I was shocked when I was told a mani pedi was $60 and $70 for gel. If I had knew before my feet was in the water I would have walked out. I cancelled the manicure after my pedicure. My feet was washed in plain water and to be honest, I don’t even think the nail tools were sanitized. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I went to my next location and noticed, 🤦🏾‍♀️they didn’t even lotion my feet. Don’t waste your time and money there.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The work is NOT worth the money. My acrylic nails didn’t last one day, mind you I paid 85$ because I asked for sparkles on two fingers and a smiley/sad face which they didn’t do correctly. The guy kept cutting my finger with the the tool used to shave done the nail and couldn’t even do 99% of the styles I showed him off a nail page. How do you charge 85$ when your nail techs ARENT EXPERIENCED and can’t do anything but put nail polish on nails. They can’t do nothing but take your money and act unprofessional. Don’t do It to Yourself.

I got a refill on my acrylic this is the second time in a row the color has peeled off. This is just one hand it’s also on the other. I just got it done 2 days ago. I called the shop and spoke to the manager she said I have to come in the same day but I explained I am out of state on vacation and will not be back until Friday she said then they cannot do anything about it. Even after I told her I can show her proof of today’s date as well as date of transaction on my card. She was very rude as she always is even when you go there and talk to her! I explained this is the second time and I have proof of the last she said “I don’t care if you cannot come in today it’s not my problem”! Save your money do not go there!

I loved it here when I had a specific person I was going to. Then he was transferred to another location. I still go here but sometimes its a hit or miss depending on who you go to. They always do pedicures right, I usually do gel on my toes. As for manicures I guess Im bias to the person I was going to but they dont do it as well as him. Specially the powder, thats all I did in terms of manicure. But my bestfriend and my sister still go faithfully so they must be doing something right! P.s theyre on the expensive side, Its worth it if you go to someone inside you know does your nails well.

This is the worst possible place and I regret going there. $30 for a REGULAR pedicure? And he got the shape COMPLETELY WRONG on my gel mani, cut me with the round tool and the file. I have never been so dissatisfied. On top of they, he didn’t understand a lick of English and the language barrier didnt make this any easier as I tried to tell him SQUARE. Will never be returning. If he understood English, I would’ve fought to not pay for such trash service.

I came in with French tips, wanting a fill in. First, they offered to do a new set, which I agreed to. Then they offered to do it with gel instead, but what I got was pink tips. They did not do what I asked and used a lazy method to try and correct it. I went on vacation and 4 out of 10 nails broke exactly in the same place where he added white. After2 additional visits for more broken nails, and going back and forth with them, they gave me a $30 refund. Got a service that totaled $90 and was done incorrectly. In hind sight I shouldve known based on the nail techs mannequin that all of my nails would break.

When I arrived I asked for acrylic nails with tips and a pedicure. The guy didnt even do acrylic. He put gel. The nails literally had bubbles and streaks under it for $60 and kept asking me if im paying or is my mother paying for me before he even finished my nails. like I got my pedicure done and they literally used NO soap whats so ever didnt scrub anything. Literally just straight water. Didnt scrub my feet or anything. just cut my nails, polish and lotioned my legs. For $40. so after my pedicure i noticed my hands were done horrible and told them im not paying for anything until it was fixed. So their definition of fixing apparently it to scrape off a layer of the gel and put another top coat on. so when its time to pay im asking the girl like are you discounting this since my nails were messed up and shes telling me to talk to the other girl who i assume is the manager so im asking her is she going to discount this for the poor work and rushed job, while im speaking to her the other girl is already charging my card. i said why are you charging me already if im asking her about the price. moral of the story: overpriced and under serviced. if i could put 0stars i definately would.

So disgusting, I’ve never had a problem with my nails I started coming here and now I have this green bacteria under my nail . Just horrible experience came back to see if somebody can fix after a week of just having my nails. 3 of them broke off . Then they said somebody can’t help me and just completely acted as if I was not there .

Tiffany is the best she always have my nails looking good and I honestly dont have to see her but once a month if that...my nails last that long!!!! And they are so clean...

