWESOME because I was dreading the possible wait time!!!! I was seated right away!!!! The lady who polished my toes also did an amazing job! There is 1 minor complaint: I do have a little peeling of the gel polish on my thumb, however I did call and they are willing to take care of the matter at my convenience! The prices are matching quite a few nail salons in the area, so the $51.00 wasnt too bad for the service received! FOR A RATING: I will have to give this place an A! And this A is coming from a very particular, high expectation, and must have great customer service where ever she goes type of LADY💃👜👠👓💁😘💋

I came in with my cousin for a mani and pedi for her birthday. Service was great, I did not feel rushed, and Tiffany went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I have had a hard time finding a consistent place in Valdosta, and I think this is my new nail spot!

The staff messed my eyebrows up on an unbelievable level. I came in with nice full brows only wanting a clean up and came out with two uneven lines on my forehead. I am so upset right now. Do NOT come here.

I’ve had a nail ripped off by one of the men there and bled, so bad! My nail was in such bad shape. I went back again, and the same guy said that dip nails were stronger than acrylic. I broke 3 within a week.