This place is beautiful, sadly that doesn’t match the attitudes of the “professionals” who run the front desk. I become uninterested quickly when I’m spending my money in an establishment for someone to talk to me as if they don’t care about my wants and needs. The front desk lady dismissed me claiming there wasn’t an available tech to fill my nails. When I asked how long will it be before one is available? she shrugged her shoulders and said “ I don’t know know” and continued to dismiss me. There was no accommodations, no care in her voice, everything about her was unkind and snub.There were about 5 techs standing around her doing nothing. This nail salon became my “go to” when TipTop nails on the lower level closed. They weren’t fancy but their attitudes were extremely friendly and willing, I was with them for over a decade. Fortunately for Victoria this day was my last day they would see me. Over priced, rushed pedicures, peeling nail polishes and scamming (you tell them you want one thing, they then take it upon themselves to do what they want, that cost more money) is not worth any attitude for my money to go towards. In addition, the eyebrow ladies are amazing, for just threading though! Disgustingly they double dip the wax stick which lead me to have an outbreak. Needless to say,their wax is not allowed anywhere near me.. but again, it’s your choice and experiences that matter! This was mine, and I won’t be recommending.

Front desk upon entering was horrible, her attitude was disgusting, still decided to do my nails because it was my birthday and i didn’t know where else to go but long story short my nails only lasted 24 hours. Wasted 65 dollars

My first time there was on Friday and it was horrible. I asked for acrylic and the tech completely ignored my request and used hard gel. He took off the set that I had when I came in but it in the process of doing so, he broke 3 of my nails. He cut the tips wrong and some were longer than the others. When I pointed it out, he told me it was fine. I didn’t let him finish. I was so upset. Just paid for the “soak off” and went about my business. NEVER AGAIN!

I love the way Jason and Tony do nails. Cant find anyone comparable. Do not come here expecting any sort of customer service though lol

Tiffany is excellent at what she does. They do exactly what you ask for and pretty quick turnaround time frame. They offer what a lot of nails salons dont unless you travel into the city. Very happy with the service.

Great experience. I was 9 months pregnant and went into labor a few days after. My tech took his time told me to not be worried because he is a dad he knew he needed to be careful with my pressure points. It was really awesome to have someone who barely knows you give great client service and care while give me a beautiful nail job. Thank you.

I asked for my nail to be fixed because it broke 3 days after a brand new full set . I was told it was too late to fix 1 nail …when I had gotten there a half hour before they close .They we’re still operating Yet they didn’t want to take the time to fix ONE NAIL .I gave them plenty of business in the past and the owner was rude and dismissive. Being the set was done 3 days before I didn’t agree that I should have to keep coming back and forth & paying extra money (which I had done a few times)for them doing amateur nail work . They’re nails ALWAYS break shortly after you’ve just paid for a service that should last .They make sure they get all their money though! The prices they charge for certain services don’t match the quality Your nails should not be breaking so easily. (Literally falls off mid nail without doing anything that would cause them to break )!Then you are supposed to pay them to repair they’re cheap work . I asked them to fix it then was told to leave and don’t come back (after they repaired it) because I demanded they fix the nail free of charge.I was also going on vacation so I really needed it fixed. However It happened 3 times …so I was fed up yet I asked politely. I felt disgusted by the way they acted as if it was too much to do when the poor quality was why I had to come back. The customer service is lousy and they just want to have their new inexperienced nail techs practice on you . DO NOT spend your money with them . I went here with my daughter and got charged 80$ for two Pedicures and one manicure. The quality of work was very poor and they rushed. A pedicure took about 5 minutes and the same as a regular manicure. The nail polish started to chip on the way home. When cutting the the sides then were cutting the skin that wasn’t dried and it hurt. The woman that was doing my pedicure was also singing and I had went there for a very relaxing time before my vacation. They also had almost no color Selections and just felt I saw the same colors all over again. Over all I did not like this place for doing my nails and won’t be coming back.

I received the worst pedicure ever. It was super rushed, she could not have cared less. Tom was my nail tech and he would not listen to the simple design I wanted and was extremely dismissive. He also stepped on my foot ruining my pedicure. Someone came to touch it up and didn’t even take off the messed up polish but simply added more paint. I will never come back.

This is the worst place to have a pedicure. I paid $40 for a pedicure and regret it. My 5 year old niece would have done a better job. If youre looking for a nail spa X this one of your list.

Do not recommend this spot at all! My nails did not come out exactly how I wanted them to, just for them to charge me $80!!!!! When I usually get charged $60/ $65 for my nails anywhere else. The guy who did my nails was giving me a attitude just because I had asked why they was charging me so much. I paid either way. The worst part was that my nails broke later on that night!!!!!!! Didn’t even last me 24 hours. I’m on the third day and I have 3 broken nails. Had to remove the rest of my tips and it hasn’t even been a full week. I don’t even bother on going back there again. Me and my girlfriend were rushed because they were beginning to close, had we been aware we wouldn’t have stayed. My pedicure was rush and the tech cracked my toenail. The gel paint was spotty, and lumpy because they failed to remove the acrylics off completely before applying polish. The man was very rough with my gf toes and nails. They sanded her nails down to where it hurt and and was pink. I wouldn’t recommend going here. The eyebrow threading was the only good part

The woman at the front desk was so unprofessional. I wanted a color change on a set of acrylic that was only one week and 2 days old. I asked her if there was anyone available. She said i would have to get a fill in order to do so which is not true. I had sets for way longer in which i was able to do color changes. I said i did not have time for a fill and only came for the colorChange. She said “ok ok then” and shooed me off with her hand. This is not the first time they were rude and dismissive. This location is the worst of them all. They are money hungry and turn away customers if its “petty services”.

Front desk clerk did not know what I was asking but she directed me to a male technician. In the middle of my set I told him the gel was to thin, it will break off. He assured me it would not. I have never use the acrylic gel before so I trusted him only to have my nails break off within two days. One of my nail split down the middle causing great pain. I called and left a message asking for the manager to return my call and they never did. Poor poor service. I will never recommend anyone to have their nails done there.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past 6 months. Julia has been my nail tech. My nails last 3 weeks and I get many compliments. She does an amazing job on my pedicure too. Recently went to the mall to get my nails done and they’re closed. Not sure what happened but I hope they reopen soon.

I went in and received my first set of acrylic nails. I asked the technician some questions as I was very curious to how the process worked. He laughed hysterically at my face and didn’t answer me. After one exact week of receiving the nails, two of them fell of. They’re not supposed to.

Every visit i have a great experience, it’s so unfortunate that a lot of people don’t feel the same. My go-to techs are Vivian and Jason! They are both so detail-oriented and neat!!

I love how this place does chrome ombré acrylics! I went to Mark for my nails and was very satisfied with the outcome. Yea very nice, careful precise when doing acrylic nails. I usually go to him but if not there, I’ll go to someone else. There’s a slim man that wears glasses and has a koi fish tatted on his forearm. I can’t remember his name but he is one of the best as well.

Walked in for a pedicure manicure. Despite the prices being double from what I usually pay in other locations. I would expect quality service. You have the nerve to charge people what you charge to get pushed out in 30minutes. No communication skills at all, the only thing that was understanding was the upsale this lady wants to give me. I will never go back here. Pretty sure plenty of females go here thinking this place is the best 🤔 but that is not the case. Keep your money go else where this is not the one.

It was my second time getting my nails done at Roosevelt field mall. I had the same girl both time. Her name is Carrie she want professional at all. She was rushing with me even tho the salon was empty. After cleaning she said ask me to wash my hands and she cut me in places while cleaning and after I was done she didn’t even put lotion on my had. I didn’t like her service at all they need hire people who treats their client professionally.

Gel polish badly applied, you can see the streaks of the brush and it is not applied until the edge of the nail. Its a pity not to have read the comments before. I can do better alone, I just wanted to relax and be cuddled. Disappointed by Simon mall that accepts a salon of such low quality. Dont recommend and dont go again. $25 is cheap but too expensive for the service received.

Front desk lady couldnt stop embroidering to talk to me before I did my nails nor after when I was complaining that 4 of my 5 fingernails on my right hand had bubbles and other defects. The guy didnt do the cuticles or anything he just slapped the tips on. And it didnt match the picture at all, my nails turned out pink and not white with slight pink touch like I showed him. Very not happy. Would never come back.

Today, I had a pedicure and my pedicurist seemed to buff my feet in anger after denying the upgrade. I didn’t notice the pain or blood on the side of my foot until I walked out. Several people complained on my way out. After several visits, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

I’ve tried a few people there,It’s a cute placeUnfortunately many times my nails break after a week - and I’m working in an office not with my hands. Disappointing at times but overall it’s a nice place. I think that pedicure is way over charged

Horrible experience. They are in such a rush to do everything that there quality of nails are horrible. NO MATTER how much advice you give them on how you would like YOUR nails done, they could care less. Hopefully people stop coming here because I gave them more than 2 chances. Attitudes stink, always rushing and work ethic stinks. I tried to walk back in maybe 5 minutes after they closed, just to hopefully just get a clear polish put on top (there was a customer still inside finishing up her nails) and I was yelled at by one of the employees to leave and come back to tomorrow. She was just sitting there staring at another nail tech finishing a ladys set of nails.

My nails were nicely shaped but after a week the polish started bubbling and chipping and my corners started chipping off. I went back and showed them how bad my nails look after a week and she told me I needed a fill-in and to replace the chipped nails. Now her we are a week and 85 dollars later and my nail are chipped and broke again. And my sisters nails did the same thing. Obviously the products are cheap period.😤

Worst nail spa I’ve ever been to. Just left unhappy with my nails still undone. I asked them to soak off my acrylics but they were very persistent on using the mechanical filer... I told him it was very painful yet he still continued to the point where I had to yank my hand away and say no can you please soak it. After 2 minutes of soaking they then told me “you expect us to wait 20 minutes no go somewhere else “ even though I repeatedly told them I’m willing to pay a soaking fee whatever price they wanted to put on it ; and there was no wait... the place was practically empty. I just didn’t want to be in pain. The man then rudely walked away and slammed his chair into my knee,next the hostess came over and said no we don’t do soaking over here go somewhere else. I just work so much that Victoria’s in the mall is the only convenient place for me to do my nails after work but I guess I’ll just take my business elsewhere...

Today I was there doing my nails and the person who help me have a really bad attitude, also when do my nails they do it in a rush and the result was horrible, there is like empty spots everywhere and every single nail have a mistake in it, if you really want to avoid loss your money and your time then go somewhere else because this is horrible!

A gel manicure shouldn’t take less than 10mins. It’s one thing to be fast and efficient, but it’s another thing to be fast and sloppy. They don’t even take the time to properly shape your nails. They put the gel on slobby and into your cuticle, which will make your manicure it peel within a day. This was my second visit despite my better judgement of the exact same terrible experience. Even after I told the manicurist of the errors she just acted as if she couldn’t fix it.

I love Mia. Very pleasant and sweet. I was a little nervous about getting a facial specifically on brown skin. However it was amazing. I had the deep cleaning and it was like a new layer of skin appeared. She took off the dead skin and my face felt soft and youthful. Definitely going back next month

I been going to Victoria’s for awhile now and I had my nails done by various people. It’s clear that some are way better than others. So I stick with one person and that’s tony. He is so good ! Like my nails always on point never had any complaints at all with him. Go to him !!! Don’t really trust a lot of people their after horrible experiences but tony is the one to trust.

Nope, nope, nope!!!! Went here bc I needed something quick, just a gel manicure. They lady was so rough with my nails, did a horrible job painting them, was left with rippled nails. I had her fix some of them and she got so mad and said something out loud in her language when I asked her to pls fix them. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Place was packed, and clearly saw they favored quantity over quality right away. She got 0 tip, and yes, first and last time I’ll go there.

The customer service here is awful.One of the male technicians coughed and spit in the sink..OUT IN THE OPEN ON THE SALON FLOOR, where clients wash there hands.The staff is not friendly at all. I just got a basic manicure, and I had to tell the technician to take more cuticle off. She rushed through the whole service. THEY are not interested in you unless you are getting a fill, full set or another service that is more expensive.I didn’t even wait for my nails to dry. I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years. I have never been so disappointed with the service I received and the way I was treated when the manager was on vacation. They get 0 stars. They messed up on my appointment and instead of them just apologizing and fixing it I was yelled at as if I was a child by Jason who has been doing my nails for years. I always make a appointment because I don’t like waiting. Plus I had a flight at 1pm. This will never happen again. They have just lost a valuable. The manager is professional but some of the male workers have nasty attitudes. I don’t know about anyone else but I work hard for my money and I deserve to be treated with respect when entering an establishment. This will never happen again. I’m done with this place. Idc how great you think you are your attitude can make you loose everything.

Don’t bother wasting your time. I paid $70 for my nails and $ 40 for my pedicure just because I thought the quality would match the price. I spent so much money and my nails barely lasted a week. I had to go back the next day because one of nail tips broke. Even with gel on my pedicure the polish was still chipping.

I initially got my nails done at Victoria Nails & Spa at Bay plaza Mall in the Bronx one day prior. I was out in long lsland shopping when I accidentally broke one of my nails so I thought why not stop by Victoria Nails and spa at Roosevelt Field mall to get it fixed...simple. Boy was I wrong. The lady had an attitude from the start and told me she is not sure if they have my color...why not its the same establishment. Basically it an excuse simply because I wasnt getting a full set done or fill in. No money to be made of their part. I would NEVER go back to this one in long island again. Very unprofessional.

I love it here. Although it is a little expensive, it’s worth it. The place is very clean. They do such good nails, if you show them a picture of nails you want, they do it exactly the same way. Best nail salon i’ve been too. Very professional

This place isn’t all bad, they have a great color selection, and most nails techs are good at doing nails BUT the customer service skills definitely make the whole experience here HORRIBLE! You complain that You don’t like your nails are something was done that you didn’t ask for or even the slightest little thing, management blames the customer and not the employee! There is one nail tech there, a guy- once I find his name again, I’ll edit myReview - his attitude is horrible and needs to be fired! Thankfully, I found someone who does my nails great there and is friendly so that’s why I go back ! But if it wasn’t for that! I would never go here again . The owner needs to hire a new management staff and train them on customer Service

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE here. Got a pedicure with my fiance and they did it barely putting feet in the water. They hurt me and made my fiance bleed. Completely awful and overpriced. I would never go back. Very rude and unprofessional. I made a few simple requests regarding actually filing my nails and the guy barely did anything. Really disappointed. Stay away. If I could give zero stars I would.

The staff are extremely unprofessional. The manager is worse and her poor customer service and lack of human respect is reflected in how this salon is managed. The branch in Hicksville gives superior services. They refuse put anything in the water for pedicure. Do not bring your children here for service! They refuse to even lotion your child’s hand and feet after performing the service yet demands a good tip. I absolutely do not recommend. I observe other clients being treated and spoken to poorly. They are still in business because of the location. Folks the 2.5 star should be negative zero star. Just awful, awful service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My nail tech Nicole did a wonderful job.

Nicole is my favorite there. She is just great! She has a soft touch and consistently provides quality work

I had my nails done on Saturday and just 2 days after that they kept breaking. I paid $180 to get them done.My friend also got hers done and by the time we got home 2 of hers break the same day her nails were done.

I went to Simply get my eyebrows done. The stations are at the front of the spa. You can also see through the transparent glass how threading is done. I get my eyebrows threaded and when Im finished she put aloe Vera on my freshly threaded eyebrows to soothe the skin.

I had a basic pedicure done @ $25.00. No cuticle remover was used, my technician just pushed back the cuticles so it was a bit rough. I enjoyed NO scrub of Dead Sea Salt as advertised. I really enjoy the scrub and was looking forward to it. I did get the massage and nail polish. Both of those were enjoyable. The brochure also states Refreshment on the house That did not happen either. Final verdict - My toes look nice, but there was absolutely no pampering..

I’m so sorry for the bad reviews for this nail salon. I’ve been coming here for two years and I never had a bad experience. They’re a little on the pricey side, but their work lasted for me.

Was rushed my nail person didnt do as I asked and rushed the gel manicure.. did not listen at all... would never go again or recommend.... went with a friend she got SNM the edges where not done and when we ask she said yes that how it is...

No complaints. Good service. Theres barely a wait. My top techs are Kai, Tiffany, Mark and Kenya.

Some people are saying the service is bad- you just have to know the right people. I always ask for Stephanie and she’s so sweet and talented I highly recommend her for nails and eyebrows

I have been going there for more than 1 year now and my nail tech is Stephen and he is amazing. Ive always gotten compliments and my nails are always fabulous.

I typically go to Mia because she’s my girl, she always knows what color looks best on me and knows I have sensitive cuticles. She wasn’t in when I went in so I decided to try someone else. Michael was rough, kept pulling on my hands so it would pull on my arms, and then he made 2 of my nails slanted on an angle. I DO NOT recommend him. Mia or Kim all the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mia or Kim, they’re gentle and always tell you which color they recommend if you’re stuck.

$85 for gel pedicure (including tip) COVID up charge

They did a great job on my nails but I also got a pedicure and they begin to try to up sell me to get the spa pedicure So I did not like that
